RussianTigger, you can probably leave off the whole excitement over characters not being timed. That seems to no longer be part of the copy/paste events they are running. Just some artwork changes and text.

Actually a post warning if there’s timers or not was the most requested thing on the site, and even although we’ve not seen a timer in a while some players still like that confirmation before they repair a character hence I confirm it on the site. And despite doing this I still get messages asking me if such and such a character is timed.

Comic book nerds are not showing . They are there, because if I go to for example to the link for ” clear one nerd ” for the quest it will go to where one is.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Anybody else having a problem with not being able to see the comic book nerds play on both Facebook and android but can’t see them on the android version even though I could attack them when the task asked for it.

So now they are charging us real money for the clam generating buildings. Another tick on the con side of why I still play this game. 6 and 8 hour tasks for uncommon “stuff” which we know means another grindfest. tick tick! I have had abysmal drops from the last 4 events now – was unable to unlock sunburned Quagmire this time because of it. I used to be able to finish the quests in the week provided but haven’t finished the last 4. And it seems that I am progressively getting farther and farther behind with each one. The western event we just finished I didn’t even complete week 3 and my game play has not changed. The drops are bottle necking me at every turn. Nobody wants to continuously fail – the game is no longer fun.

Well yet another broken update, can not proceed past part 2 of the quest since we are 12 hours in and I have no nerds to clear and none have spawned even with the game running open for 6 hours and closed for 6

The comic book nerds are not visible in my game, I can target them but not see them to make sure I have them in the target. I have reported it thru my game to Tiny Co.

I have a glitch where the Comic Book Nerds are invisible. If I tap on my street section a bunch eventually one will be targeted so I can approximate where one is and pop him… I just can’t see him until after I hit him.

I have trouble with the nerds not showing up. When I click the quest it shows me the location…but no nerd.
I messaged them about it, but haven’t heard back yet. So my quest is at a standstill! 😕

I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t see the comic book nerds. If I go to artists alley and click on clear comic book nerds I am taken to my street, but the “target” the nerd, is invisible.

Am I the only one who isn’t seeing any of the Comic Book Nerds? I tapped on the “Clear One Comic Book Nerd” and it took me to a empty section on the city. I decided to try using a bag and sure enough….there was a nerd there. So how are we supposed to clear Comic Book Nerds if we can’t see them?

The tree bug seems to be back as some of my buildings are surrounded again.

That’s funny. “seems to be back”. All they are doing is changing artwork any longer. Take some video and compare the big events. It is the exact same thing, even down to the bugs. Wait for the mini event, the trees will be gone. Guessing then in the next big event they will be back.

Does anyone else have some rather stealthy comic book nerds? I tried updating the game to no avail. Also odd that it defaults to the same spot on the map when i click the quest for it. I’ll give it a day then holler at support, collections are working so i can just get the nerds in bulk when they populate.
