Hey there Clammers. Here we are on Thursday and new content just hit our games. WOOHOO! So let’s jump right in. This IS a timed event. That means you have until Monday September 22nd, 3PM PDT. UPDATE 9-22: This has been extended to WEDNESDAY, September 24th 3PM PDT.
Keep in mind the OTHER District 9 items are around to stay, so you can put them to the side while working on this.
First Up, SEXY STEWIE:
In order to unlock Sexy Stewie, you will need to have completed the Freaks and Geeks Part 5 questline. Once you have, the new quests will start. “Time for a Sexy Party.”
Now to unlock Sexy Stewie, you will need to gather the following materials below.
20 Baby Powders (Common): Peter Stub his Knee, Lois Shoplift, Human Rupert Chat on the Phone, and Tiny Tots Preschool.
15 Dulcet Tones (Rare): Lois Teach Piano, Seamus Sing Shanties, and Peter Super Dancy Dance max
6 Pink Champagnes (Rare Extra Rare): Carter Smoke Money Cigars, Jerome Host Happy Hour, and Buzz Killington Drink at the Clam (We were told this would be Rare, though the game showed Extra Rare when it went live. FAQ still says Rare. We are waiting clarification, so for now…it will show Extra Rare in the game.)
3 Poncy Hats (Extra Rare): Seamus Sing Shanties, Yacht Club, and Lobster Shanty
Again, this is a TIMED event. It will end onMonday September 22nd, 3PM PDT. UPDATE 9-22: This has been extended to WEDNESDAY, September 24th 3PM PDT. So make sure you have ALL items collected and Sexy Stewie running round your game BEFORE then. (TinyCo listened to your requests of Clam/Premium items helping out on Material collections.)

Next up…HUMAN RUPERT IS BACK!! WOOHOO!
You asked for it and TinyCo is giving it to you. Human Rupert is now back in our Quahogs for those of you that still wanted to pick him up. He will now be in your Shop to purchase. In order to be able to SEE him for purchase, you will need to have at LEAST District 4 unlocked. If you do, the “Bear on the Loose” quest will pop up and you will be able to buy Human Rupert in Bare Bear Tanning Salon.
250 Clams
He will also have a new series of quests too. “Bad Bromance.” This will pop up once you start working on District 9. So for those of you who already have him from the Tea Party AND have District 9 open, you will see a ! pop up for Human Rupert to start the new dialog. This shows up around “Time for a Sexy Party Part 3”.
Human Rupert in Bare Bear Tanning Salon WILL expire on Monday September 22nd, 3PM PDT. UPDATE 9-22: This has been extended to WEDNESDAY, September 24th 3PM PDT. So make sure you by him BEFORE then.

We also have some new decorations in the game too.
Extravagant Fountain, $5000, It is animated. (Must have District 8 Unlocked to see it.)
Elegant Fountain, $1000, It is animated. (Must have District 8 Unlocked to see it.)
You can buy as many of both as you want. They do look cool with the water spouting out as animation. I also like they are for coins.

As you progress with Sexy Stewie questline, you will notice even more fun decorations unlock.
Doody Dropoff, $1000 (Must have District 9 Unlocked to see it.)
Escashady, $2500 (Must have District 9 Unlocked to see it.)
Champagne Pyramid, $3000 (Must have District 8 Unlocked to see it.)
Sexy Party Girls, 150 Clams, they dance in place. (FYI, these are NOT the same ones used in Sexy Stewie’s task to dance with girls. THESE are just decorations. Nothing more. The others only show for his task, then leave again.) They will show up with the new Sexy Stewie stuff.

Sexy Party Planning with trigger AFTER you created Sexy Stewie. Around “Time for a Sexy Party Part 2”
You will also have ANOTHER Limited Time option in your game. The Sexy Party Planning. Once triggered, you have 3 days to do the following…
Create Sexy Stewie
Place Lawn Tiger, 50 Clams
Build High Heel Boutique, $5000, $70 & 45XP every 12hrs
There are currently 2 version of this Boutique. Both will complete the task. However, if you purchased it shortly after the update hit you’d see this Boutique:
But if you were to go in now and purchase it it’d look like this:
Again both will complete the task. Both cost the same and earn the same. The second is just revised artwork they got in after the event launched…
Once completed, you get this as a Free Reward…
Sexy Stewie Robe Station
Again, you only have 3 days to do this.
Remember…EVERYTHING, including decorations goes when all the Sexy Stewie stuff ends Wednesday. So you need to buy it/unlock it in order to keep it in your town.

