Let’s go on our travels through week 4 of the latest event The Making Of A Monster Hunter.
Yes it’s time for us to gather round and take a look at all you will encounter in the Main Questline, Blood Moon Descending. Remember you’ll have to complete the previous week’s Questline Silver Bullet to trigger this.
Reach Part 8 and it does finish with a little treat, note it is little and it’s not Clams so don’t spend any to get there. I won’t spoil it for anyone but honest if you’re not going get there don’t worry, it’s nothing to get terribly excited about.

Well I just found out you can clear the “bosses” more than once. I don’t know if that’s only for this week as I only ever fought each boss once, when required by the questline, and then they vanished. I killed Florida Man and was surprised that he reappeared. I’ve always had heaps of items to fight the bosses, but thought it was pointless only being able to kill them once.

This one is gonna be close, I still need to defeat three more Swamp Monsters and Florida Man twice if I hope to earn the Lois costume without any clam cost…about 36 hours to go, the book drops have been terrible, I have plenty of Slime for fighting Florida Man, but the recovery times are long…I SHOULD be able to get the Lois costume, but not finish the event as the Lois task (riding the turtle) is 10 FREAKING HOURS LONG, oh, come on, Jam City?!?

What the best strategy to get Minster Makeup for the Lous outfit? I thought Vampiress because easy to defeat and low cost. But I keep defeating her with no Monster Makeup! Other options cost more and take more characters. But do they have 100% payout for Monster Maekup. Frankenstein takes 3 books and 2 characters. Are Werewolves a better choice?

I did Werewolves and Vampiresses but the drops were slow

I did mainly Vapiresses but some Werewolves given the fact they only require one book per fight and I could knock them out in a single fight occasionally.

Of course! The one time I was planning to NOT finish the quest line for the last week (in order to be more efficient with Monster Manual use), it’s the one time they put a little reward at the end. I am very curious to find out what the “little celebration” is. Whoever gets there first, be sure to post about it!
