   Like most everyone here, these horrendous drops rates have turned me off so much that I’m probably going to uninstall the game. Beyond the minuscule drops for care bears, I haven’t had a fluffy cloud drop for Rupert in at least 5 days.

   Thanks for all the great tips guys – you’ve really made playing the game easier and more fun. However…
   So far I’ve only had ONE robofuel. I was doing quite well for the first 3 weeks, but I have found the drops to be dreadful. I had to use clams to finish getting Rupert as the Triangle drop was awful. I’ve also had to buy some beach balls to progress getting Black Jesus (still need another 70 or so Gucci robes though). I’m resigned myself to not getting Mayor West’s onesie.
   I lost nearly a day’s playing time when the game froze and licked me out TWICE. Both times I contacted TC and they did eventually sort it.
   I’ve decided that no matter what the next event is, that I’m not going to be sucked into it, apart from Tan Lines (getting quite close to getting Evil Monkey!).

   I wrote to Tiny Co and I told them this is their third strike. Its almost as if they made this event to be their cash cow before the new year by forcing you to spend monies to buy all your drop items. Like you Jon, I’m just about sick of playing this event and I started playing walking dead app more than this game. I use to log in faithfully every 2hrs when I wasn’t sleeping, they are lucky if I log in twice a day these last 2 days.

   This has been by far the worst event for drops. Stuck in week 4 like mostly everyone. There’s not a snowballs chance I’ll ever be able to get triangles or attack baby heimlich. Honestly, how do they justify making triangles a rare drop when in order to even get them you have to first be lucky enough to NOT get all ghostly gifts from a care package (and even then you need multiple bears), and before that lucky enough to actually get said packages. And after those rare chances hope that Lois actually finishes her quest for a chance to drop a beach ball IF you’re so lucky enough to clear her cloud. Never been this frustrated with this game before. I remember even as freemium being able to complete events and get all the free characters. Those were the days…

   Anyone want to buy any of my 16,000 stocking stuffers, 150 green barrels, 100 red presents or blue boxes? Worst drop planning ever by TinyCo. The white presents don’t drop Care Bears so Bonnie and Lois are trapped but needed to move on… but I keep getting more useless blue boxes and stocking stuffers.

   Hey TC maybe let us exchange the earlier (useless) currency items for the new ones… kinda like the Stevie Bucks. 100 stocking stuffers for 50 Pyramid packs… 50 pyramid packs for 25 Barrel Box… 25 barrel box for 10 Ghostly Gifts, etc. Having the next level reward the previous level items is useless and annoying. I don’t need ghostly gifts when I’m trying to get the darn Care Bears!

     I have given up. My New Year resolution is to not try anymore with this game. Can’t get a blue box to save my life and if I do I get green barrels in it. My two Pacmen I have killed this week did not drop pellets. I’ll never see the next round. Happy New Year. I have saved about 400 plus clam I wish I could give away along with my 1600 candy canes.

   Just unlocked Rupert today and putting him on beach ball duty till the end of the event as I only need robes for Jesus not bothered if I don’t do week 5 my mission is to unlock jesus lol not done to bad with this event even though the drops were poor missed out on the monkey/gorilla but not bothered either way tbh happy new yr to you all have a good one 🙂

   I’ve been playing since the game debuted. To date, this is the worse event that TinyCo has released. I’m getting more enjoyment by putting all my characters in the Tan Lines event. Those characters that can’t go in I have doing the miscellaneous quest lines for the Christmas event, taking it as far as I can then putting them in to inventory until the next event.

   To get Rupert Bear, I still need to get 4 more Fluffy Clouds (at 4/8) – or spend 100 Clams.
   To get Black Jesus, I still need 12 Gucci Flip Flops (at 24/36), and 123 more Versace Robes (132/255) – or spend 523 Clams.

   I’m stuck at phase 4 and it’s really ticking me off as I have been playing this game since it launched and participated in every single event. Yes, I have a life, and between work and raising two children, I have still managed to win events. With that said, the events went from being winnable to being almost impossible to complete. During the past year, things seem to be always the same. I start strong, get ahead and wait for the next update for the first two weeks, after that, everything goes to crap. Suddenly, drop rates suck and by the third week I am so far behind that I have no chance of winning no matter what I do. I have not won a single event in the past year and I play hard. Is it just me, or are other folks struggling like this too?