It is the 27th and I just completed the last quest for Sexy Stewie. Why were the quests still there if I can’t get him any more? Been doing them every day until now.

The event ended. Some item remnants remained mainly do to the coding was a bit off with them pushing the date 2 days more. I see it happen in many games when they force an update to extend. You get “hiccups”. Regardless what remained, it still ended Wednesday at 3pm PDT. All the main coding for the characters and the ability to buy/unlock them was removed. So anything done/completed/etc after that point did not count or matter. Sorry.

What’s up with the Sexy Stewie counter? At around 4pm PDT, the Stewie and Rupert counters were still active and reading just over 3 hrs left. I checked in again just after 6 and the Rupert counter was still going but the Stewie counter was gone. I only needed one more champagne to finish it and I was going to use clams if I didn’t get it during that last two hours. I’m still able to set Carter and Jerome on the champagne tasks so might I still be able to get the Stewie outfit even though it’s no longer available in Als?

All main code was pulled on time at 3pm pdt. There are leftover remnants. I think it’s due to the extension. The game was coded to end Monday originally. The last lil bits linger as it tries to sync back up.

She managed to get them just now as I post this and do the 10 min create. Did I misread the time? Did it get a further extension? Or was she just extremely lucky?

Loving this weekend event so far…. except the fact that I can’t partcipate. I’m still in the process of unlocking lil Stewie but Lois and Brian won’t drop any plutonium bars (shakes fist). Aww, dang it. I really want this costume. Please TinyCo (if you read this), bring Sexy Stewie back in the future. I beg you.
But I’m really glad that Rupert is back. I missed the chance to get him when he was available for the first time… well, maybe because I only had 3 characters unlocked back then. Lol

This has been the worst drop rate of a character for me yet. I just barely got my 6/6 champagnes. But im still 7/15 for the Dulcet Tones. This makes me sad 8-( hahah.

I have all the items except for the drinks. I only have 2/6… But yet I have been completing the 2 hour quest each time. The drop rates are terrible and I don’t think I’m going to be able to unlock Sexy Stewie 😦

My game doesn’t say that I have a limited time to unlock Sexy Stewie? There’s no timer anywhere in my game relating to Sexy Stewie. The only thing being timed in my game right now is the amazing tom tucker deal and pink Brian. Does this mean that me unlocking Sexy Stewie isn’t timed?

Just because there’s not a timer doesn’t mean anything. The pop up stated it. Also your FAQs in your game menu state it too. Just take a peak in the help, how to play, sexy stewie.

It shows extra rare in the game…so I see the drops that way too. Sorry. Just keep at it. The task times are short, so keep sending them on the same one over and over.

I don’t have a countdown timer on my “Time for sexy party pt. 2” quest box. Come to think of it, don’t think I ever did. When I look at the costume in Al Harringtons and from the shopping cart, neither of them have a countdown clock either.
I have all the characters (including Rupert) and am collecting the necessary items to unlock him as fast as possible but I’m not sure why your screen shows a timer and mine doesn’t…Pink Brian has one and all my other timed events always have. Does this mean they removed the limit like Bonnie or am I completely missing something?

If you are referring to the timer in the post…look again. It clearly states THAT timer if for a completely separate side quest to get the robe station and NOT Sexy Stewie. There never was a timer for Sexy Stewie costume. Just the continuous pop ups in the game and the details in the FAQs section of your game menu. 😉

I don’t see this happening by tomorrow, not sure what they were thinking, I just earned one pink champagne and still have long ways to go on the rest of the items, except with the poncy hats (already have all three). I’ve been trying really hard but champagnes and musical notes thingy just do not drop that often. The pink champagne is definitely extra rare for sure. Maybe they will extend it 🙂

Well, I’m at 13/20, 7/15, 5/6, and 3/3 with about 48 hours to go. I was surprised to see the hats come relatively quickly, and the drinks managed to pick up their pace a little. I had purchased Buzz Killington at the start of the timed event, but since the action that drops the item doesn’t come up until level 3, and his first tasks are long, there is a distinct possibility that I will have those items by the time he has a chance to head to the clam even once. I am not too concerned with the rest of the items as I’ve already passed the halfway point.

