What happens when Peter Griffin and the Kingdom of the Full Moon ends?
Can I unlock Cleveland after the event ends?
If you have the museum built, you can still unlock Cleveland after the event ends, but it’ll be harder! Some of the items needed to unlock him will change. Once the event ends, the museum will automatically be moved to your inventory. Place this building back into your town to start collecting the new items needed.
What happens to the Adventure Peter or 80s Pop Star Cleveland costume?
If you have unlocked Adventure Peter or 80s Pop Star Cleveland, these costumes will stay in your game. If the costumes are still locked, they will no longer be available in the game after the event ends.
Can I still unlock King Butt?
If you collected enough moon idols to unlock King Butt, he is yours to keep raging in the game. If you did not unlock him, he will no longer be available when the event ends.
What happens to the moon idols?
Spend all your moon idols now! These golden booties will go away after the event ends and they will not convert to other forms of currency.
What happens to the pyramid?
When the event ends, the whole event district, including the pyramid, will go away.
What happens to my treasures?
Any unclaimed prizes from your Treasures tab will be moved to your inventory.

Pay to win in this game is ridiculous…I understand programmers need to be paid and such but come on….its not like its a freakin mmorpg like world of warcraft…you just use ur finger….theres no real action, yet they expect you to fork hundreds of dollars into it. You cant even chat with people playing the game. I love the show, but i might uninstall the game, just because of how shamelessly and brazenly greedy it is for how little entertainment it gives you by comparison. Id put real money towards candy crush before id spend a penny on this game.

Right before the event ended, I got 5,000 idols from the Booty Box and managed to get the Party Pyramid. I never spent those idols before the event ended. Oh well, probably would have gotten a 3rd Wheelchair park anyways.

I loved the event however what happens to the buildings that only dropped moon idols? I’m referring to the ones that cost clams? On side note from the booty box I go 2 petercopters and 3 quagmire planes plus 50 clams aswell as tons of moon idols.

Terrible event. Everything about it was wrong. Cleveland unlock was completely unreasonable, leading to out-of-order journal entries, adding cleveland’s 80s costume distracts from progression of the event, not enough non-premium characters earn idols, and now this whole shots thing. King Butt should have arrived much earlier, just so there would be time for non-premium players to max out the bar to get the higher multipliers. More characters should be able to earn shots. I mean, why not Joe? His 3 drinking buddies can all earn them. Why not Jerome, Lois, Bonnie? While we’re at it, with the number of these needed, why not make the damn mummies drop them? I think for me, maxing out my multiplier was already a mathematical impossibility the first time I failed due to not having 8 purple shots. Next time around, I start with 3 blue shots, then 8 purple, followed by 14 purple. Guess what I’m not going to have in time? Those purple shots. they should probably have set it up so that you wouldn’t need the same color twice in a row. Resorting to a premium sarcophagus for a *chance* at getting a reasonable payout of shots is completely unreasonable. Also, the Booty box should probably be called something else, as after 8 attempts, I have yet to receive the booty-shaped booty of moon idols. I think a more accurate name would be “items that can easily be obtained independently of a time-limited event box.”
Anybody involved in making this event should have their faces flush in embarrassment at how terribly this has worked out.

You have made a well crafted rant…well done. TinyCo does read the comments of this site and our hope is they will take them to heart and continue to make improvements to the game that many of us have now invested much time and (for some) real money.

Oh good. My timer finally reset so I could start the chain again. 3 purple, 8 blue, and back to 14 damn purple. Wasn’t possible to gather 14 yesterday, won’t be possible by tomorrow. Now I’ll have to watch the event end before my timer resets.

Thanks for all the comments about booty box! finally looked into it and got 5000idol first go which unlock man of danger for me that seemed unlikely to get to with jelly shots.
Then got boats, garden, skate park etc but got one trophy so happy with that.

Do events return? For example, another a chance to get King Butt and Clown Peter. I couldn’t get the Clown Peter because your game was under maintenance most of the event. At the near end of the event, I uninstalled and installed again. The game finally works and failed to get Clown Peter. If events don’t return, can you do some kind of programming to make them return?

This game is brand new, so we honestly have nothing to base returning items off of. They held over Pee Pants, but you can only unlock him with Clams. As you see in this post, the items…for now…or gone once the event is over and if you have not unlocked them. Sorry. My best suggestion, let TinyCo know your feelings on bringing a character or item back you enjoyed. You never know what player feedback can impact in the game. 😉

Disappointed with this event, they should make these achievable to the hard-core players/fans, us 🙂 without having to pay money, I figured dedication to the game would of being enough. 😦

I am going to be cutting it really close in getting King Butt. The pyramid shows 2 days until the event ends. Does anybody know the exact time it will end? Does it end Monday afternoon or Monday night? Please help!

