Update: The District Page has been updated to reflect District 10 being added. With a quick link to all posts regarding D10 (of course it’s just this post for now…but as more is added they’ll go there). You can also access the District page from the Menu via Tips and Tricks..then Districts. There’s also a quick link on the sidebar that will show an image of Pawtucket Brewery District. Remember you can go to the District Page to find details, characters, walkthroughs etc for previous districts.
UPDATE BUNNY: A lot of items will be resolved in the 1.6 Updates coming… unable to unlock characters, drop down menus (Go, Item Requires) in Pawtucket Brewery, and a few other patches… so keep an eye out for it later.
As for Lois having TWO options to drop Dulcet Tones, here is what TinyCo said on it…
this is working as intended! Lois’ longer action time has a higher chance of dropping the item, so players can choose between the shorter or longer time based on their own schedule.
So an intended option for players to get those drops at a higher rate for a lil longer task. The choice is up to you.

Sorry for the delay on this one, both of us were traveling and I couldn’t get to a signal. Anywho… NEW LAND!!! District 10 is now open for you to start working on and clear. 
In order to start this, you would have needed to complete District 9 (Wild Wild West Mayor) and Jerome will start of the dialog to allow you to enter the new District 10 and start clearing land in “Home Brew”.

So TinyCo has decided to go ahead and release the new District 10 and of course that means some cool new stuff. All of this resembling a very familiar “kids” show? Lol. Let’s take a look at the new items.
DISTRICT 10
Once you trigger the dialog with Jerome, you will be prompted in “Home Brew” Part 1 to Enter the District and Clear the land around the damaged Pawtucket Brewery.
New Land:
There are 3 areas of land to purchase. All will take 20hrs to clear…however you must unlock 1 area before you can get to the area that will clear the Brewery.
So you must clear land from 1 or 2 before you can get to the land at 3. Land areas 1 and 2 will cost $15,000 each, while 3 costs $16,000 (at least I think that’s what it said. I tapped to quickly…if anyone sees a different number please let me know)
Once cleared you will be able to start work repairing Pawtuckety Brewery. Once repaired, you will be able to start creating items.
NEW BUILDINGS
Perma-Suds Laboratory– 175 Clams, $40 & 60 XP every 12hrs, ALWAYS drops Bubbles, Silver Ticket or Tap Handle. Unlocks an 8hr task for Chumba Wumba Stewie.
Pawtucket Brewery- $25,000, 4hrs. This is IN the district…you’ll have to repair it. Remember you won’t find this in the store. The Brewery is your key to Crafting things (think Cauldron or Toy Workshop).

Beer River, $1000 (1×1 blocks you can join to make a Beer River, Pond, or Lake)

Chumba Wumba Stewie You will have to Craft Chumba Wumba Stewie to progress in the Main (Home Brew) Questline.

any idea when they are gonna finish dropping items for district 10, i have crafted everything , built everything and done all the missions but my character still are programmed to drop bottle caps and such , am i missing something

That’s all on you actually. They’re still dropping because many of those items you need to make MORE than one of. Just tap on the information “i” next to each one to see just how many on the “Limit” so you know how many more you have left to make. Once the limit is reached on all items, no more need for Materials, and no more drops. 😉

So I finished all the quests for this district and I can still craft more items. I keep collecting more and more items to craft with (tickets, bottle caps, etc.). If I collect as many items as can be used to craft will the actions to get them go away?? I hate how when I click on a character it shows which actions can get brewery items because it’s distracting. I thought maybe if I crafted everything at the brewery the option to get the items would go away..? Does anyone know??

I was wondering if i should wait to start up district 10 with the star trek event going on seeing how there are some many items to collect for both. Was wondering if starting district 10 will slow down the drop rate for items needed for star trek event

Is this true? It would make sense. I finished Mayor West’s last task a couple weeks ago, but district 10 still hasn’t unlocked 😦 I have been going crazy trying to figure out what I missed! As for the Fine Arts District, a district hasn’t been unlocked in my game, but I was able to get Olivia (not unlocked yet-that is going to take a while)

Omg there’s so much snow where I live. My Wi-Fi has been just crap. I only need one egg for Barmaid and get it from a jogger put keep having to redo it from the Wi-Fi.

Has anyone that bought the laboratory found that it favors one particular item drop over another, Would love to get for beer taps and bubbles but I have sooooo many silver tickets I feel that would be a waste considering how easily obtainable those are.

