Hey there Clammers, just hopping on in for some quick information and an update from TinyCo.
For those of you having troubles seeing Ron and/or missing him, the root cause has been located. An update patch will be coming as soon as Monday to help resolve this issue for you, so keep an eye out for it.
For everyone else, double check your devices and make sure you are updated to version 1.1.1 BEFORE you complete Quahog Comic Con Part 6. This should help to avoid the missing Ron Perlman issue.
Hope this helps out a lot of you impacted by this. Let us know if the patch resolves the issue for you once it hits.

I bought Ron P with 5 clams. (Wanted it before bedtime)… I spent the 5 clams and LOST my blam of almost 5000!!!! Did I spend 5 clams and 4817 blame!???? I have also lost like 3000 blam before ! Just losses it! Anyone else? Ts

Yes…you’ll STILL lose the blam! Ron costs 5,000 Blam! whether you spend clams or not. The “cheaper” clam rate comes from having the blam! in the case. So it’s going to take your blam! and charge you clams for the blam! you were missing.

You still get charged the 5000 Blam for unlocking him, don’t know about the other 3000. You are sure you didn’t use it here and there on other things?

Same exact problem as Shawn, been this way ever since I repaired the flag pole the first time. Can’t buy his chair, screen jumping into the woods, etc. Ron is collecting puppies though, just can’t see him to unlock him! Have reported it in-app for the second time.

I already got RP off the flag pole but when I hit the RP it takes me into the woods.WTF I did the update and I don’t see him but it takes me in the woods.

Make sure you send them an in game message about it. We’ll keep an eye out for anyone else mentioning it. Right now this is the first I’ve seen of Ron not showing after the patch.

The issue with Ron has now been fixed. There is no additional game update from the AppStore, just something they did on their end. Close and restart the game if necessary but now Ron should appear for everyone who was missing him.

Maybe the update is already here, My Stewie Zapper only takes 4 hours to charge, and I’ve had a Yellow Shirt drop a Zapper battery less than an hour ago.
But now the Red shirts don’t have a beam out sound anymore just like the Yellow Shirts, but the Yellows don’t have a Blam sound too.

That was just a little game tweaking that didn’t need a full update. But the sound issue could be caused by the adjustment. Send an in game message to TinyCo so they can track this mini bug (this is now the second report of this). 🙂

Like some, although I have Ron there, having no luck with characters dropping items. Luckily getting them through zapping Stewie or the odd one from a red trekkie but none from the characters. Very frustrating. Also, I can’t buy the chair either although I haven’t deleted and reinstalled the game on my phone.

I think the chair is a glitch. It might be something that will hit our towns after the event is over (like go into our inventory)

Well the drop rates for Ron have not been to bad for me. Only need 2 puppies and then he’s mine. Although quagmire was the worst for dropping jazz records. Most of mind came from Q building and nerds.

Blue nerds are spawing from clamsterprise every 6min, red nerds 2hr/5hr and golden nerds 6hr/8hr and blue nerds have 0,00001% chance for a clam, red nerds 1% chance and golden nerds have 2% chance for clam, 20+ Blams! and “Blue” Martini 😉

Since the comicon update the app hasn’t loaded for me at all just crashes after the bar has loaded this is on android btw.

It sounds like a memory issue since the last update loaded a bunch more data into your device. Make sure nothing is running in the background. If you have plenty of memory, then you may have to uninstall/reinstall the game. If you’re linked to an email/Facebook…your game is saved. Let us know if that works.

Red nerds no longer getting beamed up when attempting to earn jazz records, for the past 3 days. Didn’t improve with update either. Anyone else complaining of this?

i know some people are saying the items for Ron aren’t dropping as fast. As far as I know it’s not a glitch, the drop rates are random & rare. Sometimes they hit, sometimes they dont. I have yet to see a record from a nerd…

So far i’ve received one record from a nerd, but I’ve received 6 back&white movies from zapping stewies! The rarity levels are reversed for me! lol. jk

One more annoying bug.
After the last update, the Orange Shirts stopped making a beam out sound when you click on them.
Has anyone else notice this too?

I know the sound and animations change. It is more a memory thing. They want some new stuff to work out, but may have to sacrifice others to do it and keep the game from crashing.

Well it seems I’m getting most of my Blam, I’ve noticed that sometimes the Blam is added in a strange way, at times it looks like nothing is being added to the Comic-Con when you click Blam, and due to a bug some Blam hasn’t been added due to a bug, but most times it is added.
Here is what I’ve noticed.
It’s randomly added In this way when you click the Blam,
1. The normal way as you collect each Blam of course, this is the way it should be all the time.
2. Right as you click a townie or Blam creating item it’s added in before you click the Blam.
3. If you are,a fast clicker and you click a lot of items and there is several Blam to collect at once from like from Trekkies, they are all added into the first Blam you click. Like 5 Trekies, x2 Blam each, the first Collect Blam cwill add all 10 Blam to the Comic-Con at once and the rest will be added normally to the stash at the top of the screen.
So if you don’t see 2 added at a time to the Comic-Con this is the reason why.
It’s the same for Items like,the Suoer Truck and the Bar, the Blam is dropped in several batteries, but while Blam is added to your stash one at a time, the first click adds all Blam on screen at once to the Comic-Con.
So even if you still see Blam on screen to collect, it’s added to the con either as you clicked the item to collect from, or on the first Blam you click, so before you think there is somthing wrong, keep an eye on the Comic-Con before you click and item with Blam and see how it’s being added.
If you have the glitch like I do, try to find out, click a single blueshirt, collect the Blam, do,this a few times on at a time, if you notice even one Blam not being added, then you have the glitch too.
I’m on an iPad Air and I’ve noticed this problem many times, I dunno if the problem is on other systems yet.

Ron’s chair can’t be placed… Anyone else having this issue? Tried over and over, but I just can’t get it. He’s unlocked, but his chair is stuck in a cocoon somewhere… On the fly, please fix this!

As of right now Update1.1.11 or the latest nothing for iOS.. Has the chair and says press go.. Signed into a anroid device and it doesn’t have the chair… Guess Ron’s butt will be standing for now on haha.. No one to see here, just a cocoon 😉

Hmmmm…so out in limbo like Ron was for many. Can you do me a favor? Send me your player ID info and I will forward it on to them. (familyguyaddicts@gmail.com) I know there are issues of those cocoons and trees. Usually the force close helps out or uninstall/reinstall for those linked to an email or FB account. Outside that, it is getting TinyCo involved.

It it’s alright, just curious if anyone else was having issues with the chair. Tiny has bigger eggs to fix than a silly tiny chair for me, that I can probably barley see if I tried. Not extremely important and I’m sure they’ll get to it by the end of the many glitches/or opps we did it agains haha

Right after I got the option to repair the flagpole the day he came Into the game, I realized that I didn’t see him hanging there after I closed the game, but when I reopened it he was there..
I guess this is one bug I didn’t get for once!
