Kinda wish they didn’t extend the bonnie costume I was able to unlock her before the deadline would have felt much better knowing a lot of people couldn’t unlock her on time 🙂

You can go back previous pages. Tap the lower left corner of the left page of in comic book page to go back previous pages. Tap the lower right of the right page to go forward in the book. Just found it out on my own today lol 🙂

64 old timey, 32 high tech, and zero modern harpoons as of this moment…oh ya, guess what type of harpoon I need twenty of to progress. You know how long it takes to save up 96 worthless harpoons? Add a harpoon swap to redeem the balance of this event. Thousands of people will be grateful.

I know what you mean. I currently have 10 old timey, 51 high tech and 114 (yes, one hundred and fourteen) modern harpoons. I need 20 old timey harpoons to progress the streak.
I also have 72 worthless batteries (never even bought the factory) and 20 bombs. I did have over 50 bombs, but I’ve been kinda wasting them on as many minions as I can to scrape together more Blam for boxes (hoping for clams, just getting more useless batteries or modern harpoons).

What I would like to see is, after the event, all of those buildings for clams be converted to silver coins. So we can have more stuff to fill our cities with. There’s a lot and they’re not going to have any perpose after the event ends. I hope they do this. Cross my fingers

I’m going to have to resort to bombing whatever, just for the fun of it, with no result. That or hitting one minion at a time. Too many bombs left! I actually think I’ll get stripper Bonnie before the event ends after all even though I don’t need to. Comic-con feels like it’s been running for months!

Add a harpoon swap system before the event ends!! Trade 5 of a specific type to redeem 3 of a specific type. Add the 2 harpoon penalty.

Is this really it? I mean, if I spend all my blam on boxes, etc.. are they gonna throw something at us on Sunday or Monday morning? I’m going by this post (and their pop-up) and playing the boxes, but if TC suddenly springs a building, costume, etc on us last minute and I’ve spent everything because of their warning to do so… sadface.
BUT, but, but, but, I can’t express how grateful I am that they are now giving us alerts. It’s really helpful with our strategy. And much appreciated. (If they mean it, lol)

Is the ending date for iOS users or everyone? If it’s for everyone then it’s not fair for us Android users who had to start a week late. I just got to the Iron Baby phase and have no chance in unlocking it.

Does anyone know the odds of getting 10 or 25 clams from the boxes? That’s all I want from them, I’ve kept buying them have never received clams. I have the decorations in the mystery box so I’m just getting bombs, harpoons, and batteries.
No doubt the odds for the clams are much lower, but… what kind of odds? 10:1? 50:1? If it’s 50 or 100:1 I’ll buy the last couple blam buildings (like Takei’s fencing centre) instead of wasting them hoping for clams I won’t receive.

Don’t know the odds but I’ve gotten quite a bit of clams from the original box. I had a ton of Blam! and went on a buying spree when the box first came out. Got quite a bit of clams early on but it seems like the odds of getting them have dropped.

I just got ironbaby, and collected 20.000 blam to buy the mutant stewie outfit, but now the mutant outfit is gone from the store!!! Is tuis is bug or did I miss something?

If you were building Iron Baby the costume will disappear from your store until the other costume is complete. As soon as Iron Baby is built it should come back to the store 🙂

I think I’m done with the ComicCon event a couple of days before it ends. It’s been an amazing event and I think it’s coming to an end just before it be becomes tiresome.
Despite my early thought that there would be no way to obtain George Takei, I’m ending the event with well over 200k total Blam!
I got all four superheroes, all three free celebs, Iron Baby, and Mutant Stewie. There’s no way I can earn enough Blam! To get Demon Stewie, but I don’t care. I’ve already moved on to using my characters to get items to unlock Stripper Bonnie.

Got Joe’s costume this morning, as well as Mutant Stewie. Having reached 4 microchips and then a full day of 4 characters not getting any (Felicia kept dropping batteries), I opted to take the dive and spend 20 clams for the last one. I felt it was justified and that I could make it back in no time via friend visits. I also got enough Blam to get the Mutant Stewie outfit too, so that’s a relief there.
Only thing outstanding is getting Robo-Stewie from the box, but I should be able to raise enough Blam to hopefully get him, not a big loss if I miss out though.
Given the comic hasn’t had a final page, Iton Baby’s story was a little bit anti-climatic, and they like weekend updates; I’m wary of what’s coming up, it’s going to be interesting. Though I do like how this event had allowed me to save 600,000 coins, so I should be good for District 9.

This game needs some serious retooling and balancing. I just got done saving up 25 old harpoons, bam! Now I need ANOTHER 25 old harpoons! This is the 4 th time in a row I need old harpoons! In the mean time I have to make do with 50 modern and future harpoons! WTF!!!

I know what you mean. When fighting Giant Minion Stewie the green pesticides popped up 4 out of the 5 times. TinyCo should have put in code where one type of pesticide/missile couldn’t be used back to back.

