In this lil game of ours, it is easy to get lost and so focused into collecting items or unlocking characters that we tend to forget the lil things that make the game what it is. Like Where the HELL did these items come from and why are they in our games?
Well I am here to do just that for you. Let’s take a look at the Family Guy Series and find out just Where The HELL Did That Come From?
In this post, I will be covering the Origin of a very finely mustached Spanish Soap Opera Peter. Was this a cut scene? Was it an entire episode? Let’s take a look at the TV Episodes to find out.
Season 11, Episode 11: Giggity Wife
Quagmire, Joe, and Peter are found crashed in the front yard of the Griffin’s house after a night of Drunken Debauchery. As reality starts to kick back in, Quagmire finds out he is married to a Hooker. As the Episode progresses, Quagmire has found a way out of the marriage by “proving” he is gay in front of his Hooker Bride.
He approaches Peter to help him with it, so Peter lays down the demands. One of them is that if it is beautiful, he reserves the right to cry. Quagmire is a lil confused by that. Peter goes on to explain how he is a VERY Passionate man. Hasn’t Quagmire seen any of his Spanish Soap Operas?
Cut Scene to Peter, in Spanish, arriving home to promptly smack about each of the female family members. Then away he goes in a flying sombrero.
And that about does it. Another silly cut scene in the TV Series has provided us with another Character Costume for Peter. What do YOU think of it? Have any favorite tasks? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
Til Next Time

Alon with others on here. I went on last night to finish getting the costume and it was gone. This is the second time they have done this. It also happened with the Workout Stewie. Starting to *** me off.

The event ended at 3pm PDT, that was written just about everywhere in the game.

I just barely got my 50 piñatas to finish the quest, and ended up spending a few clams to get Peter (under 10). Would have liked to see them tweak the drop rates and spawn rates for piñatas just a bit, but not a terrible little weekend event.

All that hard work and all those stupid piñatas, do you know how close I was to getting soap opera peter?! I just needed 2 more hats. I go to collect them and everything is gone! 😡

I think the Telenovela game was mistakenly released early. My guess is it was planned for May (to coincide with Cinco de Mayo). It seems weird they didn’t do anything for Saint Patrick’s Day, it’s a shoe-in for the Griffin-based franchise but the Star Trek game might have changed plans around.

You got all the prizes and created him in Al’s? Did you check Al’s do see if he is still listed? Check Peter as it is his costume?

Why was it so short time and not announced when it was about to go away ?

It was almost a week. Standard for a “weekend” promotion. They normally run Fri to Tues. This went Thurs to Wed.
It was announced. On their sites, in the game FAQ, as well as here. Sorry you missed it.

I’m going to be short hats.. I may barely make candies depending on my drops.. The candies and hats are dropping like very rares for me. *sighs*

I’ve got all of the needed items but candies. I’ve smashed 43 pinatas and I’ve only gotten 24 candies out of them. I’ve had all of the other items for a few days now. This has been the worst unlockable character by far to try and get. At this point I’ve still got 8 blindfolds and 0 pinatas available to smash. Such a disappointing update.

Hilarious scene… especially at the end when he flies away on that big hat… which is a decoration I would have loved to see (something like Arnold’s tank), instead of the Piñata.

I was watching that episode a couple months ago and thought for sure that giant sumbraro would end up in the game when SSOP did.

In the part of “according new mundo pt 4” I have 32 piñatas that I already smashed … And with Spanish Soup Opera Peter I only have 28 candies .. I think this mini event will be a closed one

I remmber that part it’s not a cutted scene it was on the show and it was so funny omg

A cut scene in this case is referring to a scene that was a quick shot, cut away from the main action of the episode. In family guy’s case they’ve got cut scenes in every episode.

I would watch a tv show about SSOP slapping everyone

In my household growing up (not Mexican but Spanish nonetheless) that pic would have been one of my grandmother with her hand up in the air and men family members flopping about. Closer to reality. 😉

Regardless of race or nationality, I think that was everyone’s grandmother.