Complaining worked like a charm for Stripper Bonnie, so they have set the precedent that enough grumbling will chance their decisions. Let’s see how far we can go with it. Maybe they will rethink their strategy on limited time events if they get massive negative feedback twice in a row.
the more of us they make happy the more chance they have to earn clams.
Its just that as customers we like to feel like we are being give an option to buy something, not being tricked into buying something by having its free acquisition put just beyond our grasp.
To be honest I get why they are doing it.
If Pink Brian was 150 clams I’d give it a pass. But if i bust my butt collecting things but come up short, I might consider spending clams to justify all the effort I spent getting that far. But i would feel manipulated and that wouldn’t bode well for future clam purchases.

Well, to be honest, Stripper Bonnie was completely unrealistic due to the late time of her release plus questline time required before being able to start collecting. It wasn’t “just” hard, it was basically impossible. Expecially so for Android players, where Bonnie was also needed in Rollocop’s quests.
In contrast, Sexy Stewie was only hard to do.

I’m a freemium player and I had a similar problem a few weeks ago with Nathan Fillion. I really wanted him and I had the clams to buy him too. But I had not spent a single clam since I started playing the game because I wanted to get Consuela. I took a chance and bought Nathan because he, like human Rupert, is limited time only. And I am glad I did, because TinyCo will give you small chances to earn clams (like 5 clams to finish the blimp etc.), if you keep playing you will eventually be up to the same level. I’m now only 100 clams short to get her so I know it’s possible if I just keep playing and collecting. So it can be done! Hope it helps.

For me, Human Rupert would be a no brainer (if I didn’t already have him). First of all, he is limited time only until Monday; Consuela will be around forever. Also, Human Rupert has a task that collects an item for Sexy Stewie right now (which also goes bye-bye on Monday). I like his task times better too, nice and easy to work with (1hr, 4hr, 8hr,12hr,etc), while Consuela’s are kind of weird (30 minutes WITH Peter, 2hr, 6hr, 12hr, etc…). Just my opinions, but I hope they help!

Same here. I only had enough clams to unlock one of them and chose Rupert. I like both characters but I got Rupert because he’s a limited edition character. But in the end it is up to you 😀

PINK Bryan and an early Halloween quest?!?!?!?
So now we have 16 days to collect 10 pieces of candy and unlock pink Bryan.
Oh and those notes for stewie are a pain in the arse – only 1/15 so far – so might be pretty tight to get that done – especially when peters is an 8 hr task and it doesn’t always drop….since I keep Peter getting talcum powder to help clear that part.

If you look closely at the information in the post, you will see that the timer is NOT for the costume. It is a few sections below it. For a completely separate Task. The Sexy Party Planning task to buy the Tiger, Build High Heel, and finish Stewie. 😉

Ok. I went & read the FAQs ingame. There is no mention of whether or not the Bad Bromance & Time for a Sexy Party questlines stay after tomorrow. I have SexyTime Stewie’s costume unlocked and working on first task of quest.
So, my main question here is: if you have Sexy Stewie and Rupert unlocked & playable, will their questlines continue? Or will they be abruptly cut off at end time?
(PS: I understand the boutique quest ends tomorrow. Just wondering about the other {main} two.)

We don’t know, honestly. We’re waiting for an answer from TinyCo on it…but don’t rush the questlines because you’re afraid they’ll disappear. They don’t unlock anything extra for you, so as long as you have the characters it’s not the end of the world if the quests don’t complete….

I don’t think I’ll be able to complete these tasks by the deadline, but I guess that’s the plan anyway. More skins for people willing to pay for them.
On the premium characters bit, I think it’s good that premium characters are involved. Since they cost money, they should offer some form of long term advantage for the people who got them. Instead of just for the particular district when they were bought.
At the end of the day, it’s just a game. I personally don’t see the point of spending too much money on such games so I think there’s No point getting too worked up if you don’t get all items? Just saying…

Been playing every hour on the hour myself (minus sleep) and still no where close to getting stewies costume. I thought tinyco learned the first time with hobo Peter not to have these short weekend events centered around costumes. They need to extend the event at minimum of 1 week. Either that or turn all items into common drops. Again coming from a player who plays every hour on the hour, stewies costume just isn’t going to happen by Monday.
