Hello There Clammers!
Comic-Con phase 4 has arrived in Quahog! The fourth phase brings a new celebrity to our towns as well as little Minion Stewies running all over Quahog! I know many of you are curious about what’s in store for us in our Tiny Quahogs during the fourth phase of this event..So with that in mind here’s the full quick walkthrough for phase 4 of the event (phase 1 can be found here, phase 2 can be found here and phase 3 can be found here) This covers the quests that popup during the 4th week of Comic-Con including: Bombs Away and The Creator.
So now let’s bomb some minions shall we?
As always these are structured by questline (Note:Questline is considered the entire task list that is required under a certain title. For example Bombs Away Pt. 1, Pt. 2 etc). This should help you keep track of what comes next in each questline & what you’ll need to do. Keep in mind, with this game various quests/tasks can be running at once. You can be in the middle of 1 questline and another questline will start, however the order in which the questlines appear may be different for each game.

Open Cocoon– Repair the Flagpole, 200 Blam! and 8hrs.

This completes the fourth phase of the Comic Con Event! This phase should last until this weekend when they’ll introduce a new celebrity to Quahog!

My peter character is stuck on a mission with quagmire to bomb stewies from a plane even though I’ve completed that mission. also saved Stan lee from his cocoon but he is no longer visible and I am still able to click items to help him.

Hmmm sounds like a few glitches going on. Best bet in this case is to contact TinyCo. They’ll most likely have to go into your game…

I just completed pt.5 with quags and now pt.6 won’t start ? Really frustrating since I just bought clams…..

What is Peter doing? He triggers the next part. Does he have other tasks he is still working on open in the task bar?

No he doesn’t, atleast not from comic con. I also haven’t put him on another task.There’s not even a quest for bombs away anywhere in my task bar. I think I somehow completed the quest at the same time as one for Louis and the Louis one popped up but the next bomb mission didn’t.

Sometimes other tasks seem to stop a new one from triggering. I’d say try a short task not completed and see if that helps kick in the Comic Con one.

This one I have finally had some success with. Destroy all but one small section of road (or locate where your minions spawn). Leave the game for an hour or more. Come back and open the bomber. Focus on the small area of road or spawning area. After about a minute, the poof and (at least in my game), 10-15 minions appear, now drop in center very quickly before they can run away. I get 10-15 almost every time with this.
(Numbers decrease at end of day-maybe max # stewies per day?)

I just returned from my holiday and I was not able to check my game for 11 days. Now that I checked my game I noticed that Stan Lee is not yet in my game. When will he appear?

Is it just me or has anyone have trouble collecting books and Movie cameras for Stan Lee ?
I ask this because I need 3 books left and 6 cameras to gain the Marvel master.

So I just started part 4 of comic con and I went through the tutorial on bombing Stewie but when I tap bombs away it makes the bombing noise but no gas appears like it should and the target stays zoomed in and moves a bit. Any help would be appreciated.

Interesting. Have you tried any troubleshooting yet to resolve it? Force Close app. Restart device. If you have a linked account to an email or FB, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app then log back into the linked account?

So as long it’s connected I won’t lose progress because I tried everything else.

If you are signed into a facebook and can visit friends, it is syncing your account to that facebook profile. If you linked it instead to just an email, gmail, etc it will sync and save the game to that. So check the Menu, Account & Setting, and see if you have a Player ID at the bottom right screen. Take a screenshot of that. Keep it handy. Also see if it tells you what if anything you are logged into.
Essentially an account = saved progress. Just takes a few taps to log back in once reinstalled.

I contacted tinyco about it and when you send them a message does tinyco always have to reply by saying that they got the message or is it only the first time because after my first message I sent them I never got the confirmation message again.

just got George tekai after finally reaching 100,000 blam…. apparently none of his tasks yield anything but xp coins and blam…..

I’ve noticed since the update that added the Pesticide Bombs and the minion Stewies that the game has become very laggy. This affects collectimg money/XP/etc. as well as the the bomber that bombs the minions. I’ll find a big group, and by the time the bomber loads, theyv’e all dispersed. TinyCo should clean up the gameplay since so much is going on all at one time.

