Hoppin on in here with a quick update in regards to those reports coming in of Buildings Missing from your Quahog.
I have seen a few readers now stating that their Drunken Clam or another building has gone missing. I have alerted TinyCo to this and they are aware of the issue. It is currently being looked into and a cause for it being sought out.
In the meantime, if you notice a building missing please alert TinyCo right away so they can help get it returned for you as well as look into your game to help them narrow down just what is causing this issue to the devices. Let us know if this helps you out.

I lost Joe and Bonnies house and have emailed support twice. It still isn’t fixed and I can’t finish missiond. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

The ID you sent is not valid. Did you pull it from the main screen? If so that’s the incorrect one. Please email me your Player ID. Main menu, account, number in bottom right corner. Email me a screenshot if you can.

My Griffin house is missing for days already, a lot of missions can’t start include comic con mission which is time limited. Contact TinyCo many times. I think they just ignore me

I’m right there with you. I share your frustration. On top of everything else, it’s not sitting right with me that I’m unable to move forward with PS’s quest, now that he’s officially unlocked. That’d at least be something, but I left waiting with absolutely nothing to do but wait because I want to atleast me able to claim the tasks that I sent my characters on when the bug hit my machine. Humph….
I’m pretty much constantly reminding myself that it’s just a game… but it sucks that I’m losing enjoyment for stuff like this when the game itself is actually quite fun when it is working properly. But what’s the point in participating in an event that I have no chance of succeeding at? Lame.

So has anyone has the entire Comic Con event disappear? For the last 24 hours it has been gone from my town…
A notification popped up saying this event has ended and reload to continue.
Tried uninstalling and all that, but still no luck. Ron is still waiting for stuff but all the conference stuff has gone and he’s hidden in the trees where it once was!
Awaiting a response from tiny co, but any advice would be greatly appreciated as there’s blam! to collect! 🙂

Some big glitches have hit the towns of some players. Sounds like you have done all the normal troubleshooting steps, including contacting TinyCo. We will contact TinyCo and find out the status of the fixes…they are aware of the missing buildings/comic con problem. If you don’t hear back later today, send another message on the thread you opened in the contact us section. Also send an email to help@tinyco.com Just keep working on district 8 stuff until they hook you up. 🙂

Thanks for the advice, Cyber. Frustratingly I just finished the wizard nerd quest line and am just twiddling my thumbs now thinking of all that blam! I’m missing out on… At least I still have Patrick!

I know it is hard, but have patience. Remember they have a LOT of messages flooding in at once. Much like here on our site, you can only get to them so fast. Theirs is a bit more involved as they have to research each issue, see if a resolution already and if not…go into your game, find issue, find cause, figure out a resolution, etc.
Sometimes the answer is easy, some times it takes…time. hang in there. 😉

I need help!!! My Quahog Convention Centre has suddenly reverted to its “unrepaired” status (with the red ribbon across the front entrance), but it is still paying out Blam! & XP

As long as it’s working, you’re fine. This last in game update that brought us the RoboBrian Box and Car Challenge also brought a box full of bugs. They are working on each problem and combining a fix that will come out soon. I would still send an in game message just so they can see if the problem is trending. If it really bothers you, try an uninstall/ reinstall to see if it’s just a corrupt file in your device.

In other news, I’ve been trying to get Patrick Stewart to “Relax” all day long, but the action won’t start. A minor inconvenience in a free game, but I spent $10 on clams to get him unlocked quickly and now I get over half a day delay in his quest line…if they are going to charge money they need to have their $&#& in order. Sooo not cool

Do you still have the “Challenge” task in your left side task list (the one with the countdown timer)? If you do, open it and you will see the 15 Mutant part marked with a check mark. But the other (top) button, not checked off. Click on it and it should trigger the “Nailrunner” reward. It will then move the car to your inventory.
