Hey there Clammers. Just bouncing on by to remind you to pick up Fat Lois today before the time on her runs out.
Per the information available at post time, Fat Lois is still set to go approx around 3PM PST today. So make sure you have all items collected BEFORE that time frame and that she is unlocked and waddling around your game in order to keep her. Also all those Thanksgiving items like the Oven Lovin Turkey and Cornucopia.
Also going today is the Potluck Mystery Box. So if you have been waiting to take a chance at it, make sure you also complete it today BEFORE 3pm PST to try for Forklift Peter or any of the other items in the Potluck Mystery Box.
As for questlines, still waiting confirmation on that. Will update when I get them.
UPDATE: Fat Lois questline will continue on. The main Thanksgiving one will NOT.

I managed to finally unlock Roger! I got all the American Dad characters (and I only bought Roger’s bar, just because I like it). I also got Fat Lois before the time was up, but didn’t finish her quest. overall I’m happy with this event. I’m excited to see what they do for Christmas.

I was wondering if someone could please let me know how long Roger’s and Hayley’s tasks are in association with Roger’s Place (Mix Drinks and Intern at Roger’s). I have been looking everywhere and I can not seem to find the answer anywhere. Thank you so much! 🙂

Interestingly I was able to put Stan on his Rogers place task despite not havin rogers place. I think he entered one of the houses but i cannot be certain unless i put him on task again.

In-game notification states that if you have bought the character’s car/spaceship they will remain unlockable even after the event ends! Best decision ever!
So don’t spend clams if you don’t care about the Claus deco or if you have placed all the vehicles by then.

There was way too much stuff going on in this event — I had to avoid most of the main questline while trying to collect stuff for limited time characters (and the Smiths still count as limited time if you want Klaus). And Hayley was never able to collect anything — level 7 required for a newly unlocked character? That’s just crazy.

Well I have unlocked roger, Claus,fat lois and francine without spending a clam. And I started the Stan quest early when told not to. These timed quests are do able you just need to take the time to do them

😢one pie short on fat lois and didn’t have enough clams to buy it. 😭😭😭😭😭yes i’m lamenting over another one i lost but was sooo close. the “epic” boa for roger was definitely common, as i got all 3 in the first day or 2. but those pies for fat lois killed me. and also i agree it is not fair that they have reminders that other things are going away (like american dad characters), but poof these other costumes vanish without warning. but maybe that is my punishment for not having facebook😂😂😂lol

The Boa is definitely NOT common… It may have seemed that way to you because you were one of the lucky ones but most have not been so lucky. One person’s experience is not even close to being statistically relevant. That is how probability works.

Um…i don’t use Facebook – think they need to do a better job of notifying us through pop-ups when you log in as to when you’ll run out of time to get a character…was very close to Fat Lois…now poof – gone…they’re very hit and miss with these notifications. Just sayin’…would have spent clams to bridge the gap and get the character…they missed out on that revenue…

I’ve tried contacting them about this before and I either a) get no response or b) get an automated response that uses keywords that does not address what I wrote. Any other suggests how to tell them?

Suggestions are pretty much info only, so many times you will NOT see a response as those are reserved for players with technical glitches and games locked out. They do read them and take them into consideration, but you most likely won’t see a response back to a suggestion.

90% Freemium player and I too was tap happy on Stan’s !. I have 23 hrs left and 1 wine box to go. It’s like that darn last muffin hold out that took me 3 days to get. I have no problem shelling out 15 clams for the last wine box when I have more than tripled that amount of clams from Carl’s videos. I really don’t understand all this complaining going on here. People, we just had Thanksgiving, think about the meaning of the holiday. Be grateful for this free game and all the work the addicts do for us and please stop asking the same darn questions that have been answered multiple times. Some of these challenges have been stressful. I think I chewed off half my nails going after 300 trick or treaters but these events have been doable. There are lots of things to complain about in this world but timed challenges in a game we play on our expensive smart phones should not be one of them.