This has probably been my favorite “event” between this game and TSTO (I’ve been playing both games since the near beginning). I finally got Demon Stewie from the box (after taking Alyssa’s advice to get the mutant Stewie costume first), completing all the non-clam buildings/trailers for the event other than stripper Bonnie and she should be done by the end of the weekend. (/Rant on) The ONE complaint I have about this event is that they changed their mind about how long the Bonnie costume would be available to make. I realize a lot of people were complaining about the lack of time to unlock it, but as a premium player who spent the 200+ clams to speed up her tasks leading to the actual collecting of items I feel screwed over. This honestly makes me very wary about buying clams in the future. I think people need to realize that unless they are willing to spend the money, they won’t be able to get everything in this game. I just play on an android device, I accept that I won’t receive the Golden Peter costume. I want it, yes, but I realize I can’t always get what I want (cue song) (/Rant off).
TL;DR Awesome event overall, really wish I didn’t spend the clams to speed up Bonnie’s costume.

BAH! All I have left in the blam mystery boxes is Demon Stewie, but all I keep getting are bombs and batteries. No harpoons or clams either. Hopefully if they add another blam box they’ll do it later tonight/early tomorrow so we can decide what to do with our blam soon. I need that Demon Stewie! O_O

I’ve enjoyed this Comic Con event. I’m pretty much a “freemium” player, but I did buy $5.00 worth of clams during this event. They did make it much easier to “win” this event for the dedicated freemium players, but it definitely took work. Not to mention they *really* tried hard to entice me to spend more money.
If you are were a freemium player from the beginning of the event, who had most of the districts already, *and* had the time, it was possible to almost keep up with the paid players.
I’ve unlocked every character available, except Brian Cranston. Not paying almost $20 for a character. I’m only down to a couple of quest lines to finish. I’m almost done Rollocop Part 5, Iron Baby Part 5 and The Fabulous Four part 8. I didn’t think I would be able to finish Stripper Bonnie, so today’s news is welcome indeed.
I earned (so far) a total of 366,376 Blam, have 26,976 remaining. I have everything from the Blam boxes *except* Demon Stewie. Earned all the cars, got all 5 trailers and the other trophies.
I guess I am bragging a little bit, but I’m “proud” to have accomplished something that many people said couldn’t be accomplished. It took way, way, too much of my time. But hey, it was Comic Con. The only way I can see them getting that much of my time again is if they do something based on the Family Guy Star Wars shows.
So if you are a freemium player, yeah “it” can be done, but it’s going to take a LOT of your time.
Now, what to do with 67 batteries and $1,447,565.00 in coins? I’m eagerly awaiting TinyCo to open up District 9.
Not to mention all the free time I’ll have until the next event!

Oh boy I used up all my blam. I did get robo stewie , multis case, and Lois column. Now there is a new 20000 blam costume for stewie. Crap. Has anyone managed to get demon stewie or should I put all my focus on the 20000 blam?

I had over 187,000 Blam! so I was able to get all the decorations. Tons of harpoons and batteries but they aren’t very useful now. I have around 25,000 Blam! left and honestly I don’t really have use for them. I could just use them up to try for some clams. Other than that, I think I’ve done all I can for the event. Never got the Clamterprise. But honestly I have nowhere to put it even if I had it.
There better be more land opening than just district 9.
But overall. Great event! Just appears to have been one week too long.

It depends how much you want the outfit, I’ve heard some players got Demon Stewie easily, but for me it took just over 100,000 Blam! I made sure I brought the outfit first, but if it had come down to a choice, I Personaly would have choose the outfit (even though I haven’t unlocked Stewie yet).

Personally I don’t want Demon Stewie. he’s a plot hole on the storyline dontchaknow?
Science accidents (like over exposure to pesticide) never result in demon infestation. They have their origin story and power scheme out of balance. Mystical villain needs mystical origin, lol!
And then there is the practical aspect of where to put him. With Robuttsaurus, Giant Mutant stewie, brian and stewie robos, where would I even put a demon stewie. after I retcon his origin of course 😉
Oh I got it! Evil Cultists (led by the mysteriously absent Tom Tucker) cast a powerful summoning spell on the final pesticide bomb while 3 Filipino hookers distracted Quagmire. this spell bound a fiece demon warrior from the pit to the noxious gas and when the bomb was released, the demon possessed Mutamt Stewie, giving him the proportionate strength and speed of a Vin Diesel.
Oh man, now I *DO* want demon stewie!

First post, but I can’t possibly be the only one who has won several HUNDRED useless batteries in Blam Boxes. I keep stupidly spending my blam, hoping for clams, bombs or harpoons, more just gritting my teeth til this is over since my trophy now shows over 485,000 accumulated Blams and my town has no more room, no expansions are available, my inventory is bursting. BUT is Tinyco going to let us convert the batteries that drop way too often into something We can use since there is no way there will be 248 latcher Stewies between now and Monday.

I’m right there with ya. My batteries are in the 300s. I got most of mine before the blam boxes launched, from the clam boxes. I feel like, since I spent clams on them, we should at least be able to cash them in for blam! or harpoons or a prize… something. Seems like a waste… or they could up the number of latchers? Idk, but 300+ batteries is pretty ridiculous.