@Spencer: I was able to unlock KB with out buying or using clams. I don’t consider it a glitch as it happened after their second to last update (15 day mark or so), mummies literally were coming out every minute as long as the game screen was open. So while doing other stuff, I kept the screen on and collecting idols. It was possible to get around 10k a day, together with the regular tasks for characters. Spent HOURS a day on doing that. Made it up to 80k before they released the last patch. After last patch, mummies only came out every 15 minutes. Thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it to 100k. Luckily, they released those Brian Sarcs and tried my luck on them. Used up all my left over 60k but was able to reach 100k mark before idols ran out. (Also managed to snag 10 clams and a Quag Plane.)

Spent all my butts on the booty chest and all I got was 2 skateparks, 3 yachts, 2 Lincoln memorials, and an open air debris garden. Clams or more butts would have been nice, but I was hoping to at least get one of the exclusive statues. 😦

They are VERY exclusive. Very low winning % odds (not sure the exact amount). Hopefully TinyCo will introduce a sell back feature soon. They are hearing the requests/complaints 😉

Anyone have any thoughts on the colour orders for beating king butt, i want to start it on a run that wont end in 40 purples as thats what i have least in,
The one shown on the jelly shot thread is 3 blue 8 red 14 blue 25 blue and 40 purple
My first run was same as this 3 blue then 8 red but i let it time out to save, second run started with 3 red, this is now third run and back to 3 blue
Anyone have any ideas of patterns, will starting 3 blue be the same, what is the order when it starts red?
Currently ive saved 22 red 22 blue but only 7 purple so you see why i want to maximise ability

Completely random, which is a bad design decision IMHO. I just finished a x50 run with 40 grape shots, with a healthy supply of blueberry and raspberry in reserve. So which flavor comes up next? One of the flavors that I already have a reserve? Nope….another grape, where I now have 0 in reserve and have to magically acquire another 40 in 24 hours, impossible without spending clams. In order to avoid user frustration, it would be nice to switch to another flavor after each run. Plenty of frustration overall with this event…not sure what I’m supposed to do with my 4 open air debris gardens, 3 flammable dry bush gardens and 3 wheelchair skate parks from those Booty Boxes that seem to never give you what you need/want.

I spent all my booty hoping to get clams and only got krap like you! 2 Lincoln statues, 2 dry bush gardens 2 yachts, a wheelchair park, and quagmires plane. No booty or clams. I’m over it

I did well with booty boxes got 16000 booties out of 9 booty boxes so it looks like im going to get King Butt after all. Also got quagmire plane and peter copter, which save s my clams

Curious if anybody has unlocked King But as a pure fremium player….not spending any clams or real life money or taking advantage of bugs/glitches.. Something tells me no. Everyone seems to have spent tons of clams or talks about multiple glitches that gave them 1,000s of free clams or shots.

I have not spent any money on this game. I did 8 hours tasks through the event and when I could I did 1 hours tasks. I saved up all my butts and spent them all on about 17 Booty Boxes. I got x2 5000, x1 5500, and x1 7000. Just did the defeat King Butt quests for 3, 8, and 14 and got way more butts then it says. So I did not use any glitch and just made sure my guys were always on a task and got King Butt. TinyCo did make it just barely possible to complete the event as a fremium player.

I bought the 130 clam pack as I was so close to getting King Butt. I’m a freemium player in general and have played the rest of the event without spending a penny. But(t) maybe I’ve just been lucky with the booty sarcophagus, I’ve had a garden, skate park, Lincoln statue, yacht, petercopter and anubis statue but the rest has been clams and booty, I then reinvested the booty again. In total I’ve had 7k booty four times and 5k twice, combined with the clams I won and speeded up getting the shots with, I was close and decided it was worth just under £3 to definitely get him.
If it’d gone to the last minute, I may have still got him. But it was more down to luck of the drops for me

I dont like the fact that its so hard to get jello shots, i now have to get 40 purple shots in 24 hours and i hv 10 rolledover…. how is it possible to get 40 shots in 24 hours with 3 characters.. and each giving out a random one.. Tiny Co… come on do the math … ridiculous … im disappointed i wont be able to get the playable character…. .. n im like 25,000 moon idols away with 3days to the event … unless im lucky to be hit by a glitch…. :S

