Hopefully the next event is better. Would have liked to get more characters, but I’ve notice if you get too far behind it’s hard to get caught up.
Side note, has anyone won the jackpot from the spinner? I think i have better luck in Vegas.

Hi Tigg! (Can I call you “Tigg”)? I wouldn’t normally do this, but since I’m tanking the Family Guy Event, I’ve been on focused on Futurama Worlds of Tomorrow. I mention this cause your “fwotaddicts” page has been down and I’m wondering if you know when you’ll might be back. Thanks and sorry to bring “fwotaddicts” to this page. I didn’t know where else to ask.

I’m still on part 5 of week three. I win about one out of every four races, which means I have been unable to place buildings which means I have trouble completing tasks and earning characters. One day left, I should earn Lois.

This final phase is terrible! Lois can only race once every 8 hours, she wins maybe 1 in 4, and all of the trophy trade ins require points from her race to do anything! Thankfully its only a skin, but this isnt even playable at this point! WTD

Please reload the page.”? Been having it since friday. Was on track to get the free clams for Quagmire and for unlocking all characters 😦 no help atm from TinyCo

Nope, it just bombs out to the home screen. I even tried the Facebook GameRoom (*shudder*) and it gives the TimedActivity::passTime error the other guy mentioned. I did lodge a support issue, but likely they’ll get back to me in 6 weeks lol. I figured I was getting punished for winning too much haha

It’s fixed after the update, so it may well have been a punishment. I hadn’t spent any of my event cash on the tracks yet (besides required), and of course missed out on Quagmire that I was right on track to get. Not that I particularly care about a costume or decorations that won’t ever come out of storage…

Motered through the first two weeks. Got Chris and Lois on time. Then, everything came to a screeching halt. No longer able to win races, Quagmire doesn’t drop. 3 drops in 5 days. Can’t build buildings, because I can’t get currency, because I can’t win races. At least I made it to the last week this time. The last few events, I couldn’t even get this far. 2 days left,and no hope. Thanks vinyl WTD???

I’my game started crashing on 8/30. I had just purchase about 2k clams from the 2x offer and a partnership with gelette. I have a beard. This was unnecessary. I bought Bonnie and got the two other drivers from the mystery boxes and set out to finish Lois. Crashes ever since. Tried all the classic troubleshooting… it just grinds my gears. Waiting for the game over update to see what’s what. The Facebook page is littered with similar gripes. No responses. 🤷🏻♂️

The first 3 weeks seemed great, week 4 hit and you could almost feel that you would not be able to complete the event. I don’t think there is any way to complete enough races in the time left to get Quagmire.

Gave up – pointless week 4, no costumes achievable or even worth playing for.
Lets hope next event learns from how rubbish this one was and improves it – This one was a step back from events churned out earlier this yr.

Still amazed at how little is gong on in this event. Thinking about how hectic the 3rd or 4th weeks of some events can be. And still no car to run on the track I built. Oh, one more thing, LOADING TIME on android, argghhh!

The loading time is slow for me too (android). It takes 2 minutes and 8 seconds whereas TSTO takes 44 seconds to load WTD!

WTD – having Pit Crew Chris needed for Redline races and giving him a questline task that lasts 24 hours. Stop using event specific characters for ridiculously long pointless tasks.

Another week…another what the deuce. So here is mine for the week…I started Week 4 on Wednesday night and promptly placed Quagmire on his 8 hour job in hopes of receiving the “uncommon” hair gel? Well, it is now Saturday night and I have had Quagmire religiously working his 8 hour job. So in all that time I have received….0…yes ZERO hair gels. Since its a holiday weekend in the states, I am sure the problem won’t be fixed til Tuesday. That will do me no good as I will never get enough hair gels in that short of a time frame. WTD Tinyco?!

I’ve noticed that – I’ve received got two over the same time frame…but, it’s another costume/skin, just not the same if you’re trying for a character, IMHO, so I’m likely not to be able to get it, no great loss…

The Big Rig and Car Museum both drop Hair Product, and they drop 2 at a time each (when they drop, not always). I have 9/24 and just placed the Museum, so hopefully I will be getting 4 every 8 hours which should get me there just in time.

Not sure that the hair gels are the issue Amy, as once you’ve got the Big Rig and the Car Museum they are pretty easy to get. My own sticking point is the steering wheels which seem to be about a 30% drop, which means it’s going to take until the weekend to achieve.
Unless of course you spend a little money on the off chance that the 30% success rate will continue, but you could of course pick 5 or 6 cars with no drops at all…
Not sure how freemium players get through this event to be quite honest!

Drops started slow for me, but once I placed the Rig & Museum they picked up, in end I had them but was still needing steering wheels.
