Okay, now you’re relaxed lets talk some more about the latest Phase that has dropped into our silly li’l Quahog’s. Bringing with it some Kung Pow moves….

With the New Phase comes, of course, the New Main Questline that will direct us along the Event. For Kung Pow Quahog, the Main Questline is More Mojo in the Dojo. 

Let’s take a look at the Phase 2 Main Questline and all you will encounter along the way.

Mojo in the Dojo Pt. 8
Peter Starts

Defeat Mr Washee Washee: Tap on the fight arena in the event area and chose a fighter/s, (Dojo Peter, Walking Joe, Daniel LaRusso or Ninja Stewie), to attack Mr Washee Washee, each attack requires 2 Laundry Detergents and multiple attacks may be required to completely defeat him.

Have Dojo Peter Practce His Moves: 30 secs, $5 & 1xp

Peter Starts

Defeat 1 Samurai: Tap on a Samurai chose a fighter, (Dojo Peter, Tai-Jitsu Lois, Samurai Quagmire oj Johnny Lawrence), each attack requires 3 Fight Contract and you must fully defeat the Samurai.
Trade in Samurai Headbands for Rice Balls at the Cart: Collect Samurai Bandanas from clearing Samurais OR Defeating Mr Miyagi OR Crouching Tiger Statue, then tap on the Ramen Cart in the event area to see available exchanges and complete an exchange for Rice Balls.

Completed Task Rewards: 10 Chopsticks

***Triggers Samurai Hack (Samurai Quagmire Questline)***

 

More Mojo in the Dojo Pt. 3
Peter Starts

Place the Cobra Kai: You will be able to purchase this from The Temple in the event area. Cost 4 Rice Balls
Meet Old Rivals: Tap Go and you will be taken to the Island, it’s in the event area. To complete this task you must do the showing repair , it takes 10 secs and costs $10. Be aware however that completing this part will activate the 7 day timer to unlock Johnny Lawrence.
Wait for the Competition: This refers to the battle arena in the main event area, this is where you will eventually battle Mr Miyagi, he will appear training in the area soon after you reach this point.

Completed Task Rewards: 10 Chopsticks

Get 4 Fight Contracts: Get from Squatty Tiger Secret Dragon Lair OR Jerome Sponsor Fighters OR Bonnie Bet on Fights OR Dojo Peter Give Kumite a Try OR Meg Fight for Popularity OR Sensei Stewie Mystery Box
Defeat 2 Samurai: Tap on a Samurai chose a fighter, (Dojo Peter, Tai-Jitsu Lois, Samurai Quagmire oj Johnny Lawrence), each attack requires 3 Fight Contract and you must fully defeat 2 Samurai.
Have Mort Sweep The Pharmacy: 4hrs, Earns $50, 30xp and chance of 1 Broom

More Mojo in the Dojo Pt. 6 
Peter Starts

Defeat 2 Nerds: Tap on a Nerd and chose a fighter, (Dojo Peter, Walking Joe Ninja Stewie or Daniel LaRusso), to attack him, each attack requires 1 Fight Contract. You must completely defeat 2 Nerds. ***Myself and other players encountered a glitch whereby nerds weren’t registering as defeated, thus we couldn’t get this part to check off as complete, it has been reported to TinyCo and they are working on a fix but in the meantime I used the GO button on the task to take me to a nerd to defeat, I defeated that nerd and it counted, so try doing it that way, you might get lucky like I did!!!***
Have Meg Fight For Popularity: 4hrs, Earns $50, 30xp & Rare chance of 1 Fighting Contract
Place the Some Like It Hot Springs: You will be able to purchase this from The Temple in the event area. Cost 5 Rice Balls

Completed Task Rewards: 10 Chopsticks

 

More Mojo in the Dojo Pt. 7

Place the Sweep The Leg Maid Services: You will be able to purchase this from The Temple in the event area. Cost 11 Rice Balls
Have Dojo Peter Pick Up Dry Cleaning: 1 min, $5 &  1xp
Defeat 2 Samurai: Tap on a Samurai chose a fighter, (Dojo Peter, Tai-Jitsu Lois, Samurai Quagmire oj Johnny Lawrence), each attack requires 3 Fight Contract and you must fully defeat 2 Samurai.

