Hey there Clammers. So you want to try to get the most BLAM! for the time you spend in your game? Want to earn all those cool prizes? Don’t know where to begin? Well I have broken down the tasks we currently have in time blocks to help players at different gaming hours to get as much out of your playing time as you can.
For those of you that are Addicted Tappers, Peter has a 1 minute task to earn you 60 Blam! an hour if you are diligent. Hope you built up a callous on that finger or at least have some spare band-aids cause this one is gonna get yah. Lol

So there is a little time management help for players who want to get the best Blam! out of the time they put into the event. The shortest tasks will always pay out better. Also, unlocking those extra characters will help to earn even more Blam! to your totals.

Why does George Takei drop Blam? Tiny co stated your event is over when the time ends or you reach 100,000. So, why would the 100,000 charachter drop the event currency?

SPOILERS FOR NEW UPDATE
Minion stewies appear around town and can only be killed by bombs. Bombs are dropped from celebrities, hero costumes and can be bought. You control the target and try to bomb as many minions at once. The new vehicle is here also, you need to kill 300 minions in 4 days. That’s all I got at the moment, hope it helps.

Im having a problem.
After the update, Im getting the following error:
boost::bad_format_string: format-string is ill-formed,
I have hard closed the game variuos times but the error still appears. I cant even send anything to tinyco since the game doesnt allow me to do anything.
I hope my game isnt lost 😦

Can you get your menu screen to open? If so, it is the 32 digit number on the account info screen. TinyCo is aware of the problem and are working on it.

Sadly no. All I get is Consuela with the message I posted and then, it closes the game. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall and the error continues even without linking the account, since the game doesnt open.
I hope the fix comes out soon, since tomorrow is friday and they tend to go slower on weekends and wasting a weekend would be bad for an addict.

I downloaded the update, tried to bomb mutant stewie (ive got 5 bombs) and the app crashes (AGAIN!) whenever I try to use the bombs. Any idea what’s fojnf on?

Hey all loving the blog and all the hints and tips here but in the last few hours I’ve lost 50,000 coins and not bought anything has anyone else lost coinage at all x

To be honest, I haven’t really been looking at the coins for a while since they are not used. Is there any chance you bought something by accident? Check your inventory and see if something is new. You can also send a message to TinyCo and ask if they have received any reports on this problem occurring. 🙂

I’ve been pursuing a plan that I haven’t seen anyone else mention (perhaps I missed it) so I thought I would share since it seems to be working very well. Since the start of Giant Stewie and the pesticides, I’ve been buying two Training Centers every day (because I was making over 8,000 Blam! per day with the pesticides) to help with even more pesticide. It has been so successful that I can now afford three per day and I’ll be over 12,000 per day and 100,000 in total tomorrow… From there it just keeps going up!
It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts… All hail the Flying Spaghetti Monster, His Holiness and Dinner, Aaaargh

Can you please tell me when the comic con started? Is it going for 43 days, more or less? I’m at 38k atm without spending any clams and have unlocked every character and costume (not Bryan thoughv- as I said, no clams spent). Now I’m doing about 2,5k blame per day, I really hope that I can keep up.

If you have iOS it started 7/24, if you have Android it started 7/30. It’ll end on September 8th 🙂

I usually go for the four hour tasks for everyone, although the original four paid characters and King Butts and Hubert I usually have on their longest tasks just to level them. Figure if they’re not going to do anything for me, I’ll just set them to do one thing and have one less thing to chase around after four hours.

2nd question. Is mutant stewie gonna stay till the end of the event? Because i like to save up my pesticides and use them 1 time and get the multiplier:-)

Latcher, Giant, and the new Minions Stewie will all stay the duration. With Latcher only coming 3 hrs, 4 in town max…up to you how quickly you want to use them up. 😉

This is minor, but I just noticed that in the far top right side of the map (right of the entertainment district) that you can scroll far past the “out of bounds” area. I hope we’re finally getting more land, because I have zero space thanks to this awesome event. lol

It appears they fixed the no pesticides dropped when giant stewie is regenerating “issue”. Which is a shame because zapping stewie when this happened was my prime source of sundae dropping for blobulous – still stuck at 5 needed.

Sorry to hear this, but we are seeing more posts that players with this same problem are getting back into the game. Try a hard close every so often.

Do me a favor, FB is not the best place to reach out to them. Instead, try their email since you can’t get in to your game to contact them. help@tinyco.com.
Once you do reach out, give them time to get back to you. They are sifting through thousands of messages daily. See if you get a quicker response going that route. Also, if you by chance have a shot of your Player ID (long stream of numbers on your account page) make sure you provide that too. If not, let them know you can’t provide it due to you can’t access the game.
Let us know if that helps.

