- COMPLETELY exit the game
- Restart your device
- Then go back and see if items (Like Bonnie) are back
And suddenly just like that the end of Case 2 is nigh. Time sure flies when you’re being tormented by all sorts of other worldly things.
Case 2 ends 10/28 @ 3pm Pacific
BUT here’s the thing, TinyCo have confirmed those who have completed the Coming to Getcha Questline to Pt. 7 will be able to access Case 3 a day early, from 10/27 @ 3pm Pacific.
WHAT CHOICES DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME AS A PLAYER?
Well you have the choice to delay completing Coming to Getcha Pt. 6, doing this will give you time to finish up unlocking any Case 2 character costumes and to exchange existing materials for keys right up until the last minute when you will automatically be moved into Case 3 on 10/28.
So I will say it again, if you don’t want early access to Case 3 DON’T complete Pt. 6 of Coming to Getcha, that way you will be able to continue Case 2 until 10/28 @ 3pm Pacific
If you DO want early access, then you must complete the Coming to Getcha Questline. You will want to be at the final part, which is Pt. 7. So exchange your materials and be ready for early access on 10/27 @ 3pm Pacific.

The easiest way to delay in my opinion is not putting Demon Hunter Joe on the 2hr task to salt his driveway. It’s short enough to complete if you change your mind and decide you actually want early access to Case 3.
And remember Case 2 will automatically be removed on 10/28 @ 3pm Pacific.
Sorry if I’m repeating myself but we just don’t want anyone caught out by the early access to Case 3 being released on 10/27.

Just started case 3. I had about 530 keys saved. I bought the first 6 buildings and still have 288 keys for last two. Possessed meg is last item – says it’s available for a limited time. What’s interesting is that the timer underneath these new concierge items says 20 hours left – ending same time as case 2 items.
The next to last item was only about 25 keys – I think. So waiting to see what others have done and how much is meg and how long do we really have.
Oh and they released venkman for 280 clams – he drops keys. And james woods dressed as peter to drop seeds – but 5 other characters and a building drop seeds – so I’ll skip this.

Ok, I dunno if my first comment is up or not I can see it, but, I was wondering if anyone eles has gotten the new Halloween catalog page 5. On my game it’s saying I only have 20 hours to get everything. Is that’s showing up for anyone eles???? I have NOT completed the current case yet so I’m very confused. I also got the quest for getting vampires.

Like this very post says, it depends on where YOU are in the game on what you will see. Case 2 ends tomorrow BUT if you finish the Questline it will end Case 2 and start Case 3 as soon as you complete those parts of the Questline outlined here.

Has anyone eles got the new Halloween catalog where you can only get stuff for 20 hours??? I dunno if it is a glitch or not, but I have been able to open the garden and am able be to start getting seeds for vampires………. Also zombie/ghost Meg is available…….

Like this very post says, it depends on where YOU are in the game on what you will see. Case 2 ends tomorrow BUT if you finish the Questline it will end Case 2 and start Case 3 as soon as you complete those parts of the Questline outlined here.

My game has messed up.
I was still trying to get Franken Bonnie, 2 scar concealers to get. 31/2 hours ago the time said there was 23 hours till the case close. Now when I started the game, it’s moved onto case 3, even though I’m on Coming to Getcha pt.2.

It’s the 27th and all I needed 2 tubes of whatever to unlock the new bonnie outfit and now it has disappeared. And the pumpkin patch thing isn’t giving out anymore of the tubes. WTH? Thought we had til the 28th?

The same thing just happened to me. I sent a message to TinyCo before I jumped on here, but in order to complete the quests we need Franken-Bonnie, so now I can’t complete Coming toGetcha Pt 6. So WTH I thought I had to tomorrow?

Yes to what? Completely done with Questline? If so, you are transitioning into Case 3 as it is about to go live. Like we noted in this post, those done will transition as the new stuff is launched today. Those NOT done with Case 2, will have til tomorrow.

Yes ma’am. It has went to case 3. Just sucks that I got the pumpkin patch thing days ago and only needed 4 total to unlock the outfit got only 2 with 2 left to get and thinking I have a day left and open it up to see that it is no longer available.