I haven’t, but remember… this is a District release. There is no reason at all to waste Clams speeding things up. Sit back, go at your own pace, and just enjoy it. Only get Clam items if you really want to and will still be happy with the purchase months from now. 😉

How do I get the beer river squares? I’m using android, moving to the end of the district 10 quests, and I see absolutely no place to get them. I’ve checked the store, the section to build roads, etc. Am I missing something?

It is in the decorations. Just a small square like in this post. Many just go right on past it. So just go to your shopping cart menu, Decos, and look for it. It should be pretty close to the front.

Creepy river boat seems to have been renamed to “Brewery Annex”. The name just suddenly changed over the weekend. I assume it changed for everyone else too? I’d be interested in why… But anyway, the guide above now needs an update to match.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, sorry if so. I have all the land unlocked for D10 and repaired the brewery. I also now have all the items needed to make the creepy beer river. Whenever I click to create it the game crashes and everything is set back to before I created it. Is this just one of the known bugs that will be fixed or is this just something wrong with me?lol

I like this quest and already got CW Stewie and the Pawtucket Brewery is close to being repaired. My only complain is the Infinite Pee Machine being $90,000? That’s a lot and I have been clearing a lot of land (On the left hand side of my game, the ones that are expensive) so I really don’t have enough money at this moment to purchase that Machine.
I also have another question, but it does not relate to District 10.

Remember, this is a District… so it is set up to take time for you to get items. If you got them all in one shot, you would be done and bored right? Lol.

Hi there. Heres what I did when the game first started. I built over 100 common offices. They are cheap, it takes a 1/2 hour to build and you collect rent every hour, I did eventually upgraded to the taller offices but it takes longer to collect rent. Anyways by doing that I have over 2 million coins. When youre ready just nuke youre town or place all the offices in inventory one by one. Hope that helps you, or anybody else. Happy gaming.

There was a glitch a few months back that allowed you to get them even if you didn’t need them. So that’s helped many players get ahead with this…

Been playing the new event since it started and trying to get Chumba Wumba Stewie, have not got 1 single dulcet tone and yet have almost all of the other stuff required, so as you can see been playing loads, is there a problem with these as need 10 dulcet tones but at the moment no chance of getting them.

Just keep trying. This is a District and it was JUST released. They are meant to take time. You won’t get it all the instant it arrives… not unless you are willing to spend a LOT of Clams. Lol.
Just keep going at it. Sending characters on tasks to try for the Materials. If you want, force close the app and restart your device to refresh it… then try again. Otherwise… all Materials are dropping just as intended. 🙂

I see that Neil Goldman is fully visible, now. Not just an outline and placeholder. They must be getting ready to send him to Quahog. My biggest concern is that with all of the hype surrounding Pawtucket Pat that he is going to cost us money. Like Buzz Killington, Consuela and Jake Tucker. If that’s the case I may never finish District 10. Since the price hike I am not spending any more real cash. The buck stops here.

Am I the only one who finds it odd that we can build lava rivers and ponds, and beer rivers and ponds, but still can’t place actual WATER rivers and ponds? Sheesh.

Yeah, I’ve often wanted single water tiles too, along with sidewalk tiles, rock tiles, grass tiles etc. seems like those would be simple enough to add to the store.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I thought I’d share
I’m able to place the beer river decoration for free, until I have about 44-45 of them in my quahog. Only after all of those are placed do I start to be charged 1000 coins per each
If I move every beer river decoration to my inventory, they become free again for the first 44-45 or so when I go to place more

Upon further inspection, it seems that I might not be getting any of the beer river decorations for free
When I try to buy them from the store, it’s actually pulling the ones from my inventory instead of giving me new ones
So I don’t know if they have a cap on the number of beer river decorations (or it’s a glitch), but my game won’t let me have more than 47

And upon further, further inspection, it seems that tinyCo doesn’t allow you to buy more decorations if you have any of that decoration in your inventory
so I’m not being caped on the number of beer rivers, I just have to place every single one from my inventory first before I can get more

You’re not getting them for free. The game is set up to make sure you don’t waste money and precious Clams on items you already have. So it will always pull from your inventory first until that is depleted. If you want a LOT of one item, you have to place every single one of those items out of your Inventory and in your town first… then go ahead and purchase more until you have all you want. When done, then you place them all back into storage. 😉

I like the beer river for you can link them to make a pond or pool. I was thinking about how far would I get with the 1.9 m coin I have to build a lake. Well, who will build the bigger beer river?