There have been a lot of great “free” items for players to get (you had to accomplish certain goals or buy Blam Boxes) during this event, but perhaps the coolest item was also the easiest to get – the phone booth. I also really like the Gatomobile and Robuttasaurus. Thanks TinyCo!

20,000 blam in 2 days? If you have tons of harpoons and get the right combination of needing them and have an area (I made a maze) that has the only piece of road in town so you can zap all 40 minion Stewie’s in 3 shots every half hour or so, you could get close. You’d pretty much be glued to your screen around the clock I would imagine. 🙂

You can absolutely get 20K Blam! in 2 days. I have probably made over 50K in the past few days. Obliterate every Minion Stewie that you can, keep zapping Latcher Stewies and harpoon Demon Stewie every chance you can. Every time you fill the streak meter and vanquish Demon Stewie that is 7,695 Blam! from start to finish.

**** This is terrible.
Between the recent news of iron baby and stripper bonnie, I spent $25 in the last week to speed up tasks and get closer to unlocking premium content. Immediately afterward, comic con left my game.
I submitted a complaint, and after several days they responded that there was nothing they could do, the event was over in my game, and they would credit me 100 clams.
THAT SUCKS! Besides never getting the last few skins and items they credited me less than $5. With no skins that $25 i spent went to nothing. I hope nobody else is being cheated as badly as I am.

I complained again to them, and based on my history with the game they did credit me additional clams. (I have been around since the beginning, and have spent several hundred on clams) still I had all characters and skins until now. So depressing. I think I should just uninstall and move on. 😦

So do any of you have suggestions on how to spend this extra Blam? I already have all the decos from the last Blam box. Should I buy Blam buildings (more training centers? more yogurt shops? more fencing centers? Which is the best “bang for the blam”)? Should I get decorations like the spotlight, etc? How are you all spending your extra Blam? Is Stripper Bonnie’s stripper pole worth it for 25 clams? Recommendations?

The stripper pole is only way you get her dancing on it in the outfit.
The rest, up to how you wanna decorate. Some are trying luck at boxes to try for clams.

I can’t seem to find the reactors to buy or Bonnie’s Stripper pole.
I have her twerking pole but no stripper pole is this the same issue as the bldgs not showing up?

Reactors are in the Event menu (shopping cart) and will show the count there.
The Stripper pole wont show til you get to Part 7 and start getting her materials. It will show in decorations.

Good news about extending Stripper Bonnie – now when joe’s done with his “lap dance”, bonnie will go back to those jacuzzi jets for more abusing. 3 microchips to get for rollocop, hopefully with bonnie, felicia, hartman, and mort all on their microchip tasks I can maybe scrape up the last 3 I need. Fingers crossed!

You’ll need to start the quest on an Android device and then when you switch back you’ll be able to collect on iOS

Seems to have been a temporary glitch on my device or something. The tasks now show as dropping harpoons though I didnt get any when red hot and multiplier just finished their harpoon tasks

Yes earlier both Ron and Nathan for me didnt show their drop but I put them on the same task again and after awhile the drop showed under them when I tapped to see how long they had. Lol I was like well this sucks initially myself

I may be off, but does this happen while Demon Stewie is inside the Con Center? Like during his 30 second reset? I noticed the game before with just Giant Stewie that when he went inside the game read he was gone, so no items needed…so the items disappeared for those few seconds on tasks. Once he popped back out, the items showed again. Just a thought.

Read others bring this up over past posts but happened to me earlier. Was not hitting demon Stewie at the time and when I hit Ron his options had everything back in order with the drop icon gone..I just hit his normal task that drops item. So went and checked patrick stewart and his was there. Then I hit nathan and his was gone but set him on his normal one that drops..both still dropped later..it just didn’t show it was a drop item quest..just a glitch I guess

My question about the buildings introduced during Comic-Con still has not been answered anywhere, unless I missed it. Will the buildings that require Clams stay or will they be gone?
I understand the ones that cost Blam! will be gone, in which I have everything, but what about the ones that cost Clams like Fat Kevin’s and so forth?

We did answer you. ANYTHING linked to the event, for example it was in the event icon, will go once the Event ends if you did not purchase it. So buildings introduced for the Event will go too.

Thanks Bunny. I apologize to you if I came off a little harsh, it was nothing personal. There is just so much going on right now and so many discussions and threads that I probably missed it. Plus I’m playing two games at once, mine and my wife’s game while she’s at work and I want to make sure she gets everything before it’s too late since she’s behind.
I only have 160 Clams, so I’d hate to miss out on all of those buildings that are only available for a limited time because there are just way too many things and funds are a bit tight right now.

Anyone else notice on their Facebook that they extended stripper bonnie past Comic-Con event. I’m very happy with Tinyco for doing this 3 days was just simply enough time to unlock her in time. I think a huge part of that was due to the constructive criticism from the addicts since on their Facebook page there’s just a lot of whiners lol. Oh and let’s also thank the fellow addicts like Alissa and Bunny who I truly believe Tinyco values these ladies hell they even let them post on that Facebook page.
