Okay, Okay, it’s not really Stewie, it’s me, Russian Tigger, sorry to disappoint you all. But how else was I going to get you to read my rambling thoughts once more? Ok that’s confession time over let’s get on with the post.
So another event has reached its final phase as the clock ticks down to the end of Kung Pow Quahog on the 15th February. And as we move into those last few days I find my mind in Stewie mode as I wonder what will be coming next? How about a break many of you will cry. Well probably not as TinyCo like to keep us occupied. I’m sure they must think idle Addict’s hands are the work of the devil or something. And maybe they are right as the FGQFS game certainly keeps me busy and out of mischief. But as I sat in a darkened room last night, (no, it wasn’t padded, well not when I got finished with it), I found my mind wandering and wondering about what I’d like to see next. Before long I was pondering the future in true Stewie style.
And what did I come up with, well a lot of things I can’t admit in public, and a few thoughts on what’s I’d like to see next I can share, so let’s go.
With the Kung Pow Quahog not finishing until 15th February I am predicting love will not be in the air and we won’t see a Valentine event. But I wonder will TinyCo show us some love with a romantic mystery box? Personally I’m thinking there’s a good chance we might as TinyCo are mighty keen on mystery boxes at the moment. Guess come Tuesday we’ll see if roses are red and violets are blue, and Tigger’s prediction does come true!!!
But once the main event is over on the 15th, I’m thinking we’ll get a mini-event to keep our patience tested and blood pressure at dangerous levels before the next big event comes our way. And I’d love that mini-event to be based on the episode Spies Remiscent Of Us (Season 8, Episode 3). This is the episode where Brian & Stewie find themselves part of a crazy team of spies sent to Russia.
This could bring some fab new characters to our games, Secret Spy Stewie, Chevy Chase, Dan Akroyd and Vladimir Putin. It would also see the return of Secret Spy Brian.
And of course it would bring a little touch of Russia to our games, bears on unicycles anyone?
Stewie Griffin + Russia = One very happy blogger. That very happy blogger is me in case you’re wondering, lol.
But what do my fellow addicts think? Will we get a Valentine’s gift to make up for nothing being left under our Christmas trees last year? And if you could decide which episode or topic the next mini-event would be based on, what would it be? Let’s discuss it further in the comments.
Oh and remember this isn’t a spoiler or teaser of what’s to come, this is just muttering from my FGQFS wish list.

I’d like to see a spy event. Chevy Chase, Dan Akroyd and Vladimir Putin. Yea I’ll pay some clams, up front, for those guys. And I’ve gotten very very stingy with my clams of late. Wouldn’t mind getting a chance to pick up a couple more characters from American Dad.

I really hope they bring back some of the older characters. If my timing is correct, i stopped playing around the end of the comic con event or so. I started playing again at the end of No Place Like Quahog and only earned Scarecrow Peter. I used to play premium but it became far too expensive and for the last two events i’ve had to step down to freemium. I really hope they make more characters from older events(both premium and freemium) avalible to freemium players, especially characters and costumes involved in sets, such as Pac-Man.

I agree with Robbie. More land would be great. We were given two extra strips of land a while ago but for some reason the sea below them is still locked. Not sure if tinyco have a plan for it. We need fun events that don’t result in lots people getting stuck.

I play daily and just finished week 2!! Last few events have been the same way. Why even bother when they keep doing this to us. So beyond frustrating. If I didn’t love the FG show so much I would have deleted this game a long time ago for all the stress it causes vs fun what it should be

I’d like to see more events tied into the actual show. I’d also like to see more ability to progress for us players that have stuck with the game More districts and more land. Take a break from event after event and introduce more permanent content. I know it’s brought up frequently but there is so much In storage due to lack of land. So more of that would be welcome Though with all the technical glitches that happen that probably won’t happen. More ghosts in the portal or stuff to spend tanlinea bucks on would also be great.

A spies event would be good, especially if it had heavy use of Brian and Stewie. Stewie has been of little use for a long time.
Looking a bit further… Every year I wait for an event around St. Patrick’s Day for my long desired Mickey McFinnigan. This year however I’ll be on vacation that week and don’t know how much access I’ll have. With my luck I suppose chances are high that this year he’ll show up and I’ll miss him. 😦

I think they overdid it by bringing it back the second time, so I doubt we’ll see a third, but given the $$$ they probably had to pay for the licenses, never say never.

I’m sure the licensing figures would make our eyes bleed. And due to that and the popularity of the content I wouldn’t be surprised to see it appear again one day.
