Hey there Addicts, so we find ourselves back in High School, and unfortunately it seems to be just as bad as we remember. There’s been a lot of grumbling as there seems be some concerns coming from players over Fast Times At Griffin High. So I thought time to ask how everyone’s doing. And for those who’ve not even started, I know your frustrated, I’m trying get Bunny get some kind of update on what’s going on from TinyCo, but no news as yet, sorry.
Anyway onto the poll and unlike most things in FGQFS, this is a pretty easy poll, it’s just 6 questions and you’ll see the results updating immediately as the poll gets completed by your fellow addicts.

Amazon customer service has raised that the update is not yet ready because their review team has not yet approved it. The individual O chatted with said they would try to get them to move it along. So I am at no start no update yet a week behind.

As a kindle playing I’m soo frustrated we can’t play 😠 I have nothing else to do on the game so have jus been doing daily tasks and nothing else its boring 😐 I hope if we ever do get to play there is abit of help from the game how else will get to catchup for the rest of the event.

I was able to play just fine until today. When I try to pull it up on my I-Phone is says I need to update. So I go to the app store and it says no update available. It’s gonna be hard to complete the time jobs(weekly and lipstick) if I can’t log on….I’ve been playing for a very long time and never had this happen before.

The same thing is happening to me on my iPad. There is no update to update to. It won’t let me play.

I still need 5 lipsticks, but I’m so far along only because I used free clam tv clams to get Ferris. Those lipsticks are very rare, not just rare.

I see they’re now offering a special that if you drop a certain number of hamster traps in 24 hours they’ll give you 12 free lipsticks. Clearly they must be listening to some of the feedback. I just am not really having any fun with this Griffin High one. Everything seems to take too long to get.

Peter just triggered a mini-challenge for me: create 18 traps in 24 hours and get 12 free lipsticks. I only need 10.
TinyCo knows they mucked up the math.

I am somewhat new to the game (joined in the middle of Camp Griffin) and play freemium. I was pretty excited to have unlocked Cher last night (love that movie). This was the first time I have completed a week of a long event within the week allocated. It definitely took a long time to gather lipsticks, that was the last item I was waiting on. I think a few nights where I woke up in the middle of the night and gathered an extra 4 cheese was helpful! I am also on track to complete the week 1 challenge this evening. My only annoyance was that by the time I earned the buildings that dropped shirts and roses, I had already earned them through Jerome & Quagmire! Thanks for the poll, it was interesting to see where everyone is at. Good luck getting those lipsticks my friends!

I seem to be in the minority having Cher unlocked, but I assume that’s primarily because I bought Ferris Bueller (which means an extra 9 hamster wheels every 4 hours since the start of the event). Why’d you leave Ferris out of the poll?

Ferris isn’t there as you don’t work to unlock him you buy him premium. I also bought Ferris and am nowhere near getting Cher as he doesn’t help you get the Lipsticks that are holding most of us up I’m afraid.

I bought ferris as well… but I’m still 16 lipsticks short right now. Everything else is done, so now just making cheese, clearing nerds, crafting hall passes, and waiting for them to drop so I can continue! Great except for this roadblock!

Seeing how many other people are hurting for Cher’s lipstick drops… well, it doesn’t make me feel better, exactly. More like knowing the annoyance is spread out so much removes the worry that it was just me.
Anyway, I figure I’ll have a decent chance of unlocking her by the end of the week.

These lipstick drops are killing me. Still need 9 more to unlock Cher. I’m getting 2 lipsticks per 10 hamsters on average. Other than the lipstick drops, or the amount needed to unlock Cher, this event has gone rather smoothly for me so far.
