Hello There Clammers!
Last night saw the last little bit of summer hit our games, with the Endless Summer update! The residents of our Tiny Quahogs are trying to squeeze every drop out of summer that they can…and nothing says summer better than the Kool-Aid man busting in!
That’s right my friends for a short 4.5 days you have the chance to earn the Kool-Aid man for YOUR Tiny Quahog. You can check out the details on how to unlock him, and what’s included with the update, here.
Peter get things rolling in Quahog with a 5 part Endless Summer questline and a 7 Part Kool-Aide questline….
So now let’s see what’s required to get this Endless Summer started, shall we?
Endless Summer Pt. 1
Peter starts
Place “Endless Summer” Banner- $250
Have Peter Make Kool-Aid- 1m, Earns $5, 3xp
Tap the Endless Summer Boombox- Find the Boombox in your Quahog and tap on it to check out the details of the endless summer event.
Completed Task Earns $100, 75xp
Endless Summer Pt. 2
Peter starts
Place the Good Times Pier- $750
Have Chris Lose at a Carnival Game- 16hrs, Earns $115, 75xp
Tap Kool-Aid Man- Tap one of the Kool-Aid Men roaming your Quahog to earn a cherry
Completed Task Earns $100, 75xp

Have Lois Buy Groceries- 12hrs, Earns $100, 65xp

Get Kool-Aid Man- Collect STUFF to unlock the Kool-Aid Man. Here’s what’s required:
10 Cherries (Always)- Get from Clearing Kool-Aid Man from your Quahog (he’ll pop up every 7hrs. Tap on him to earn Cherries)
8 Ice Cubes (Always)- Get From Good Times Pier OR From Kool-Air Beach Volleyball Court
25 Pitchers (Rare)- Get From Make Peter Dance the Shipoopi OR Make Jerome Play Ball OR Make Bruce Kitten Pickin’ OR Make Lois Buy Groceries OR Make Chris Fat Kid Hula Hoop

Hey everyone, I only started to play this game recently (a few weeks) and for me to complete Chris’ Chubby Goth pt 4 (Rock out) I have to get Kool-Aid Man. But I never had the quest to get him because I just disdovered this awesome game. What can I do? Thanks a lot!

It’s an issue with Windows, unfortunately. Kool-aid man was limited-time, so he’s available. I would contact TinyCo via the windows help email and let them know what’s going on. More details can be found here

I just now got the kook aid man quest it says it ends on 9/30 and it’s 12/5 and I have 24 hrs to finish it when it showed up 5 min ago and he only pops up every 7 hrs that doesn’t make sence to me

So this questlines still running for me along side all the others. But I never placed the skate park and quest is almost to that part. What happens since it is no longer available for placement?

That is due to they ONLY brought Kool Aid back. Not all the decorations that were able to be purchased.

when i click on “Place Skatepark” nothing happens, and there is nothing in inventory or in the shop either (just a wheelchair skatepark that doesnt count towards quest”

I’m having the same problem on both my iPad and iPhone, both of which are running the latest version of iOS. Force closing did not solve the problem. Are you on Apple or Android?

Was one item away from unlocking him when poof! He disaapered!!! The game said he would leave at 3pm pdt. Pdt is 6pm EST. But here I am at 3:20pm EST and hes gone!!! Even used some shells to get stuff. Sooooo mad!!!!

Woohoo Koolaid man finally speaks. So happy TinyCo changed this. It is awesome. Now if Vinny would speak too all will be well again in little Quahog. Best of luck everyone who is still trying to get Koolaid man. He is well worth the effort.

Sorry everyone. In my state of excitement I didn’t read the update and see that everyone is having problems with Koolaid man. I’m keeping my finger crossed for everyone. Hope TinyCo can fix it.

That’s what we were told by TinyCo. However, they’ve been known to make changes on the fly so unfortunately we won’t know for sure until the time is up…

I’m having an issue getting kool-aid man! I’ve collected all my items but the pop up screen is not showing up for me to get kool aid… Is anyone else having the same problem?

A warning for those who live ahead of PDT; Looks like the local device time bug stuffed up the possibility of unlocking Kool-Aid man for me here in Australia
When 3pm 30/9 rolled over locally, the boombox disappeared and all the quests that drop pitchers stopped doing so. But the quest is still there and the limited time items are still there in the store.
Tried changing my device time to PDT which brings back the prompt on opening the game about the limited time character but with no boombox, it doesn’t look like it can be finished

My Kool-Aide Quest disappeared already. It is already past the deadline local time, but not Pacific Time. Has this happened to other people? I was very close, and even spent clams on expediting some of the tasks to get pitchers.

Kool-Aid man is missing!
Anybody else having this issue? I finished collecting the items today to unlock Kool-Aid man but he didn’t appear in my Quahog? The boom box has disappeared, I have checked my inventory, shop/characters and Al Harringtons but he is nowhere to be found? I still have an icon for the Kool Aide quest and the create Kool-Aid man task is unfinished but if I click on it nothing happens. Time’s almost up to get KA, hope I don’t miss out.

This is not kool! Not yet 3 pm PDT and the kool aid stereo has disappeared. I had ONE more lot of ice cubes to collect, due now, and I’d have unlocked him. Its not supposed to have finished yet….

