Hi, Ho, Hi, Ho, it’s off to Camp we go!!!
But that doesn’t mean you can skip lessons, so welcome to the next of your Phase 3 Camp 101’s which covers the new Achievement Tasks.
ACHIEVEMENT TASKS
These are basically your “Side Questlines” for the Event. We saw them return in Phase 2 and they proved to be popular once again, so it’s great to see them continue, and with decent prizes as well.
HOW CAN I FIND THE ACHIEVEMENT TASKS?
You can get to the current Achievements Check List Screen by tapping on the Flag Icon at the bottom of the game screen.
This will in turn take you to a Pop Up Screen showing all the current available Tasks you have unlocked so far. It will default to Wild Brian, but you can tap the arrow to the left of his name to go to Phase 2’s tasks, as you can continue to work on these also.
And remember to go in and claim your Spears in order to triggers subsequent tasks.
WHAT ARE ALL THE ACHIEVEMENT TASKS?
These are the lists of Names & Part #’s for the Achievement Tasks we have seen so far. Also listed is the Reward you will get when you CLAIM the completed task.
Remember: You will only see a small amount of Tasks at a time and you will NOT see more until you complete ones there already and/or progress in Main Questline, giving you access to the item/area you need to complete the Tasks.

***Remember this is not all of the possible Tasks, but you can see there are many variables and you can focus on ones that may be easier for you to complete.
WHAT DO I GET FOR COMPLETING ALL THESE TASKS?
Well quite simply you earn Spears, and you want to be earning a lot of them, 470 to be precise as that’s how many Spears you need to unlock the new character costume Wild Brian.

- Complete Achievement
- Go back to Achievement Screen and Claim your Reward(s)
- Complete enough Achievements to earn 470 Spears to unlock Wild Brian

So is unlocking Brian going to be like unlocking Joe where you had to complete every quest to get him. If so there is no chance of completing him as one of the task is to win camp battle level 11.

So even though ive been werking on Brians achievements through the whole phase, suddenly today came up with the dialogue to create him and now there is a task on my sidebar for him. However.. Now the achievement page located at the bottom no longer has an arrow to go between Joe and Brians achievement lists. The only option i have is thru the sidebar with the option to create him for over 2000 clams..? I have no way to get to the achievement list for him to keep collecting spears from tasks. Did i miss his deadline..? What is going on here?
Also even though im on part 6 of phase 3 Peter had an exclamation that started what looks like phase 4 main questline saying scouts are here..? What the hell happened to my game? So confused!

They are allowing everyone access to Phase 4 even though you’re not finished Phase 3, Brian’s tasks disappeared for me, but then came back once I did the first part of the new main Questline

I finished brians costume and what a joke! No Questline! Literally a useless costume with no drop jobs. Ugh. Plus my whole Quahog is land locked with no space for buildings now. Need land upgrades like tapped out.

Random comment: Just sitting here having my lunch and I clicked on the coin icon which brought up the cost for coin purchases, £99.99 for 100k of coins…. at that value I have £30,000 worth of coins, TC want to buy them back? ……….

With an average of 4-5 spears, it is extremely unlikely that I will come close to unlocking Brian. It is a shame, because I actually like the game play of unlocking the achievements, but if the pay off is unreasonable, bye bye enjoyment!

I am closer than I have ever been to finally just quitting this game for good.
I just opened numerous packages and there was no deer card in any of them. So I decided to buy a few clams and speed open a few more packages. I sped up three packages and then tried to open them. The first package opened (still no deer card) and then my game promptly crashed [for the hundredth time during this event]. After being let back into the game, I went straight back to open my remaining packages and they were gone. They were not in the queue but my clams were also gone. So I decided to see if I had at least been credited for my first package [which I had opened] before the game crashed (two jock cards and a water balloon). No, I had not. So, I spent clams on this game and the only thing to show for it was 3 less packages but nothing else. 😡

Definitely message TinyCo on this, that’s something they need to resolve, especially as your a regular premium players, you should be a priority to help. I get the frustrations, I think this event has sadly gone so off track there’s no saving it

Same thing just happened to me, I got the Consuela message to the effect of, “We encountered an issue processing your package” TWICE, both packages were gone from my queue with NO new upgrade cards or water balloons…I messaged TinyCo, so I’m not holding my breath…argh…

Just a sidenote: I too have lost packages due to the game error. What I found is if you see the different message (not the regular lost connection one) DO NOT attempt to open package again! Close the game fully (swipe it away) and reopen. Then retry opening package. After previously losing over 3 finished packages I panicked and quickly closed the game. Upon reopening even ones that had disappeared would show back up. Give it a try, hope it works for you too

It seems to me they (TinyCo) must be trying to kill off this game with all of the ridiculous drop rates and timed characters. The hot dog badges have not dropped for me in about a week no matter what I do, care packages or sending Gene the cook on pranks. I thought this time things would be different, but I see it’s all the same crap once again. I have played this “Game” since its beginning, but with crap like this it is getting tougher to even try, and now I just play out of boredom and don’t expect to ever get anything out of it, and am just trying to ween myself off of it so I can finally be done with Tinyco and their BS.

Something is very wrong. I still need 9 lures to unlock joe, the only task available is place the snack thing that will give me 2more lures. Problem is I need 20 hotdog badges to get the snack thing. Like many people i was stuck at part 6 in week 2 and messaged TinyCo because I could not get badges despite numerous attempts at packages 📦 and pranks. They said drops were working properly (really)?? then gave us 10 badges for 1 prank. I have not received another badge since. I messaged TinyCo again but have gotten no response. The glitches,the horrible drops, the auto responses, this game is getting worse each event.
Thanks RT for letting me vent. Long time player, occasional responder. Love this site and all you offer. Probably would have quit this game a while ago if not for your info, and help from other addicts.

I got the snack thing and now I need the go cart track. I need 6 lures to finish Joe, but I think the go cart track gives 5. Never ending. Still 10 eating hot dog badges away from the track and I’m thinking of spending what I have on other stuff.

You need get the Collapsed a Horse also, it gives 1 fishing tackle as an achievement task reward

I’ve given up on Great Outdoors Joe and quite possibly this game. The last Achievement task I have for him is the Go-Kart track. Placing it rewards 5 fishing tackles and I need SIX to complete Joe’s skin. WTF?!!! Besides I’m having an impossible time trying to get more Standard Packages &/or Eating Contest Badges which are necessary for the Go-Kart track. I feel like I’m caught in an infinite loop going nowhere.

Still need 6 lures for Joe, but building the go cart track only pays 5? Is there another task after that for the 1 lure I will still need? Not that it matters much as I have only had 1 drop of hotdogs badges since the launch of stage 3 and I would need 20 plus more badges for the track.Plus my bus token drops have slowed down to 1 every 6 hours and Mort is now on the task for Susies drop. If they were dropping that is. Ugh! Such slow progress. Frustrating to be so close to an unlock, yet still so far away.Needed those same 6 lures for days now and only 5 badges closer than I was then.

Great work as always, RT. It’s difficult to imagine anyone completing all those achievements. Are we now seeing content released that’s even beyond premium players and reaching into the twilight zone that only TinyCo employees can hope to access? I’m going to work on unlocking George Takei again instead. Maybe I’ll get him this time!
