Well, we’ve all made it through another “work week” (kinda, sorta, almost) and the weekend looms large up ahead. All week we field your comments about your frustrations in the game (Are we done with these darn kids running around town yet?!) and we wanted to give you (and us) a fun new way for you to voice your frustrations and get it all off of your chest.

Here’s my What the Hell?! For this week:
– Witch’s Cauldron crashes. Every time my husband tries to brew Duck Stewie his game crashes…it’s like the never ending loop with no Duck in sight! What the hell?!
-And…that’s all I’ve got for the game this week…honestly no real complaints about the game this week. What the hell?! 😉
-And finally…The World Series. What the hell?! If I hear one more word about Bumgarner I’m gonna smack someone in the face. Yes, the Giants won the World Series…but they did it because of 1 pitcher. And you know what? I hope his arm falls off next year! Bochy has a history of destroying great pitchers arms by making them pitch too much in the post season (Lincecum anyone? What about Cain? Where has he been?)…BLAH. Rant over. Sad thing is…I’m not even a Royals fan…

What the heck?! I an super mad i unlocked all the characters…puppy brian, jingle joe, angel bruce and im pretty sure the other one was sexy santa lois and i dont get my 25 clams! What the heck?! It says that i got them but i didnt !!! 😲😲

Won’t being spending anymore money on games. Can’t access game from my devices and tinyco gives me form responses, then closes bcs haven’t heard from me. I’m waiting couple more days see if they fix this upgrade issue before I respond to there how’s our service email. Worst part was almost done with yeti, gifts and tasks on both accts.

I got all the items required for Santa but it’s still saying I need to complete the quest. Also when I got Jesus’ birthday cake it gave me a thousand gingerbread men that I’m not complaining about but im assuming this was a glitch.

Okay, this yeti idea is so annoying! I only have 17 blue stockings and I’ve been setting alarms since the darn thing started! I’m even a clam spender… Not fun!

Hi I have a problem, last night, somehow I lost all my clams (48 of them) and I really don’t know what did I do to lost them. Please I need to know if I can get them back.
Is there any way to find out how did I lost them? like if there is a log of the things I do in the game?. I spend the entire event to gather all those clams

WTF getting jesus christ is near impossible i have been attacking the yeti ever since he got here and when he as 1 life left i have lois and mort attacking and leave either 1 tgere for when he returns but still aint helping is there any other way to unlock him?

All I want for Christmas is puppy Brian, and it’s kind of pissing me off that the only way to get him is bombing stuff. I hate that part of the game so much I usually ignore bombing challenges, so really not happy about this

Try not to ignore the bombing challenges! You can get clams from bombing the shoppers, I’ve gotten two or three so far myself.

I was wondering if there’s a tread about how to play the train station thing and the new character we’re supposed to unlock, (five golden rings pt1) since it usually requires to get something before we tap the ready mark, and if there’s only for limited time or you loose it forever

so last night I sent Mort & Louis to attack the yeti with his last 2 life blocks in his cowboy hat stage with about 6hours left to the yeti life reset. I was unable to get back online because of alarge city power outage. Thought no problem, I got the overkill attack in long before the time was to run out. I get on this morning just to find out the Yeti’s life has been reset back to the beginning & now I’m screwed and out of time to get Ruperts snow sculpture. I put a steady 3 days into getting that for nothing. Top it all I don’t have my own internet connect. I use local free Wi-Fi connections thanks TinyCo.

No Facebook account so that part is out. Plus, why would I want to link it anyways. The yeti thing is a total bust. I know I’m not getting that final prize cuz I got screwed on that. Already have Jasper & Mort so wondering if it’s worth finishing since I’m not forking money over clams for premium items.

Why aren’t any Mall Santas appearing in my town? I have unlocked Sexy Santa Lois, and Jasper is currently counting down, but there are no Mall Santas walking around to earn the stocking I need to make gifts for Jasper. Lois’s action to clear them is locked as well, “requires: Mall Santa.” Should I contact TinyCo, or is there something I can do to fix this? Much thanks!!

Try to restart your device. Also tap on your tree to see when any are due to come. Do you also have the Mall built?
If all above tried and still no luck, contact them from your game.

Im furious because I had beat the Viking Yeti and then I was working on the Cowboy Yeti. After 4 hours of rest from the cowboy yeti the Viking came back meaning that I have to start over again!!!! WTH???!! It seems like there’s no wining on this game. I’ve spent a lot of real money on this game and I got my clams and items the legal way not hacking nor other illegal activity, so I really don’t know why are we being penalised with starting over and not giving us enough time to finish a task when each character has ridiculous longer hours for tasks, I hardly complain here, but now I’m losing my patience!!! Also the snow flakes don’t drop for nothing!!! WTH????!!!!

That seems odd. If you defeated him, it would have gone Viking, to Cowboy, to Childish. Let TinyCo know right away if it did not after you defeated him.

How come after I finished collecting perfume for mayor west, the perfume factory disappeared? I understand I don’t need it anymore but, I was going to build an industrial section around it. Guess procrastination won that round.

Are the Tiny programmers smitten by Lois in her Santa dress? Seriously, I have her lined up for dancing in her dress, a Christmas pageant, fighting the yeti and clearing santas! I need the dolls from santas to get the gift boxes to free jasper, and need jasper to help fight the yeti….but I need Lois to fight the yeti constantly to clear that timed task…..Aaaaaargh! Now, if the yeti ripped her dress off and chased her through the streets, that I could cope with 😀

Why are there so many time based tasks that are nearly impossible to complete unless you set up a bunch of actions before beginning them? The only way to know this is by going to a 3td party website and spoiling the event for yourself.. What other game requires you to study the game before playing it?

Everyone’s complaining about clearing mall santas. I’m still trying to unlock slutty xmas Lois. I’ve only picked up 1 red dress so far. Guess I’m gonna sit this one out and play with the fat yellow people.

Another player has the same issue. I think it has to do with your internet connection. We’re digging into this a little bit.

But everything else works fine, I use mobile and wi-fi from a few different providers. I tried uninstalling and reloading…….I can play a new game but can’t log onto my own?

I got auto response every time, but no follow up. Yes I used the link from on here help@tinyco.com But still no follow up messages after send my id numbers and names. First I’d reply I sent back was Saturday….tried twice since then too

I play the game on my iPhone and I have no sound at all. I don’t know if it’s just me or it’s happening everywhere but they need to fix this!

Why does it take so many clams and only clams to buy the buildings to get gingerbread men to get anything on this event? Also why do you have to buy clams to get the rare items from the buildings to build the gifts to complete santas list?

I bought three of the first set of gifts. And then they disapeared now its just striped gifts and i cant collect the stockings as easily. Is thos normal?

What the hell! Why is the snow around the candy cane post white and not the light blue tinge like the rest of the snow?? Is it so it looks strange when placed? Sigh…