Ok…good news first..there is a way to reach 100,000. 🙂 bad news, it will cost you most of your 900 clams. 😦 There are only 2 main ways this late in the event (one chancy, one guaranteed). You could spend 120 clams each on the “50 Hot Mess Mummies” item. You would only be able to buy 7. They payout between 2000 to 5000 idols. Worse case scenario: you end up with 14,000 idols 😦 Best case: 35,000 idols 🙂 (my guess…somewhere in between). So not really worth the risk. But the better idea is to use clams to speed up your lavish shrine. It costs 16 clams and pays out 500 idols per “rush”. 896 clams will let you speed it up 56 times for a payout of 28,000 idols. Then let it run it’s normal 8 hr/ 500 idol payout 4 times and you’ll have your 30,000 needed idols. I would get the 2000 first over the next day and a half, then start speeding it up, because you’ll be collecting from mummies and tasks and won’t need the full 56 “rushes” (you’ll save a few clams). The Jelly-Yo game WILL NOT HELP YOU. It pays too little and even if you sped up the 4 hour tasks, it would cost you 720 clams for 90 shots (8 clams x 90). And that is only if you got the “perfect” colors. Plus, the total payout on a perfect streak is 13,200 idols. (150+300+1500+3750+7500). DO NOT BUY the Jelly-Yo Sarcophagi, they are worse odds than just speeding up the Jelly tasks. So there you have it……hope this helped 🙂
Ps: make sure you defeat King Butt 2 times to make him available once you get your 100,000 idols (if you haven’t already) 😉

Hoping the next event will be better and not a greed hord.. If so, I’m pushing delete… What I’d like to see, hmmm… What the hell something that actually deals with the show!!! Many feel confused and betrayed by TinyCo… Maybe they will learn, if not they had a decent run for a bit…

Usually, the shot mini game ends when you claim King Butt. But there is a glitch that lets you continue playing as long as The gold Peter trophy stays in your inventory.

They really should make the King a buyable character after the event ends…most ppl I’ve heard have no more than 50,000 butts…no way to do it in 3 days….what could you buy to help unlock him and earn 60,000 more in 3 days? Any ideas? I waited to buy any fancy shrines thinking we would have plenty of butts by now!

It would be cool if they offered him up for sale, but, my guess, he’s just like an exclusive that TSTO offers. Most likely gone for good. At this point, unless you are willing to spend a LOT of clams, it will be very difficult to hit 100,000. Save them and your money for something else. The new district will unlock soon and you might see something you really like. 😉

My pleasure 😉 Just like it took TSTO many tries to get the bugs worked out on running a smooth event (some hits..Stonecutters..some misses..Easter), I’m hopeful TinyCo has learned VOLUMES about their first attempt at a MAJOR event. Time will tell.

Well, I took the leap last night and decided to plug a bunch more quarters into the machine. One route is to gamble on the Stewie Sarcophagus until you get the Badonkadonk Shrine. Then you can rush it for 36 clams netting 2,000 moon idols each time. But I also rushed Peter, Adventure Peter, Quagmire or Cleveland thru their Jellyshot tasks to get thru the 25x level. All told it’s going to cost me about 1,600 clams, but I went from about 58K to 88K in idols and just rushing the Badonkadonk a few more time will put me over the top. YMMV!
(Like you, if I’d known there would be a character at the end, I’d probably have saved money and invested in shrines at the beginning. I hate to be essentially rewarding TC for a stumbling roll-out, but thems the breaks! It’s just money coming out of my vodka budget — or so I’m telling myself — which is too high anyway 🙂 )

FWIW, I’ve unlocked the King at a total of 1,333 clams spent. Not necessarily spent most wisely, but as someone else has suggested getting from 50K to 100K in idols is roughly a $40 proposition, and that story checks out.

I was able to get King Butt three days before the event ended. I didn’t have to use any clams, nor have I bought anything since day 1. The Booty Boxes paid off in a huge way. I bought like 20 of them, since I had saved most of trophies.

Hey I’m not sure which post to write this in but I noticed that approx. 10-15 shots of each color have showed up in my shot inventory. The last time I checked my game was around noon and at that time I had about 10 of each color. Given that I’ve barely played today and haven’t spent any clams on the jelly yo sarcophagi I thought this was peculiar. Not that I’m complaining! Just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else

I had saved up 25 of each color and set out to defeat king butt and in the 2x multiplier it paid me approximately 4,000 idols. So we both benefited from a glitch.

I experienced the same thing and was able to boost my streak to 50x and just shot up to almost 65000 idols. Maybe it’s tiny co’s secret way of making sure we all get king butt ; – )

Ok…as promised..more info for you. I just spoke to TinyCo. The official end of the event will be July 1st at noon (PDT). They are based in California so they use Pacific Time.

I decided not to wait and just play them anyway. Patience lost out to curiosity and the 25 of each color I saved worked out perfectly to run through the 25x multiplier. Which was all I could stand to jelly harvest anyway. I just hit the booty jackpot big time with the jelly game so now I see why tiny co was so high on it. They honestly overpaid me but I hope they don’t take it back because it brought my total over 100,000 by just a little. It was fun making him barf.
