Thanksgiving has arrived in Quahog via a surprise Monday night update! Turkeys are running crazy all over the streets of our Tiny Quahogs and everyone is preparing for the Thanksgiving Potluck! But it looks like Lois may have helped herself a little earlier than everyone else!
Let’s take a look at Fat Lois now..and how to get her in your game (and what happens when she gets there)!

I finished all the quest lines for fat Lois but my big boned quest barely started today I didn’t even know there was more quest til today thought it was some small random update with a quest or somethin lol o well

I really wish they wouldn’t remove quests at the end and would just let us play through them. Due to randomness of drops and time restrictions for playing it takes some of us the full time to unlock characters. So I unlocked fat Lois right before the end time so I get to only get to part 3. If you unlock it before it goes away you should be able to finish the quest line!

Question (and I’m sorry if this was answered in another thread) – I had created Fat Lois before Thanksgiving was over but didn’t complete the Feeling Gorge-ous quest. Was that needed to be completed to start the I’m Just Big-Boned quest?

Update – last night, the start of Big-Boned just popped up for me even though I never completed Gorge-ous. I don’t know what triggered it, though. Just want to put it out there for those in a similar situation.

Well i was on Feeling Gorge-ous Pt. 7, having only not completed Lois’s part of it and now the questline is gone for me now that thx givin is over.

Really getting annoyed with how these quests disappear as soon as the skin-get window closes. I was on part 7 when it evaporated.
People who get the character on the last day are totally screwed.
TinyCo needs to change how the questlines work for events. It is kind of messed up now.

Hey! First time commenter but have been visiting for a while. You all do a great job! It’s so helpful! Any known issues with the fat Lois quest line? Mine stopped after she did aerobics ( the first time). Is there any way to “re-trigger” it?

Need about 10 stuffings and i only habe 2 pies as they rarely drop, i had some clams left to use them on lois if i needed but i was tempted by the mystery box and lost them all to decorations

So though it seems Tinyco strikes again with an infamous action before character release….Forklift Peter has now been added to the game. In a relative bout of sheer chutzpah, Tinyco has him on a Rupert Mystery box for 25 clams. The first one’s free but you’ll probably end up getting the float (as everyone I’ve asked has gotten). Now the timeliness of this is ill-founded as many people have already gotten more than half of what they need for Fat Lois which means it’s more cost effect to snag her on a clams purchase should you not get finished in time. What’s more, you have to spend clams at a chance of getting a non-necessary skin for a chance at getting a non-necessary skin. Bravo Tinyco….you’re proof that PT Barnum was right. End info/rant.

I actually got Forklift Peter on my first try. I didn’t even know the Rupert stuff cost clams until I went back and tried to do it again and it said 25 clams, after overovereating they tell you to make Forklift Peter raise the roof. I haven’t done it yet because I’m trying to finish some of the earlier quests I haven’t finished and I’m so close to getting all the American Dad folks (except for Roger)

It’s starting to remind me of Pee Pants. All I care about is getting the Smiths and Roger. If I get Obese Lois, fine, but I’m not going to make it a priority.

I’ve pretty much finished everything on Fat Lois except the Stuffing. I need 2 each of Legs and Pie, but barely started on Stuffing, which is currently at 14. Turkeys just don’t like dropping Stuffing, because more often then not they drop Legs. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the turkeys drop the Pies before I hit 20 Stuffing.

Question about the Stuffing. They have added a task for Peter and Mort to get the stuffing. I had peter free and went to do the task and is said Peter had to be available and he was. The task is “Raise the Roof” I looked through all Peter’s task in every costume I have and don’t even see that task. Any idea what’s going on?

They added two more tasks last night fir stuffing..but raise the roof for peter doesnt exist apparently. .which makes it difficult to do lol

My turkeys dropped so many _rare_ legs beneath the common and easy to get from 1 and 2hr tasks lattes, that _common_ stuffing was _extra rare_ to get. And now the _rare_ legs and lattes are substituted by coins?… WTH!

