Jarra Joe is a new premium Character released as part of the Guys In Black event. As with all premiums, it is your choice to determine whether or not he is someone you want to try add to your game.
Jarra Joe is the top prize in the intergalactic Mystery Box that costs 150 
clams per try. You’ll find more info on it HERE.
He does come with a Questline, Unidentified Flying Officer, more on that in another post.
Jarra Joe does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn $$$ & XP!