   I love the game, but I’m about ready to quit because it seems no longer possible to complete an event. I went from winning at least half the events to not winning at all, even with spending money on in app purchases. I understand that if the game wasn’t challenging, it would be boring, but not being able to get past the same point in each event seems ridiculous..

     You are not alone. Day one player and this will be the first event I will not finish. I haven’t had a triangle drop for Rubert in three days. I haven’t had a wreath drop for Black Jesus in five days. Myriad comments to TC are always met with the typical, parroted “drops as intended, we understand and will pass along your concerns.” It’s nothing more than an automated script to placate you into thinking they give a ****. They don’t. All these folks who say they stay up and are in their game every two hours and that’s the key to success are pulling your leg. I’m doing that and am still stuck in week 4 hell.

       I’m in Phase 5 by playing day and night, but it’s been a struggle to get here. I feel a little burnt out now and I’m just going through motions now. If I get Onesie Mayir West fine, if I don’t that’s fine too, think this is first time I’ve felt like that.

    You guys do realize that Russian Tigger and Bunny get “comps” from Tiny Co. Neither one of them know the real struggle we’re up against. Tiny Co. realizes the importance of this website; and, as its creators or creators reps, Bunny and Russian Tigger, though good at supplying information, don’t get the opportunity to understand the struggle – the full struggle.

      I don’t get any “comps” from TinyCo, I have no link to TinyCo or contact with them outwith my in game support when I have a game issue. I play the game the same way as most of you, the only difference I’ve always said is that I probably put more time in due to fact I’m an insomniac, so I have characters doing tasks at night as well as during the day. This helps me. But I don’t get any assistance from anyone, any clams I spend are my own, and I play as a hybrid of freemium/premium depending on the event. So I’m afraid you called this one wrong in regards to how I play the game, I suffer the same glitches, drop issues and other frustrations players do. And I write on here because Bunny asked me to help out whilst she recuperates, I’d previously submitted the odd guest post and she asked if I could do more to help her try keep the site going and in a moment of madness I agreed 😀. So that’s my Game & Addicts life story in a nutshell.

        Some will never get it. Even Bunny buys her clams to further her game to help. I don’t get anywhere in this game ever and there is a huge difference between my drops and my husband’s drops. His are better. I do appreciate what you and Bunny and ( sorry forgot the other ones name) that have done so much to keep us informed. Happy New Year!

      And if you were a long time reader of this site, you’d know that bunny doesn’t get any “comps” from tinyco. She buys her clams just like anyone else. The addicts are not employees of tinyco nor do they get any free stuff from them. And they are as “real” as can be in genuinely caring about this game and those that play it.

      You do realize your pathetic attempt to discount a FAN of the site that stepped in to help me while I fell very ill and needed assistance is not only very disturbing, but cruel and ridiculous as well? How disgusting can someone be. Just because YOU don’t like the way things are going is no reason at all for you to take it out on others. Shame on you!!

      The ONLY person communicating with TinyCo on a daily basis is me, Bunny, you know… the person that’s been running this site since it launched. Russian Tigger and Lotty have nothing at all to do with it outside helping out in comments as Fans of the page turned to helping me.

      You do realize since day one, DAY ONE… this site has ran in the red. We have used our own money to supply clams to games. We, being Alissa and myself, have busted our asses to get information out to players by using OUR personal resources. TinyCo does provide ME, Bunny, ONLY BUNNY, with a very set amount of clams to ONE game to help with progress. The rest, the clams still needed for the Main Test Game AND MY FOUR OTHER test games… all comes from MY pocket. Hence many times I am constantly saying I have to wait to provide info while I pull it, as I need clams. I will not buy something, as I don’t want to waste Clams. I am skipping Questlines or other things, because I don’t want to waste MY Clams I bought. If they were so endlessly flowing why would we even care? Why would I not own everything?

      How about YOU act real and stop taking out your anger on US. Go take it out on TinyCo, the people making the game. Not the site that takes OUR personal time, money, holidays, sick leave, etc to give YOU FREE information and help.

      TL;DR Stop being a jerk to the people trying to help you with the game on a site YOU never have to pay for (Try it some time and see how you feel about it all, see how you like spending 100s of dollars every month to have ungrateful people complain). Stop attacking the Helpers who are nothing more than Players reading our site like YOU. Stop being rude! Don’t attempt to discount OUR struggles. You are doing nothing more than trolling and being cruel. SHAME ON YOU!!