Has anyone actually unlocked her already? I am at 0 pies and 9 stuffings, the turkeys almost always drop turkey legs or pumpkin lattes. Ah well, still a couple of days left, and I am hoping the turkeys switch to dropping pies and stuffing as soon as I have collected enough legs and lattes.

I was glad to see that Francine was included in the thanksgiving event, but now that i finally managed unlocked her, I am confronted with the fact that she needs to be level 7 to help…why TinyCo? Why?

I’m excited about this Lois skin. The episode cracked me up. Glad we got something thrown in that wasn’t really a mainstream skin. Are all the CIA agents the same character? Is it possible we will get one during this event?

They added a task for Peter to raise the roof to get stuffing but when you try and do it, it won’t work. Do we need something to make him do that one like a building maybe?

If I go to Al Harrington’s and click on the stuffing it shows that option in the list as a task to get it along with Mort’s task for Peter to Raise the Roof but then it doesn’t work?

yay new tasks for stuffing drops! I only have 5 of them from the turkeys so far so I’m glad Peter and mort now have tasks to drop stuffings, but it’d be better if they assigned characters that weren’t being used

They added more activites to get the stuffing other than clearing turkeys. But you cannot actually do them. Ie peter raising the roof. But the actual option in the character isnt there. Also you have mort with hos brisket that doesnt work either. 😞

Is anyone else having an issue with action times? I put stewie on practise a toast and its saying it’s over 18 hours remaining. I thought it was a twelve hour task.

Just double check the times before you send characters, recent update changed some tasks and brought new ones.
On the flip side, sometimes the times shown are odd…if it persists report it please. Saw this on some tasks in houses where it took an hour or two of character on task to finally catch up on the progress bar.

This issue has something to do with the new way you can view all the tasks going on in abparticular building. It was a subtle change in the most recent release a few weeks ago. It’s mostly only noticeable in the griffin house or the clam where a bunch of people congregate for actions.
Basically when you click a building with a bunch of people inside you can now swipe up & down the list to see everyone inside. There was no swipe option previously. The people at the bottom of the list however don’t show accurate times. The times they show are actually duplicate times for the tasks of the characters at the top of the list.
It’s really just textural & doesn’t affect the amount of time it yaks to finish a task. I.e. A 2-hour task will finish in 2 hours. It hasn’t bugged me enough to report it; I figure Tinyco will get it ironed out eventually.

The game crushes every few second both in my nexus 5 phone and my nexus 10 tablet. Does the current game version doesn’t support android 5?
Hopefully the next update will be less adding stuff and more fixing problems!

I’ve been having the same Nexus 5 issue. I find I need to reboot at least once a day, or i’ll have the game start flaking out on me about 30 hours in.

Yes, I still have troubles with Android 5.0 on my Nexus 5. I thought it was better after the last app update, but it’s still bad.

I also have a Nexus 5 and sometimes have had trouble since updating to Lollipop. Usually, I get about thirty seconds of play time, then the game closes, and upon reopening, none of the actions I took in the thirty seconds counted. This was a pain in the the last minutes of trying to get Bitch Stewie. The easiest solution I have found was to restart my phone.

I seem to have a problem with my game, after the drop rate for the “spiked pumpkin latte” was awful I’ve uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, and now whenever i click on one of the characters or the alien queen deco there’s no sound 😦

I have lost voices on reinstall before, it just takes a day or two to fix itself. I was told this by tech support and it turned out to be true, so I’m guessing its a known, but unpredicable issue.

I think it’s a sync issue. I see it in many app games. Some items take 24 to 48 hours to completely integrate into the game.

Drop rates are determined by RNG. Uninstalling or hard closing your game does not change items dropping.

I am more worried about the stuffing, since you just get them from hunting turkeys (makes sense, really TinyCo?) and I just got 1 of 40 yet

Timed quest? As there are turkeys running around I am assuming that when Thanksgiving goes away so does Fat Lois.
Also how does this event impact outside of the US? Besides add to the stereotype of us gluttonous Americans who eat so much we have a holiday that seems to be about eating until you burst. ;-P

Should be fine. I would just suggest, out of just the fact they are used all the time…do not store main characters like Peter, Lois, Bonnie, Jerome, etc.
