“Array not found for key CharacterDialog”

They are currently looking into this. We will update when we get word back on progress. In the mean time keep sending in reports to TinyCo.

UPDATE: A fix for the ERROR CONFIG was pushed by TinyCo. If you are still seeing this, please let us know.
Bad Alloc or Allocation Error
This one pops up from time to time in the game, a simple force close/hard close usually resolves it.
So if you are seeing any one of the top two issues, make sure you alert TinyCo right away. As for the other, only do so after all troubleshooting is attempted. If you are experiencing another Glitch outside these two, please check the other Glitch post first for more info.

No. The levels mean nothing. This game is all about districts. Seriously the levels do absolutely nothing for you. Districts are what unlock characters and buildings.

I am completely caught up with the game where I am probably past what I should be at. However, there is an issue with the poltergeist. What happens when I “kill” one it doesn’t show up on my quests that I did it. Because there are two quests, one you have to trap 2 and another 3 day event to trap 8. Both say zero and I have trapped 3 or more. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!!

Ok I have played this game for a while, and now, I am done, have never spent money on this and never will, it seems these events just suck money out of players and it’s sickning’ seriously people you are going to spend money on THIS? Everything is a rip off, I enjoyed it but with these events if you don’t spend money you don’t get the good things, SCREW THIS! Tinyco, you have lost my approval, and have lost a costumer because it is stupid to pay money on this game, it is not even entertaining, THIS GAME IS JUST SUCKING MONEY FROM STUPID PEOPLE!

Peter is all glitched out..has been for a while now. He’s finally Visable when he’s walking around, but when they have the little skits he’s disordered and other characters don’t even show up half the time. & I’ve been having problems visiting neighbors. I haven’t been able to visit friends at all without it crashing my game & for a while before that, I’d get to the friends game &first one i couldn’t tap, second one i could tap, but couldn’t see the clam/coins & it would usually repeat that then finally it’d work right if I were lucky. ***** cause I’m trying to save up to get Cleveland since I got he game the day after blue moon harvest. But he’s bla-aack 😀 if only I could get the clams for him -,-

I have engine config error and it doesn’t let me play on my ipad. I can play on my iphone, but it isn’t the same. It’s very annoying cause tqfs is my main game and I’m used to playing it frquently. It is so annoying to play on the phone instead of ipad, but I see no point of even contacting them about it. Last times I have done it , the support back has taken so long that the problem is already fixed by then and me contacting them turns out totally pointless. But this bug has stopped me from playing on my ipad for 2 days by now. Is there anyway to fix it by myself?

For now, we are waiting for word. You can try basic troubleshooting, but I do not know if it will even help. I assume they need to send a patch out but they need to isolate the issue first. That is more what writing in does to help. They can go into impacted games and see what is causing the issue and locate a fix. They may not respond to issues that are wide spread on a one on one basis, so no message back is a normal thing as them sending a patch for ALL impacted players is their response in a way.
Don’t worry if you do not see an answer every time. This one is more to help yourself and all the other players getting the error code. If no one writes in, they have nothing to look into to find the glitch.

Have you tried all the troubleshooting? Restart? Uninstall reinstall app ONLY if you have a saved game?

I’m currently having an issue with Diane. I went to dig up her grave. It’s done and I have the yellow checkmark but it won’t allow me to click on it. Any idea why this is? I did a hard close and went back but nothing.

First I’m seeing of this one. I would contact TinyCo and ask them what’s up….or you can try restarting your device first and see if that helps, then contact TC.

Not sure if this is a glitch or not. I cleared the dawgs with Mayor West and did not get the coins like it said. It doesn’t matter of course as I’m sure it was only 10 each. Have you cleared you dawgs or waiting for a quest to tell you to do so after Haloween?