Cheesy Charlie or Windchimes Johnny? I most likely won’t have enough magnifying glasses for both. Can anyone describe what they do when animated? I have the bat tree, it’s so pretty when you click it and the bats fly around. I also got the ghost tree.

Windchimes, well… the windchimes just dangle around his head. He yells “Sorry it’s my chimes!” when you tap on him and you hear the Windchimes.
Cheesie Charlie… just does the usual “evil laugh” when tapped and fire flames up around him. No sound.

That helps thanks, think I’ll go with the windchimes, I like that it includes sound! But I’ll wait and see if any thing else is added. There are a lot of magnifying glass prizes. The bat tree is really nice in my opinion, and I always go for new trees!

I decided I didn’t care about most of the Case 2 prizes, and opted instead to save up enough keys to get the Green Skinned Alien character… WELL WORTH missing out on useless buildings and costumes that will never be used again. If I’m not going to use something in a game, I’d rather it be characters… And with so little land space… Not sure where they expect me to put all the junk I can’t get rid of… I guess ultimately I’m glad that they ended cases at a certain point so I could see if maybe there is something worth getting in the next case with over 200 keys waiting…

Been ready for the end of this phase since Monday. Got all the quests (including side quests) done and have close to 600 Keys ready. Hopefully there’s enough time to unlock whatever they add since the event is due to end in less than a week.

More ready for the last phase than I’ve ever been, including the superhero event (where buying Superman in week 1 put me on track to be way ahead the rest of the event), with 444 keys saved at the moment. Hopefully the hard item for the last week is something worthwhile, since I should be able to actually unlock it.

I stopped caring about case 2. I refuse to buy a building I don’t need to move forward with the story. I wasn’t going to make any progress with the second part of case 2 anyways, so I have just focused my attention on getting keys. I am over 200 right now. So if all goes as normal, I will be able to make some progress on case 3

AUGH! You jinxed us all! 🙂 Now that you have, I can say this. I have to agree: This is the first time I have felt “ahead”, or even “keeping up”, this far into an event. I have all the freemium stuff, and have only used “earned” clams to rush some tasks, in order to get here.Bring it on, Case 3! 😀

I may be on holiday but logging in for literally five minutes a day to collect and reset means I am ready for case three! I have 200 keys ready for the next lot of items, I did forgo on buying the bolt dropping building or using clams for the mystery box. But drop rates have been good and the whole of case two was a little hard but attainable. Looking forward to the next phase!

I have purposely held off purchasing the last two items since the last building only drops two keys. Just to confirm, when the new content drops, I will no longer be able to purchase those buildings correct? All pages will be blocked?

That is what is supposed to happen, but some players could still access Case 1 prizes once in Case 2, strangely. However for me they were blocked. So I would assume they will go, if they don’t call it a bonus.

BTW for me I could still access the one item I was on when Case 1 ended. Any of the other items I didn’t get to were locked but I just purchased the FBI basement because I have a lot of skeleton keys (at least I think I do) and get extra bug spray now. Even had enough to get the last item that drops keys in one of the games I am playing.

Unlike almost all previous events, I’m WAY ahead on event currency (Skeleton Keys). Similar to the previous phase I suspect once the new phase commences, I’ll simply buy outright all the crafting prizes and just focus on the character unlocks. And learning my lesson, NOT purchase the second last one until I have built up a supply for the last (hard) item.

I am on part 7 but I didn’t purchase the last item in the shop, 25 keys, I think, so my timer hasn’t started for the hard item. I have been saving up keys and have over 300 now for the update, do I need to purchase the last item and start the timer to proceed tomorrow? I don’t really want it.

No, you shouldn’t have to as you’re where you need to be Questline wise to get access to the new Case early. However Case 2 prizes should leave when Case 2 ends 10/28, but as I said to another player some could still access Case 1 prizes during Case 2 for some reason. Whereas for others like myself they were gone.

Yes, please look at the game reset post, many comments there and the advice for the load error is same as game reset issue, you need contact TinyCo to get this fixed.