Just hate it when these two gals have bent over backwards to help me keep this site alive (Lotty n Russian Tigger) because I am struggling, to then have the usual trolls attacking me turn and attack them. Pisses me off. These gals are nothing more than kind and generous sweethearts. Don’t know where I would be, or where this site would be without them. 🙂

          It also pissed me off that after attacking them the person played the “feel better Bunny” card. REALLY??!! Don’t come attacking my site, my helpers, and then throw that in. It’s just insulting. Some people, I just have to shake my head at.

    I can’t even start phase 5 as I need 7 more triangles to get Rubert and they aren’t dropping. They are rare as are getting bears from care packages and getting packages themselves.

    You should put a where are you now poll so they can see how many of us are stuck in Phase 4. The drop rates are a joke and I swear if I get one more triple blue box out of a care package to add to the 50+ I haven’t even bothered to open I’m going to throw my phone across the room! I’ve been stuck on needing 2 clouds and a triangle for Rupert for 3 days now.

    It looks like the next level is Transformers themed which I’m really excited about and if this event isn’t extended so I can enjoy it, it’s definitely the last straw and this game is getting deleted.

        Do said polls even find their way to TC?!? In the past when folks were struggling a poll would come out and drops would improve. That doesn’t seem the be the case anymore.

            I think this goes to show that our feedback to this site has a big influence on events. This has been an extremely rough event for Bunny, Lotty and Russian Tigger to keep up with, plus process our concerns and communicate them to tinyco, especially considering it is at holiday time and Bunny has been ill (feel better soon) and every phase has some new rare drop issues.

            Thank you Bunny, Lotty and Russian Tigger for all the work that you do to help us throughout the year. You are much appreciated. Happy New Year and good luck everyone!

    I have a strategy question… I finally got Rupert bear unlocked and earning beach balls, and since Joe and mayor west are costumes and not new versions of characters, I’m thinking I’m really only interested in trying to earn black Jesus. So, is there really a compelling reason or advantage to going on to last phase and whatever headaches await there, or just stay put and try to keep fighting the baby to hopefully earn all the materials for him. I do see onsie west can earn beach ball but not seeing I could unlock him fast enough to help at this point. I’d welcome your feedback RT, and suggestions from other players as well! And I think another reason I’m thinking of staying put is simply fatigue… this week has worn me down, and I don’t think I want todo anything new for this event. Thanks to all of tha addicts team and have a happy new year!

      There’s no major downside to starting this Phase apart from taking Rupert off beach balls to complete the Phase 4 main Questline Pt 7. If you can get Onesie Mator West his beach ball drop s always so even unlocking him with a day to go could help get those final robes for Black Jesus, although in all honesty Rupert is giving good drops so I’m not struggling as badly there. But getting the buildings for Onesie Mayor West will take time so I’m seeing him as a bonus if I get him. It’s also hard to know if TinyCo may drop anything else in to the final phase. Thanks for your kind words, good luck whatever you decide as event fatigue is hitting everyone I think, it’s been a tough one.

      I can tell you that in my game, the fuel cell drops required to get onsie west are dreadful. I’ve only gotten one since Wednesday. But there is no downside to progressing to the last phase. It doesn’t lock any of your characters as far as I know. My strategy is to keep working on getting Black Jesus. But if I can get another costume or two, that would help as well. Good luck.

      If anything I’m getting more care packages through Robo packages so going into phase five has definitely helped me in progressing black Jesus robe drops. I should just about get him freemium before event end. As others said there is no downside to progressing, go for it!

    Man I can’t even get out of phase 4. the drop rate sucks. wtf. I even wrote to them. Worst event ever. Sadly if they keep making events that are impossible to achieve without monies then it will be time for me to find a new game.

          If the task shows up in Pt. 7 even if you don’t have Mayor West in your game yet then you would need reach out to TinyCo. But with the holidays and it being the end of the event I’m not sure if they could/would do anything.

    Oh my God this event has almost put me off the game permanently. Every frickin Care Package gives me Ghostly Gifts!!!! Last 3 I have gotten 7. I can’t ever get Bonnie to give me a beach ball because I keep getting Ghostly Gifts!!!!!! Also can’t unlock Rupert because I get a crap ton of Ghostly gifts!!!!!