I understand your want to get back as soon as possible, but like I stated…the way you initially contacted them was not helpful. The email will prompt a response…but when they get to it. They don’t have a mass amount of employees, so they need a lil time to get through them all. Give them a couple of days.
Small items are just that…small…an entire town lost takes a LOT more.

Just sayin, as that post gets older less people will visit and most people won’t read more than the first few comments. If you’re making a post that’s made to help people get the most Blam! possible then I would think that telling them how to best use their pesticides would help. If you post something people will come to the website to read it, while if I make a comment, most people will just scroll over it.

Not sure if this has been made aware yet but I was battling Giant mutant Stevie with pesticides and during his 20-30 second cool down right after being defeated I collected captain hammered/blobulous pesticide action and nothing! See for yourself, right after defeating Stevie no pesticide producing task will drop pesticide during his cool down period.. But return once he is back

I think I have a glitch. Whenever I scroll through the buildings menu the game crashes when I get to the Quahog National Bank. This is preventing me from building a building needed for Ron’s battery task! Should I contact tiny co? I tried restarting the app and reinstalling didn’t work. 😦 and is there a winky frown, just trying, ;( .

I think either the calculation for 1hr is off or the calculation for 2hr is off. I don’t think 2hr tasks will earn you more than 1hr tasks per hour (17 vs 13).

If you look closely at my post…the payout is MINIMUM of what you can earn. Add to that more characters as you unlock them and Higher payout skins and the numbers jump. 😉

Not necessarily. Peter’s 1 min task is shortest…it pays out the best. 60 Blam! an hour. No other task comes close. 😉

Nice write up, where I was worried just before the Giant Mutant Stewie about getting enough Blam needed for George Takei I’m up to 70k Blam now. I figured they would do something, just didn’t think so soon. I like how this even has started giving people more and more ways to earn Blam while keeping things fun and interesting throughout the event. Even if someone started today the only things they probably couldn’t get if they really tried to earn as much Blam as they could would be the limited time items like the cars and the space shuttle at the begging of the event. Really excited to start working on the new phase of the event. 20k Blam in currency, 60 batteries, and quite a bit of pesticides stored up to help at start of it if needed as well.
Again nice write up about earning Blam, it will help people out a lot.

Fantastic breakdown, thanks! Quick question/confirmation tho .. for 2 hours, you say how much we can get per hour, but then for 4 and 6, you just say “can earn”. Are those #s also per hour or per the time period? If it’s the time period, you may want to change 2h that way as well for consistency.

Help!! I’m doing pretty well in this amazing game. Nearly 70,000 blam. Only problem is I have no tasks. I have so far unlocked all the characters including the premium like consuela and buzz. Also most of the characters in my game have maxed on level 15.

I sent quagmire on his 8 hour task at the fuzzy funhouse and in my game its like a mutant stewie is on it, but he is not one it and when I try to shoot it the gun shoots but then the game freezes so quagmire is stuck there. I’ve done all the resets on the world and still nothing and I sent tiny co a notification but nothing yet

Hey guys, love your blogs. Almost as addict to them as to the games itself. A few days ago a car appeared in my shop for 250 blam!. I bought only once but it stayed on the shop. It doesnt have any descrition when you click on it but it looks like the multipliers car, you know withh a big red X. I still have . Lil glitch. Did any of you see it too? I always used the hour task and Bruce’s 2hr with Peter surfing bird when I had spare time but now coz of pesticide collecting I’ve lost peter, Chris Patrick Stewart and Ron but gained lois not that it matters now almost at George 🙂 and Brian Cranston is a god sent when it comes to his 2hr task just waiting for Stan lee now

As a freemium player i have been keeping track of the Blam rate i was earning, my initial target was getting 1k blam a day whihc would give me a minimum of 40k in the event time, over the first week the blam average slowly increased due to rewards and tasks etc and time management of course. With the mutant stewies and the giant stewie i have been able to see the average blam earned per day slowly increae which for a freemium user who can miss some taps here and rthere helps and gives a glimmer of hope for that 100k target. I currently close to 26k , and will be hitting 26k before the end of the end of the 15th day,which gives me a 1733 blam a day average at that rate i am now going to hit 70k , The key to the increased blam rate is obviously the Pesticides …..I am really looking forward to the rest of the event, i have just unlocked Ron and felicia i will have by the end of the day as well just more chance for blam!!!
My best advice is collect those pesticides like crazy , if you have enough pesticeds to vanquish giant stewie again dont rush, use as much of that 24 hour window as you wish to get more blam for the next stage keeping your multiplier rate at 8x or higher will give you a massive chance of reaching your goals

Not really. Raw data straight out of the game isn’t especially useful unless you have difficulty reading it off your android/iphone.
Perhaps some analysis might be helpful? Or maybe just do all the information in one post rather than stretching it out arbitrarily? Surely the idea of this blog is that you should offer something beyond just copy-pasted information that the game already gives you?
