Quahog’s Excellent Adventure Main Questline: Bogus Journeying

Dudes, look, it’s another Questline post. Awesome!!!

A new event has hit our  games and that brings with it a New Main Questline to help us punch our way through the 3rd Phase. The Main Questline is Bogus Journeying.

Let’s take a look at all you will encounter along the way. 

But before I start, I just wanted remind you this is the main Questline, out with this there are a number of Achievement Tasks that run alongside the main Questline, if you want to see more about these, there’s a full post on them coming soon.

In order for Phase 3 to launch you must complete Pt. 8 of the Phase 2 Main Questline, More Excellent Adventures.

Unlock Body Sculpting Gym: You will find this in the Renaissance Playspace, it costs 125 Time Capsule and takes 10 secs to repair

Travel To The Mayan Empire: Go to the Phone Booth Icon, tap it and travel to the Mayan Playspace

Learn About Tropical Birds and Mayan Warriors: Tap on “GO”, this will bring up the Instructions Box

Have Brian Dress Like A Local: 3hrs, $45 & 28xp. Chance drop of 1 Mayan Mask
Complete “Mayan Momentos Part 1” Achievement: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must send Brian on his Dress Like A Local task. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.
Complete “Gone To The Birds Part 1” Achievement: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must send Mayan Warrior Brian or Jerome to clear a Tropical Bird. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.

Completed Task Rewards: $15 & 20xp 

***Triggers Dog & Phony Show – Mayan Warrior Brian Unlock Questline***

Bogus Journeying Pt. 3
Mort Starts

*** TIMER WARNING ***

Unlock Tehuantl’s Temple: You will find this in the Mayan Playspace, it costs 3 Time Capsule and takes 10 secs to repair, once you repair it you will start the 7 day timer to unlock the Tehuantl character
Craft a Mayan Headdress in the General Store: Send Jerome or Mayan Warrior Brian  to clear 1 Tropical Bird, once the task is complete go to the General Store and use 2 of the Feathers dropped to craft a Mayan Headdress.
Use A Mayan Headdress To Clear A Mayan Warrior: Craft a Mayan Headdress and use it to clear 1 Mayan Warrior.  

Completed Task Rewards: $20 & 35xp 

***Triggers Reigning Cats, Not Dogs – Tehuantl Unlock Questline***

Bogus Journeying Pt. 4

Unlock the Mayan Stadium: You will find this in the Mayan Playspace, it costs 35 Time Capsules
Unlock Mayan Munitions: You will find this in the Mayan Playspace, it costs 70 Time Capsule and takes 10 secs to repair
Complete “Headdressed To Impress Part 3: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must use Feathers to craft 6 Mayan Headdresses in the General Store. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.

Completed Task Rewards: $30 & 45xp 

Bogus Journeying Pt. 5

Complete “It’s A Trap Part 4: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must trap (clear) 3 Mayan Warriors. You will need 3 Mayan Headdresses for this. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.
Unlock Eat Your Heart Out Cafe: You will find this in the Mayan Playspace, it costs 80 Time Capsule and takes 10 secs to repair
Complete “Tea Party Four Part 4: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must use Colonial Peter or Chris to clear 4 Redcoats. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.

Completed Task Rewards: $20 & 35xp  

Bogus Journeying Pt. 6

Complete “Plague & Wine Part 4” Achievement: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must craft 4 Plague Wine in the General Store, you will need 8 Plague Rats to do this. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.
Unlock Stone Carvings: You will find this in the Mayan Playspace, it costs 100 Time Capsule and takes 10 secs to repair
Complete “Headdress To Impress Part 6” Achievement: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must craft 8 Mayan Headdresses in the General Store, you will need 24 Feathers to do this. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.

Completed Task Rewards: $30 & 45xp

Bogus Journeying Pt. 7
Mort Starts

Complete “Gone To The Birds Part 5” Achievement: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must send Jerome or Mayan Warrior Brian to clear 5 Tropical Birds. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.
Unlock Mayan Calendar Kiosk: You will find this in the Mayan Playspace, it costs 120 Time Capsule and takes 10 secs to repair
Complete “Plague Wine & Dine Part 7” Achievement: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must attack Genghis Khan 6 times at any level, you will need Plague Wine to do this. Once task completed go to the Achievement Task Log and claim your reward.

Completed Task Rewards: $30 & 45xp

Bogus Journeying Pt. 8
Mort Starts

Complete “Ancient Architecture Part 8” Achievement: Tap on “GO” to see the details – to complete this achievement you must unlock the Mayan Calendar (it does say Mayan Carriage but the Mayan Calendar completes the task), It costs 30 Time Capsule and takes 10 secs to repair
Have Mayan Warrior Brian War Cry For Help: 2hrs, Earns $30 & 20xp