I can confirm my Feeling Gorge-ous Pt. 7 disappeared, I don’t really care about quests their lines are funny but it’s not the end of the world, just my opinion, they need to slow down with the time limits, I think they have too much going at once, I couldn’t use the characters to complete quests that have a time limit because I’m trying to unlock something that has a time limit.

when the quest lines concluded with a prize of clams, they were important, but since tinyco tightened up on the clams (just one or two at a time and you have to watch an ad for them) completing the quest lines is a lot less critical.

Totally Agree I miss those days of the main quest line like when I finally got rid of all the pirates and get just that much closer to having enough clams for brain damaged horse.

Are you sure the Fat Lois quest line will continue? I was on part 7 where she was putting butter on everything and it just disappeared. I do have Fat Lois but her quests are just gone now.

Part 7 is NOT her quest. That’s the Gorge Thanksgiving one. The one I said won’t continue. Hers is just a few simple ones. Big Boned.

Hi, I unlocked Fat Lois. But was busy using Peter with Roger’s Stuff and didnt finish the Questline of Fat Lois making Peter Overeat. Suddenly today Fat Lois Questline disappeared!!!! And in this post you said it will continue. I wanted to finish that quest :”(

Ridiculous the game gave no warning of her going away. I had no idea and was one pie away. This game is starting to not be fun. Them taking away my clams was bad, all the characters you work to get and then only four being able to unlock every character was worse, and now the games not even doing countdowns or warning you when things go away is the last straw

I’m starting to wonder about the age of some of these players… GawD I hope the folks that claim “no fair” are at least ten. If they’re at least a decade older, then that’s sad. If they’re older than that, then that’s sad(er).

Any news on what ends on Wednesday? I got the in game message today reminding me about the end of american dad event. It said to get everything unlocked before Wednesday to keep it. Is there anything more certain about what ends?
Im sure all the AD buildings and deco’s will be gone then but as long as the n item collection has begun for characters we still get to unlock them right?
Also does Klaus leave Wednesday also? If so I need to get stan on the pecan sandies asap. Side note Francine’s muffins are way more rare than most anything elseb in this event possibly even the epic boas.

Ok checked in game help and found characters will be available to keep working at unlocking as long as bribes have started (item collecting) but a little unclear if Klaus is leaving Thursday or not.

Klaus timer needs to be started BEFORE the event ends to keep working to get him.

Yup. As long as they are out there in your town collecting items or having items collected for (those lil bubbles above their head) then you are good to continue beyond the event.
Klaus will go when his timer ends. So if you still have a day or hours AFTER the event ends…you can still keep trying for the challenge until his timer is gone.

I came to complain that My fat Lois quest line hasn’t continued and that if you get a costume you should be able to finish the quests. I see in the post that it says it’s meant to continue but mine has gone away, any ideas why? I got her just before the cut off and used 3 claims to speed it up.

Both probably. Not playing as often as they expect. I had just crafted her and didn’t do the next task as she was busy. Now no Lois related tasks in task book. Did the quest line go any further after she was created or was that just the thanksgiving one?

Any characters that are not completely unlocked or in the process of being collected for in the Smith’s Family will go when the event ends (Still verifying it is Wed and not Thurs)

I got a pop up that as long as you have their (american dad characters) vehicles in your town, you’ll still be able to continue to unlock them even after the event finishes in a couple of days…
If this is the case then I can still continue on collecting drops to unlock Roger, Francine and Hayley.

I had to spend 75 clams to get Forklift and stopped there. I didn’t want the other decor items but thought I might hit on Clams – didn’t. I got Fat Lois a few days ago but I’m still six wine boxes short on Roger.
Fat Stewie wouldn’t be bad but I think I’d like Stewie in the hamster exercise ball more. 😀

Got both Fat Lois and Forklift Peter, love them both, I hope we get Fat Stewie at some point, from the episode that has Beautiful Peter it was on TV the other night so I watched it again.

Just unlocked fat Lois last night, but didn’t use her until this morning when she got the last muffin I needed for Francine. 2/3 feather boas, once I get the last one of those and another box wine or two I’ll start the Klaus quest…quite a lot going on in this game right now! And I’m sure a Christmas event is just around the corner too.
