Hello there Clammers!
One of the cool features of the Quest for Stuff is the ability to unlock additional costumes for some characters. These costumes are not only hilarious to look at but they provide an entirely different set of tasks for the character, as well as unlocking their own questlines…filled with hilarious dialogue!
With Asiantown opening up in our Quahog’s two new costumes have been introduced to TQFS! One of those costumes, Midlife Crisis Lois, is part of the first questline you’re introduced to in Asiantown. So with out further ado let’s see just how Lois is dealing with middle age and Peter’s wandering eyes….

It tells me to build the hattery but when i click its still locked is my game glitched or do i need to do something else why would the quest line tell me to build it if its still locked??

Why don’t all your characters help collect items by doing tasks?? It takes too long to unlock some things

I’m in the middle of this but damn it’s taking me ages to get the Cowboy Hats! Doesn’t help when the tasks are hours long. Surely the longer tasks should have a better item rate as it takes longer to use them!?
Same with Anime Peter and the Eyeballs! Taking forever man!

Just got all the stuff for this outfit finally but takes 20 hours to create it. The walkthrough is surprisingly short just like the one for Tricia. Hope we get Stewie in the next update soon!

Yea, frustrating how long it takes to create. On the plus side Anime Peter is only 5 seconds! Stewie should be in District 8…so here’s hoping it hits soon! 🙂

I was really hoping for this costume! It really was a toss up for me between this and Model Lois on which I wanted to see next. Can’t wait to get unlocking 🙂

I love the fact that you have to earn stuff to unlock characters, it’s old school gaming, you have to earn your rewards. If everything unlocked instantly I have a feeling there would be people saying there aren’t enough updates coming out and it’s getting boring because there’s nothing to do. It keeps you playing and in my opinion is a much better system than the other tapping game. I’m also hoping for the Ron costume for Meg, an instant classic.

Definitely a cool outfit. However, this unlocking with rare or ultrarare items gets sooo disappointing… the tasks are taking too long for collecting items with a miniscule probability like the headband. Feels like winning fences in Easter Boxes. These random rewards for endless grinding might eventually drive me away from the game.

They are in fact random. But I’ll give your feedback to TinyCo and let them know your thoughts about just how random the epic and rare items are. I know how frustrating it can be. I DO like that they gave us another building in District 7 that you can earn Headbands from. 🙂 I actually started the arcade build in my “A” town early just so I could start collecting.

Arcade has been built since release but has yet to drop any headbands. Sadface. But i love this damn game. My tablet hates me for it… 😉

It is my first post here… I love the game and my new Lois outfit is already in the last part of her quest:).
Although I have unlocked all characters and build all buildings I still do not have Peter mermaid outfit – not a single epic seashell has droped in over a month. And writting to developers last week did not help it is driving me crazy…:(

It is random, so there’s not much they can do glitch wise. We are in contact with TinyCo about the issues a lot of players are having with it, and they frequently read this blog 🙂 I know that they’re looking at all the data we sent them from our “STUFF” poll last week, so we’ll see if the’re able to do any tweaking to make the game even better! 🙂
