Keep in mind that this is the Addicts Site, not TinyCo’s… so respect that we do not have to field the abuse for them, but are just giving an outlet to vent frustrations for our Readers. Here’s mine for this week:

WHAT THE DEUCE… I don’t like timed Characters being set up to trigger via the Main Questline. I’d prefer to progress a bit first, then trigger it on my own.

WHAT THE DEUCE… Rare/Extra Rare drops. I really just want to do away with them all. Nothing more than Uncommon. Or make drops Always and tasks just longer if an “extra element” of delay needs to be added.

  1. I’m very agitated at this point with TinyCo. It’s been since July 25th, that I have been locked out of the game, and yet nothing has been done to help with this issue from them. This is the fourth time now that I’ve had to contact them.
    As of a couple of minutes ago, I’ve decided to check the app again, maybe there was something I missed, maybe they fixed it an I just haven’t seen it. Nope, nothing. I checked the FaQ and saw that there was a new message from them:

    “Hello! We haven’t heard from you in a while. We’re marking this as resolved, but if you need anything else, just let us know.”

    That annoyed me. In their previous message, the one I didn’t reply to, was:

    “Thank you very much for reporting this. I’ve [representative] forward all of this information to the team, so they can take a look at this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience in the meantime!”

    Now, for me, the clue phrase is “Thank you for your patience in the meantime!” and heavy emphasis on “patience”. When you have patience, naturally, you wait till the issue is resolved. You wait for them to message you back to tell you that whatever is happening is resolved and that’s the end of that. You say thank you and move on.

    What is seems to me, however, is that for some reason, patience is not that term at all, and instead, I need to constantly check up on them to see if they have whatever solution it is, for this bug. To me, that’s not patience. To me, that’s me pestering the same question like a kid in a car constantly asking “are we there yet?”

    In this situation, this, to me, is “please wait a while so we can fix your bug and when it’s done we will notify you”. I’m astonished and annoyed that they assume because I’m waiting for them, after they told me to wait, is considered resolved because “what you haven’t been told, doesn’t mean it happened!”

    This game is pretty much sad. I loved this game deeply, and if anything, even though I haven’t been as active like I used to before talking about older events with Bunny and so fourth, it just saddens me that the same passion they once had, isn’t there anymore at times.

    I’d like to keep my head up high assuming they’re doing their best, but this, this never happened to me before, not once, not ever. It makes me contemplate.

    I’d like to instate that I do not wish anything bad or negative to the team, but I just think the passion is gone.

      • There’s no need to apologize Bunny, it’s not your fault. You work very hard and honestly, this site here with you and Tigger and everyone else has been a blessing. This site has helped me more than anything. I was never informed they were still working on it, what I received was a “you never replied, so that must mean it’s fixed!” which it wasn’t. Alright, I’ll send an e-mail.

  2. Well I’m locked out of the game again. I posted about 2 weeks ago about being unable to log into my level 100 account without the game crashing. Well now it happened again. This is ridiculous

  3. I’m trying to activate the blimp and when I do my game freezes. I left it for 30 minutes nothing happened. Anyone have any ideas? Playing using Microsoft Edge browser because my Chrome browser doesn’t load anymore.

    • There are issues with the Blimp District. An in game update helped with most. All you can do is message tinyco from your game if you can… or help@tinyco.com

      I am not sure when there will be a resolution. I personally think the Tan Lines District is causing an “overlap” issue and making Blimp not work

    • I had issues with the blimp before, and nothing I did helped to clear or move the quest line. Just message Tinyco to tell them your problem, and they will help you to progress. In the end, I cleared the blimp quest line only with their help, but it meant that I have to send feedback about 3 or 4 times, as you move to each part.

  4. Why do you need to collect 30 items for a payout of 3

  5. Not my birthday today, but coming up in a few weeks time. Still, I have the same WTD. Less or do away with rare items. Characters instead of costumes for Peter. Surely Agent Pee deserves to be full character!
    Also reduce costs of the premium characters to 100+ clams instead of 250+. Just so expensive.

  6. It’s my birthday today, so I’m going to try and be nice…timed characters and costumes, come on, TinyCo!! And to reiterate what many have said, stop the rare drops, just make the tasks longer…

  7. All the events end at 3pm. They are usually available by 9pm. The game counter starts at 3pm. We players are cheated out of 6 hours of game play. In 6 hours, a lot of us could make alot more progress in the game. I understand some other game formats lose more time than that do to the game not available the same as the rest of us. Also I play the Simpsons Tapped Out game and it runs smooth all the time. Family Guy game has lots of issues: Clams videos slows the game, crashes the game, too many images moving, slowing the game down. Also Family Guy game creates a lot of junk files that need to be dealt with.

    • i lost 10 hours .. the initial 6 hrs u mentioned plus 4 hrs when i was ASLEEP bcz it’s like 5 AM my time or smthg when the events drop … i thought it can’t be possible since i checked on the event before i went to sleep and it was still not available … i woke up about 6 hrs later and found out i lost 10 hrs which didn’t make sense to me !!! thanks for the explanation ,,,,….