I Cleared them, I honestly don’t remember seeing coins or not. Could just be a texture glitch. I’d suggest contacting TinyCo to ask them what’s up.. 🙂

Has anyone else checked the FaceSpace thing and also saw the silhouette pictures of Mr. Weed and Francis Griffin for their profiles on it? It’s in a 3-set with Diane Simmons and you get 50 clams for unlocking all three characters.

yhere was a small update just now and there is a new character collection called “Tortured Souls” and it consists of Diane Simmons, Mr. Weed, And Francis Griffin. There are also two new costume collections which are “Quahog Ghostbusters” which consists of Ghostbuster Peter, Ghostbuster Quagmire, Ghostbuster Joe and Ghostbuster Cleveland. The other is called “Halloween Costumes” and this consists of Pink Brian, Slutty Cat Meg, Vampire Duck Stewie and Witch Connie. And a small district 9 update which is… VINNIE NOW HAS A VOICE I’m not sure about all his quotes but one of them is “what’s the matter.”

Is anyone having constant crashing. I have been playing on a S3 and it crashes everytime I play. I have just bought and S5 so we will see if the xtra power is an improvement. On an unrelated note, I have 4hours to unlock vinny to get the building is it worth speeding up. Is there any tasks in the building. If it remains empty I wont worry about speeding up. Also just tapped vinny to see how many cigars and knives I needed and he spoke! Is that new? I tried tapping him before and he was staying mute.

Crashung can be a multitude of things. The basic troubleshooting post has some tips for it.
As for Vinny…mini update we posted that hit a lil bit ago added his voice.

Hey after the day before event update hit (trust me..that makes sense) everytime I tried checking on the other towns I got booted..the fixed this with a patch the next day..and then one by one I started getting booted trying to visit my friends towns…realized this was happening every time a new friend unlocked Ghostbusters Peter I could no longer visit them (my friends and I have a group messenger open on fb and talk smack sll of the time) so I broke down everything to tinyco from my galaxy III to everything else and they wrote back it was extremely useful and they were going to let there engineers know. On top of that they gave me 30 clams for my trouble. Tinyco is an extremely customer friendly company it seems

I am hoping so for two reasons #1 to go back to smack talking my friends (for adults we really are horrible people lol) and #2 that red marker telling me I can visit friends is straight forward mocking me now lol

I haven’t had any of them glitches except the Config error but I have a thing where it doesn’t save when I sent them on tasks I can log bk In A min or to later and there walking around like I never sent them on anything happens mainly on my ipad my android tab so far been fine

I find this happens on iOS if you leave the game before they have finished “getting to” their task. So, if for example, they are walking to a building where their assigned is and you close the game, it will often not engage the task.

it happened to me after I updated for the Halloween event

When they did the slight in game update earlier today, I was able to,start the game and not have the select screen showing up, so then I tried to visit a friends town and that worked too,, I did it a few times today..(still had to log I to Facebook each time to visit though)
But the game crashed when I went to use the cauldren, it crashed when I accidently tapped before the collect item page popped up, so when I got back, it was like it didn’t happen so I did it again and got my item, but then i tried to visit another town to see if it was affected and It was crashing again I tried a few times but it didn’t work.
(The reply from TinyCo on Monday was they will fix it In The next game update coming soon)
I did sent them a message today that the in game update didn’t last very long.

Yah, I still say to stay out of friends towns til it is resolved 100%. I know that may be frustrating, but I think worth it to avoid the crashing the visits cause.

Hello, im glad they were good to you. I was wondering how u contacted them. Im having the facebook no longer being able to load my game, starting at #1 again, thing happening. Ive contacted them. My son is having the same issue, he’s contacted them and we’ve not heard anything. We just want to play and cant. So how did you reach them and how long did it take? Thanks for any help.

Bunny thank you for your response. Your really good at what your doing here. Not knowing if ill be able to have Halloween fun like everyone else stinks! No Ghostbusters car, No pink Brian, (which I was just about to get,)I hate to even think what else. I dont even know if all my progress and clams will come back.
