THE QUAHOG HEAT EVENT ENDS ON MONDAY, YES MONDAY, THE 20TH MARCH AT 3pm PDT.

WHEN DOES THE EVENT END?
MONDAY, March 20th, @ 3pm Pacific Day Time. Keep in mind they are VERY punctual on this. There is no leeway.
WILL IT BE EXTENDED?
There has been no indications the event will be extended.
CAN I CONTINUE COLLECTING AFTER THE EVENT?
NO. When the Event Ends, it takes all the Event items and Currency remaining with it. That means ANY Character/Costume not completely unlocked and walking your game… will go when the Event does. You MUST collect all the items needed for them to get them.
This goes for Buildings and Decorations. Unlock/Purchase all the ones you want as they will go with the Event.
WHAT HAPPENS TO EXTRA CURRENCY?
Anything linked to the Event goes with the Event, so that means currency too. Use it or lose it essentially.
I CAN’T GET MORE ITEMS!!
Keep in mind the game is set up to pull items from the Inventory Storage first, so if you already have say… 10 of an item in Inventory… you will need to pull ALL 10 items out first before the game will let you buy more of that item.
Place items from Inventory first, then you can get more. Continue buying until you have all you want, then store them away.
QUESTLINES?
The ONLY Questlines that usually continue on after an Event are those directly linked to unlocking a Character and isolated from the Main Questline. All other Questlines are directly linked to the Event and will go with it.

Family Guy Addicts 
100 clams to unlock Erik Estrada before he expired, and 40 clams to insta-unlock Pamela Anderson before the event ended. If it weren’t for Erik Estrada collecting Police Tape I would have been stuck in week 2 until the end of the event, but that’s now par for the course.

btw they got “prom patio” and “bar” mixed up .. i bought the bar and turned out it’s the prom patio … it’s ok though cuz i got the item i wanted regardless of its name …

If there was a positive to this event, it was more water items – I’m into the beach and ocean items…but there was a lot more negative, especially in terms of drops, and more specifically, police tape…Erik was pretty useless after the second week (took almost a whole week to earn him), so for the last two weeks, he was only tasked to drop police tapes…if I got one in a day from him, that was a lot as he would go days without dropping one…the others were a little better, but not much…I went several days without seeing one in Phase 2 – a note to TinyCo did yield a gift of 20 from them, but drop rate never picked up…
Fortunately, fighting the bosses never seemed an issue – they generally showed up each time I investigated, and they alone provided enough currency to allow me to obtain plenty of badges, and secure everything from the store…
I guess my biggest issue (and that’s not tied to this event, but most in general) is the lack of goal for completing the quest line…once I had earn and traded for everything I wanted, I just stopped bothering with the main quest line – too much aggravation and bother…same with the weekly challenges, too much hassle for just another deco…it’d be nice if there was a GOOD prize (i.e., character) at the end for some motivation…decos don’t do it, and costumes/skins, many times to me are, meh…

I can’t believe how well I did in this event. I got all freemium characters and outfits, and the only item from Luxury Wheels & Deals I won’t be able to get is Tiny Tom’s Cruise Ship. I got behind in week 2 to unlock Erik Estrada, but Week 3 was really easy for me and I caught up. In general terms I’d say the event was hard, but considering how I did I’m not sure what to say. It’s the first time I collect almost everything in a big event. 🙂
In other news, I’ve just collected my 90th blue Stewie buck. I’ve got one third of Evil Monkey. Now if could just complete the 5th level of the resort I could unlock him before Christmas, lol

Yeah, same here… except I unlocked the Cruise ship a few hours ago completing my collection. I’ll finish the entire main questline in another hour, although I do have a few more for Aerobics Bonnie and Confused Dazed Brian. I know a lot of people had bad luck, but in my opinion it was the best event since the Oz one.
I collected my first Gold Stewie buck a few weeks ago, so it sounds like we’re at a similar stage with that too.

SO close to unlocking Pamela! now i’m only needing all the 5 life preservers in which i was jus able to get the pool omg. i don’t even know what to say i hate when this happens.

Items are always drops but time is not on your side. You may want to try and see if worth it to rush using clams. For example, spending 100 clams or less to rush through and get a new character is better than not getting it, since new characters usually cost 200 plus clams.

no way i’m totally getting her by tomorrow’s deadline! all saved by the 7clams i managed to build up so need 2 more drops(12hour-ish if i don’t sleep into afternoon)…this is gonnna turn out good lol

this was one of the worst and most frustrating events ever. I play multiple times daily and only made it about half way through week 2 content. i can’t honestly remember the last time i ever finished an event or kept pace. Can we please go back to districts and not timed events!

I finished the event 99% Freemium and bought every building and free character and costume. But I still have leftover donuts and 110 Police Badges. Plus hundreds of microphones. Is there going to be no last-minute surprise character or mystery box for some of this stuff?

It is alright giving us all these buildings to buy for donuts, but there is nowhere to actually put them, wish they would actually give us options to buy land.
Also wish there was an option to see the playing area at ground level to make it easier to place buildings in empty spaces and move stuff around.

I wish they would give us doll house like things where we could put these individual rooms they keep selling us…I end up putting them all in storage because who puts a three-sided room outdoors? They could sell the houses for game cash, giving us something to do with our all fortunes. Would save on space also if they had two or three stories.

I really enjoyed this event and have played it mostly freemium. Haven’t bought any premium items or characters, but only rushed a few tasks. I kind of wanted both MacGyver and Hasselhoff, but didn’t want to spend any clams on this event. The only thing I was disappointed in is that TinyCo didn’t give us the best 80’s cop there ever was: Axel Foley! 😃 If they had released him as a premium character, I would have spent the clams in a heartbeat. 😉 Hopefully, TinyCo will revisit the 80’s scene at a later time and give us the Beverly Hills Cop. 🤞

I strictly play this game freemium. It’s hilarious how little I advance. I didn’t even know there was a phase 2 until three days ago when I was finally able to unlock it. I just try to unlock characters. I don’t need like 20 skins of Lois or Quagmire let alone another building (there’s little room).

It’s great that they are giving us real buildings and not just decos! Good job, TinyCo!
But I’ve got everything and still have 110 extra Police Badges left over. It would be terrific if we could buy another building or a character with them.

I was able to finish the event already and got all freemium content. Crazy! Just clearing the sides tasks now.
Oh wait! I never even tried for the weekly challenge. Apparently, accidentally got the last car. So I guess I got most of it. Lol
Now off to figure out what I can do with these microphones…

Yeah you clear 6 Robbers and you get a reward of 6 Police Tape, that’s it.

My, that’s ironic…the one item I completely suffered obtaining on a consistent basis was Police Tapes…used to release robbers…occasionally…this was not a ‘fun’ event…
