There’s more than a hint of what’s coming to a Quahog near you soon in the latest game update hitting our app stores. If you want to know more continue reading, if you don’t then move on to the next post until you update your App.

Best get your four-leaf clovers looked out as the Luck of the Irish Griffins event is coming to our games soon! And fellow reader Clob is going to be doing a happy Irish jig with this event. Why, well we’re finally going to see the arrival of the character you all voted for many moons ago, Mickey McFinnigan. You can see how he won our readers votes HERE.
Now there’s no word on an exact time when the event will go live, obviously we will see it sometime after the current event ends on 6th March at 3PM PST. But as of now I can see the update on Android (App Version 1.85.2) & IOS, (App Version 1.85.0), but don’t panic if you’re not seeing it as it will come to the other app stores soon. But if you’re not seeing it and want to know more here’s a sneak peek at the App Store info:
“Peter is excited when his dad, Mickey McFinnigan, visits Quahog for the St. Paddy’s Festival. Mickey challenges Peter to a drinking competition, but the festival soon gets out of control with a potato bug infestation and belligerent mascots. Will Peter be able to connect with his dad or will the festival be too chaotic to handle? Find out when you play our Luck of the Irish Griffins event!”

Umm.. So apparently I’m glitched yet again. If I can’t get on to get Mickey that’s the last straw. I don’t care if I have 40 mil coins and 3k clams, I will be done. Still, like it has been, the most unstable game out there.

Good luck. So far the only way to get 2 of the items for Mickey is with a 270 clam premium Leprechaun Stewie tasks. Le sigh.

There’s a, to me, MAJOR problem getting Mickey McFinnigan. You can’t complete what you need to get him unless you get Leprechaun Stewie and the only way to do that is to spend 270 clams.

I seem to have a glitch already. My Mickey has local brew and beard trimmers only available from Leprechaun Stewie. The other actions by characters shown in the help section are not popping up.
