Not seen Clam TV for about 3 months now. Emailed tiny, they said, “Clam TV is different for everyone depending on where you’re at in your game”. I’ m a freemium player just needing 2 characters for my collection, so it kindasucks. :/

  2. Pretty much WTD the back-to-back-to-back-to-infinity events. Especially considering a lot of the events are pretty similar in execution. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy the game, but another district/break would be a welcome addition.
Also WTD on the fact that Premium Characters are good for about a week then they are next to useless?

Same problem as always……You work all week long at collecting resources and finally unlock the last building. After all that time, it also has an 8 hour task. Does it drop after the first time….no!! These building are unlocked to help us get the resources quicker. Why are these not always drops?? I can understand the characters with uncommon drops, but not the buildings that you spend a lot of time to unlock. This happens in every event and is a very frustrating part of this game.

  4. Finally got a response to my request for help with the week 1 issues…. basically they say who cares…
We appreciate the time you took to provide feedback about the difficulty of this event. Your concerns have been heard and I’ll be sure to pass this along to the rest of the team. Thank you for playing Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff, and please do reach out if you have any other concerns or feedback.

  5. A few events ago, the event ended a day early by accident. To make good to the players, Tiny Co. let everyone have some event characters for free, so I’m hoping they will consider the same when this event ends for all of us who couldn’t even get one character. I still don’t have Cheech from week one (and admittedly, I stopped trying about a week ago).

If they don’t make good, I will say “What the Deuce!”

    Thanks RT.

  6. WTD, where’s my land?
I now have my “Welcome to Fabulous Quahog” sign in the wooded area because some of my land is missing!
    Anyone missing land???

  7. WTD… Looks like the gamemakers decided to stop being so generous with the drops. Cheap Beers and Packs of Menthol drops are annoyingly rare. Doubt I will have unlocked Tracy Flannigan for when Week 4 starts, never mind completed the Almanac Tasks.

  8. I have pretty much the same complaints mentioned here. I guess ATM my biggest one is the non-stop back to back events. Seems those who have been playing for years have an advantage as they’re advanced through the game or have already unlocked all districts, characters etc. I just started the Fine Arts District and I still need about 15 more characters to make the Tan Lines part pay off so the Stewie Bucks mean anything, i.e. to actually be able to get Barbara Pewterschmidt and/or Monkey in the Closet. Otherwise it’s all a slog. I wish i found this game 3 years ago…

4 years ago, that’s how long some of us have been playing, and even with that still find it tough going

    • I have barely been playing this a year and have managed to get King Butt and Barbara Pewterschmidt with Stewie Bucks. But know full well that the Closet Monkey could take a very long time…

  9. WTD post on 2 recent changes from game updates. First, loading page is slower and takes maybe about 3 to 4 min instead of the usual 2 min. Sometimes, it closes unexpectedly during loading which I was not aware and then have to reload.

Second, the recent Facespace makeover removed many new characters, like God, He Man, etc. I very much prefer the old interface and feel a sense of accomplishment when seeing who I have unlocked and reading their Facespace posts. Now, I can no longer locate.

Tinyco needs to learn to not fix what is not broken. There are many glitches awaiting to be fixed, e.g. No clams awarded for completing Johnny set, memory usage issues that crash the game if too many items placed, and empty Facespace posts for recent new characters Stewie Holmes, Brian Watson.

  12. STILL can’t play on Facebook. Either the main screen (Peter, Lois, and Stewie in the car with Cheech and Chong as Brian looks in) locks up or you can see the Swanson, Griffin, and Quagmire homes on Spooner Street (if you haven’t moved them), but it’s frozen there.

  13. Has Jam City, Tinyco or who ever owns the game now given up on the Facebook players. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been able to play the game online. Support has obviously checked out.

    • There is a post on the facebook page that the reason the game isn’t available on Facebook is due to the current content of the game and the rules that Facebook adhere to, how true that is, no one really knows, but it would have been nice of Tinyco or Jam City to actually post this on the support site, the Facebook page or other social media to let the Facebook players know of the situation, instead of letting players post about it for nearly 4 weeks now without any response and in that time continually posting there little cartoons/videos showing what is in the game.

  14. The only thing that really grinds my gears about our little game is the ridiculously long loading time. Even though I have only a few dozen buildings and decos out in my town, it takes about 4 minutes, a giant pain when I am at work and only have moments to check in and send my characters out to get stuff. I spend more tome waiting for it to load than playing. That is still better, however, than facebook where the loading time right now is forever.

I manage t get all free content with only spending the odd clam or two, but it constantly amazes me that I often get event characters and costumes with only less than a day left even though I log in every 4-6 hours except for 7 hours sleep. Amazing how precisely Tinyco times things.

    • When is the last time you’ve completely closed out of the game? I’ve found that if I haven’t done so in a while, it takes a lot longer to load, and force-closing it and then re-opening the app, it loads a lot faster.
