With the current hiccups going on in the Event and now the game itself, I wanted to do a quick post to warn you updating to the latest version of the game, 1.50.5 is causing some players to be locked out of their games completely. So if you’ve not updated yet, you may want to hold off doing so.
If you have updated and are locked out please leave details of the device, operating system you play on and the exact issue you’re having in the comments, in order TinyCo can see this information.

Samsung galaxy tab A (2016) since update on 2 May the game doesn’t complete load, the screen just stops loading. No error message or anything.

If you’ve saved to an account have you tried clearing cache and/or full reinstall? Working ok on my Android device but loading is slow

I get the upgrade now prompt, but no update is available. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, loaded save from FaceBook. On iOS 10.3.2, iPhone 7.

When I start up the game I get the screen “Please Upgrade” and when I do it takes me to the App Store and there is no upgrade available, just the “Open” button. When you click “Open” it starts up the game and I get the “Please Upgrade” screen again. I am in an endless loop. This is happening on my iPad 4. Thankfully I can still access the game on my android device, but I prefer to access it on my ipad. I have removed it an reloaded it and I still get the same issue. I am currently on level 86. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the newest iPad 10.3 for the past 2 days as I’m loading game it says to upgrade which I’ve already done. When I press the upgrade it takes me to App Store and when I press open it goes back to the game only to tell me to upgrade and over and over. HELP

Been almost a week now and the game still crashes when ever i try and load my Google save, i tried Facebook save but it doesnt have my current save, only shows level one, so basically it started over..
It All started happening when i tried to update last week. Samsung Tablet and Bluestacks both do the same.
If the update corrupted my save, then im done with this game, Tiny co never answers my emails.

im managing to load up perdectly fine but i have lost all my progress im back to square 1!!!
not happy at all over 8 months of hard work gone! you guys need to sort this issue as its not on alot of in app purchases amd things brought with hard earned coins & clams! i do not have facebook so it wouldnt have been backed up on that neither and usually if its a google sign in it does it automaticaly at the start 😠

You can create a username etc if you don’t have Facebook, but you can’t get into it to sign back in until you play through the tutorial. Also do you happen to have a screenshot of your loading screen or account screen, if so TinyCo ca sometimes recover your game from that if you email them it.
And just so you’re aware, we’re not TinyCo, so sadly we can’t fix anything, but we do report things back to them.

Driod Maxx, I usually uninstall the game and reinstall with the game’s latest update to save storage space. However when I have attempted to access my game from my main account with Google play, my game crashes when it loads again.

Updated to the latest version; when booting up the game, after about 5 seconds, it freezes and takes no further action until I manually close out. Tried to restart/reload several times, but no progress can be made in-game. (iPad 4)

Updated the game yesterday. Loading bar completes, I even get the “welcome back” (still on the loading screen) from game centre but then the game closes. Using an iPhone 6. Do I need to delete and re-download?

Dear Mom and Dad,
Please take me home. Camp sucks. Yes, I know, It started out good, like I told you in the last letter, but more and more issues popped up until I am fed up, Done. The problems started with the drop rates of certain items that I need. Then, some of the campers complained of crashing. (I was lucky to be ok). The food is nothing to brag about, but I am hungry, and no matter what I do to get another hotdog, they wouldn’t give me any. Then I had a problem during wars with the other camps where I could not see any of the warriors! It was like everyone was wearing invisibility outfits!. So when I complained, the camp techical staff told me that everything is normal and it must be me. So frustrating, Lois! Fatman! Come get me! Then they promise me a prize, but make the tasks super impossible. They say if you do a chore, you get a chance to get a clipboard and if I get enough of them I get a prize. Just a chance! Absurd! I do a chore, then the claim my chance didnt pop up. Guess what – I dont think they even had enough clipboards to give out to the campers, they were just tricking us into doing chores! Please take me home. I hate it here!

Now they are updating the game on facebook so can’t play the current event at all, not that I had any hope of completing any of the current tasks, but why lock us out before the event has even ended.

I’m NOT locked out, my problem is a string error message, then game shuts down. It seems to be doing when I’m taking characters out of tan lines.
I’m on Note 5 using Android version 7.

I’m playing on an iPhone 6s and am having the same problem as the others, with the game trying to load to a full bar, then closing out. I’ve had to delete and reload the game several times in order to keep playing.

Facespace has NO entries for majority of my characters now. That was literally the only reason i play premium! Just to get new posts from characters. Now i have 0. Grrrr…..

Status bar goes to full with music then just closes with no error.

The status bar on the loading screen goes to full, can hear the background music for a few moments, then it crashes and I get the “not responding” android message.
Device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (GT-N5110). Android version 4.4.2
Last time I did a full uninstall & reinstall of the game was about 2 weeks ago.

Ok, now the game quit working on my iphone too, doing the exact same thing as I described above on my android tablet. So now I have No access to my game at all.
Iphone 5c (Model MF154LL/A), Software version 10.3.3 (14G60).
This Sucks.