They never know what each players device capabilities will be, so that is hard for them to determine how it will impact YOU. Only thing I can suggest is if it is, let them know. So if certain devices do have issue, they can look into it. Help them help you.
Otherwise, I may suggest if you see a lag…try to help the memory issues. Store any items you are not currently using for the event. Especially if they are animated. Other random characters not really “needed” for play…try to keep them on indoor tasks as those take less memory. Check to make sure your device is not cutting it close on memory space available, causing the game to fight for room. Also, make sure you are not running any other apps on your device in the background. If you are, close them so all the memory can be utilized for the app you want to be in. (So close out Facebook it its running in background of your device while you’re trying to play). Make sure you also use a good strong WiFi signal. A steady strong signal is key to any app running smoothly.
Let us know if any of those tricks helps you to get a lil better game play for the event. 😉

I have a laggy iphone4 from 4 years ago. I also have 700+ buildings and i do not lag. it must be your device. can’t blame tiny co for that.

Glad i been saving up bombs and far as blasti.g them i tried them all and the only thing that did it for me is to pick an four way keep 4 or 5 tapped and just be patient and when you see more heading in your direction hit um this worked best when i first wake up and they are maxed out i maxed at about 15 like this but just during the day its harder because i at least blast some every two hours from yhe bombs the nerdz drop but least now theres something to do i think 4 days is plenty of time so between this the other free clams and the 50 for the big crash makes up for the brin box i accidentally bought lol least it was a deco the swag station

I’m already almost 50 in! This is awesome because I just got GT too!

So, after getting George Takei, is it just farming blam! in the hopes of a blam box like the butt one? Because with 26 days left, I’m hoping that he’s not the end of it, once Fillion and Quagmire and Joe’s skins hit.

I really want pee pants, I missed him by 2 horns. Any idea when he will be back? Also 12 is the most minions I’ve bombed. Need to hurry up and get quagmire and Joe on the fab four.

Up to TinyCo on if/when. Best thing to do…ask them. Go through your in game menu, help and settings, contact them and make the request. 😉

the max i can get is 9 in one shot the maze idea doesnt work for me they walk right thru it thoughts?

Just have to make sure they have enough walking space around every turn. Or they are “forced” and tend to walk on through. At least 2 to 3 squares wide. Make sure they only have one way into the maze from the side walk and one exit at the end. Or they will try to make their own.

I found a trick, go to an open area where they walk through, start tapping them as they pause and squirting when you tap them. Keep doing this to them as they walk into the area. Once you have gotten enough for the quest hit the bomb button quickly and drop it right away. They bomb sight targets the area you were zoomed in to automatically. I have gotten 13 minions so far like this. I hope it helps everyone out there.

I like the minions. It’s easy to corral them and get Blam! this way. I’m at 62k so far and I hope I can reach 100k by the end! The drop rates on Stan Lee’s items are awesome. I only need 3 more movie cameras and I’ll have him unlocked. And that’s getting items from bombing Stewie and the nerds dropping them. I haven’t even done the character tasks.

First post 🙂 Has anyone found it difficult to collect the movie cameras? I have everything else needed for Stan Lee, and was collecting the cameras quickly, but recently nothing. The minion Stewie’s keep dropping coins along with blam and no items… is this a bug? PS: I find the other options rarely work, so relying on the minions!
PPS: Still seems to be crash central on my android phone (although ok on tablet).

Of course when I logged into the game later in the day, I got the last 3 cameras in one bombing session… Guess my luck was out for a while 🙂
Love this update. All of a sudden, blam is not a problem, even managed to buy all of the freemium buildings at last. Praise TinyCo for Giant and minion Stewie!

Am loving this event at the moment. The minion Stewies are proving to be a fun challenge to bomb the crap out of, lol. I am not one for buying premium characters much, but Nathan Fillion is amazing, I love Castle. So, I think I may break my policy on not buying premium characters for him. I am at about 95’000 blam now, so I am getting close to George Takei. I’m also looking forward to completing my Fabulous Four set with The Multiplier. I also managed to get the vehicles as well, up till now. Stan Lee is proving to be a difficult character to unlock, as it is taking some time to get the books more than anything else. I only need books and cameras. Has been a great event. Lots of fun.

Chairs for characters you unlock via collecting stuff, will unlock at the end of the event. Once comic-con ends they’ll go into your inventory 🙂
