Hi fellow addicts
It would seem there’s another wicked glitch at work and it’s causing those who’ve updated to App Version 1.77.0 to experience loading and crashing issues.
I’ve reported it to TinyCo, and here’s hoping it will be sorted soon so.
Also a quick reminder the new event hasn’t gone live as yet, so if you’re not seeing it in your game don’t panic. I’ll let you all know when it kicks off.

Constant crashes on load. Sometimes with pop up error message about the castle image being bad. Been happening since last night. Had been able to get in once and set everyone on tasks for the event, but not since.

Still won’t load, just uninstalled and reinstalled and the load bar goes further but won’t load, contacted tinyco and nothing

this is typical for the game, have tried getting on and all my devices constantly crash, once again tinyco at its best

The glitch was fixed for me… Finally got in one time, got 5 free clams as an apology (thank you), but now app keeps crashing. Something about invalid index for placable building. So annoying.

Nope. 😦 Still no good. I’m on Android. Have cleared my cache, cleared data. Uninstalled and re-installed. I did send support a message, so i’m sure they’ll get back to me within a week or so!

It’s a wider issue, many players are locked out so hoping for a quick fix.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Was able to get into the game once just fine, but now locked out due to a similar loading error. Attempted to clear all data but still get the same error and can’t play. Very annoying.

Crashing on load on both iPad and iPhone. Did hard restarts of both as they recommended. Deleted and reinstalled app. No luck. This just might be my sign to give up on the game. It hasn’t been fun for a while. These events are tedious and boring with no real long term benefits. The events are just grind fests. My love of the show sustained me for a while, but TinyCo is horrible. They ruined Futurama for me as well.

Gotta be kidding! Looks like it is impossible to play this event without buying the sleeping gnome for 260 freaking clams! Could I be missing something? If that is truly the case and stays that way, my quests for stuff is over. I have 1000s of clams, but I am a man of principle.

I’m on an Iphone, and my icon has updated, but not the game itself.

The event was delayed while they fixed the issue that locked many players out of their games. It’s live now

I’ve updated and crashes on 1st attempt every time I load. I have also had an issue on android on several phones with my account it is taking around 2-3 minutes to load, I have installed it on at least 4 phones and it is the same each time it is obviously my account. Any ideas

It’s still slow loading for me but crashing has gone, and Event is now live.