I’m in New Zealand and about 20 hours ahead of PDT. My Kool-Aid Quest has ended at my local time rather than PDT. While I still have the icon on the left I no longer have the stereo and none of my characters have the task to collect the water jugs. The icon also appears in Kool-Aid Quest 1 but when I click on it does nothing. Annoying when I was so close.

not sure if anyone is having this issue by my boom box seems to be missing from my town and i was close to collecting all 25 pitchers but now they’re not dropping anymore.
i’ve only 15 hours left and won’t have the chance to unlock kool-aid man now.
i sent an in-game message to TinyCo but they have not responded yet.
my pink brian is visible now though… maybe something happened when they fixed that glitch. *sigh*

Well, that was a waste of time. The Kool Aid man has gone and I was only 1 ice cube away from getting him. All that work collecting over 40 cherries, jugs and ice cubes and for nothing. Games are supposed to be fun, this wasn’t fun.

Thanks for your time glitch info, opened my game yesterday and Kool Aid man was back. I clicked on the Pier, got my last ice cube and now have Kool Aid man rocking’ out in my town. Thanks guys for all your work keeping us up to date and thanks TinyCo for fixing problems quickly.

My stereo has disappeared when i click on “Get Kool-Aid Man” from the list on the left nothing happens and hes not in my inventory under characters!!??

Hard close your game (ie shut the app down) and restart it. If he’s still not there then contact TinyCo and let them know he’s gone missing…

Hey guys, the tasks to get kool-aid man has disappeared from my game. The task tab to get him is there, I click on it taking me to the next screen, I tap GO and it doesn’t do anything, the screen just disappears and no characters or places have any rewards (eg the good times pier doesn’t have the ice cubes icon in its info box when I tap on the pier).

OK, really confused. I needed a few more jugs to complete the Kool Aid guy but now when i clock on Jerome the jug icon doesnt appear under 1 hour baseball category. Same also goes for Chris’s hula hoop etc.
When I clock on the Kool Aid Icon in the side bar and then click Go the next window doesnt pop up. I updated my ios today, has this affected it?

Love the special characters. Just wish that there was some long term value to them. Beyond producing coin and xp, which itself becomes worthless after a while, they really don’t do much. Now, if they could help us get rare items or randomly drop clams…..

I managed to unlocked both Pink Brian & Kool-Aid Man today! Bad news is that Kool-Aid Man is currently lost. He was in my inventory, but I was at work and not ready to set him loose. Get home hours later I go to check my inventory, and he’s missing! I tried contacting TinyCo thru the game so fingers crossed I’ll hear back from them, and get him back.

I believe they pulled the timers. Was linking to players local time and not PDT. End Date has not changed. Still 9/30 @3pm PDT

Anyword if they are going to extend it and let us finish if we’ve already started. I’ve got almost all the items, I’m just worried there isn’t enough hours left to finish all the quest trees.

Time is still set for tomorrow. Many are unlocking him Freemium no problem. Just keep at it.

I had the same worry you did. Peter’s task is too long and Jerome’s is too short. Worse still, Lois becomes 1/2 as productive at getting pitchers once they make that same task produce oranges. You just have to keep your characters on task. I know that it’s annoying having to re task Jerome every hour. You will unlock Kool-Aid Man though. Keep at it. Ther’s still time.

What is the point of having 53 hours of tasks in the Kool-Aide Quest, I doubt many will be able to finish it. By the time I unlocked Kool-Aid Man, it is Monday morning 8:30 PST. I now have 30 hours to finish the 53 hour quest. Why would TinyCo even bother creating a quest this long with no real reason to even try to finish it? If they had Clams as a prize at the end of the quest I would understand, but just coins and XP, not worth it. I got Kool-Aid Man and that is enough for me, $100 & 75XP…Meh.

Even unlocking at 745pm eastern on Sunday the questline looks difficult (since I’m not logging in every two hours)- the 3 hour KoolAid task requires xp level 3, (which required two extra rounds of the 2 hour task to level up(ie after the 8h Rock out quest he still wasn’t at xp level 3 so I had to burn 4 more hours)…now looking at his task book the audition task requires xp level 5 (so I’m guessing 4 more runs of the 2 hour quest before I can start that(perhaps more as higher levels seem to require a larger xp jump)I can get four finished before 4am eastern (and if that reaches level 5) then the 10h task takes until 2pm eastern on 9/30…I can start the final step of the questline before 3pm Pacific but it won’t complete by the deadline (KoolAid guy doesn’t have any short grind xp tasks to level up…perhaps the questline is meant to be a reward to premium players (who could unlock earlier)

It is there to also pass time. You do not have to complete it. Up to you if you want to proceed through it. 😉

It’s a known glitch. However i believe TinyCo pushed a fix for this recently…see if it works this time around 🙂

I contacted Tiny Co through in game message about this very thing this morning. Got a reply back from them at 11:15 CT saying they pushed a fix for this and now I was able to move on to part 5 🙂 Tiny Co has great costumer relations if you ask me!!!

i’m having the part 4 quest issue everyone else is having where chris won’t complete. just to confirm though, if I unlock kool aid man before the time runs out I will keep him in my town even if I don’t finish the quest line correct?