Completed Task Rewards: 10 Chopsticks

 

Moro Mojo in the Dojo Pt. 8 
Peter Starts

Defeat Mr Miyagi: Tap on the fight arena in the event area and chose fighter/s, (Dojo Peter, Tai- Jitsu Lous, Samurai Quagmire or Daniel LaRusso), to attack Mr Miyagi , each attack requires 4 Paper Cranes and multiple attacks may be required to completely defeat him.
Place the Godly Grotto: You will be able to purchase this from The Temple in the event area. Cost 11 Rice Balls

    Well, I’m stuck. I haven’t seen this mentioned in this thread or elsewhere on the site, but I will not be able to get to phase 3. Defeating Mr Miyagi takes three characters–I’ve unlocked the Quagmire skin and Daniel LaRusso, but the third character is either premium (Lois or Brian skins) or Johnny Lawrence……..who can’t be unlocked without defeating Mr Miyagi. And I can’t progress to phase 3 without defeating Mr Miyagi.

    I messaged TinyCo about this and got the “working as intended” line.

    But this means Johnny Lawrence is a premium character, as unlocking him will cost 250 clams (to bypass the “Defeat Mr Miyagi” requirement).

    Is this a problem just with my game? Or did everyone else here just shell out the 250 clams (or 270 to get the Lois or Brian skins)?

      You don’t need to use 3 characters, that’s just the maximum you can use. You can attack him with Samurai Quagmire and Daniel LaRusso, you’ll just need to do more than 1 attack to defeat him. He doesn’t heal between attacks. So you’re looking at at least 2 attacks to defeat him, meaning you’ll need at least 8 paper cranes. You’ll find more details in this post.         Oh wow, thanks RT! It would’ve been nice if TinyCo had explained that to me in their message, rather than the “working as intended” line. That worked. For some reason the first time I tried to attack with just 2 characters, I thought it didn’t let me. But it worked this time, and I defeated Mr Miyagi and started phase 3. Thank you for being far more helpful than TinyCo!

    Still plugging along slowly. Ready to open Johnny for part 3 the second I get some more fight contracts. Trying to plan moves ahead to be smart.
    Get Johnny, fight a couple samurai to count for part 4, that should give me 2 more cranes to finish off Mr. Miyaga for Johnny and then buy the erotica print shop for Johnny’s shirts.
    p.s. – Who knew I was so blood thirsty? I’m all “fight, fight, fight”!

    Question: If I defeat Miyagi as part of questline and to get Johnny then does Miyagi return for me to hit him again?

    I also had the issue with defeated Nerds not counting and tried the suggested workaround, but it doesn’t always work. I had to defeat 8 Nerds to score twice and progress onto part 7

      I had that happen first thing today, and then I was experiencing the crashing problem, so I did a reinstall.
      I used the GO button as suggested and got credit (I want to get credit or the Samurai for the next part and for the weekly challenge as I only need 4 trophies for Danny, so why get extra Samurai if I don’t have to).

      Strange: My first attempt failed, as I clicked directly on the Nerd yesterday, but when I used the “GO” button on the quest today, both my attacks were counted, and I moved on to to the next part.
      Now I just have to remember to use this method for the 2 Samurai defeats required by Pt. 7, as I will be very upset if those don’t get counted, either! 🙂 Has anyone tested this yet?

    I’m falling behind in this event now. Drop rates haven’t been very kind to me since about Day 4 of Phase 1, when I think they must have rejigged something as I was getting a 1 in 1 drop rate for majority of collectibles but now it’s much much less.
    Has anyone else noticed this?

    I have an issue with Peter getting sucker punched every time he fights a nerd – losing his full 8 hit points in one go so I have to wait 5 hrs before I can use him again (which then randomly increased to 6). Then, lucky me, next fight I’d get get KO’d again and this time MISS hitting the nerd, completely wasting a fight ticket and getting no drops in order to swap for rice balls.
    Did/does this happen to many other players as often as it is happening to me?

    I’m at More Mojo Pt.3, where Johnny appears. I don’t want to set his timer off because I want to keep him but I currently only have a few fight contracts and drop rates has gotten so poor on them that I’m certain his timer will run out before I can collect his loser trophies from defeating samurais. I’ll unlock Samurai Quagmire in the next day or 2 so he’ll help fight samurais but he’s going to be useless unless I can build up some fight contracts.
