Family Guy Addicts 
I swear, they better not put out another event till they fix all these glitches as for the last 3 events I could not really play. Game freezes all 400+ of my characters are out of the hotel and won’t stay, and if I could get them to stay, the hotel is now capped at 365 too. Also add that every one of my characters now have an identical twin but if u pick the twin to do a task you get no credit so now you gotta find both look a like characters to at least get a dropped item. I’ve been emailing them for over 5-weeks with no clue on how to fix it. I use to spend monies on this game, now I can’t and on top of that I asked them to refund me and they go mute on my request. SMH

It’s been over a month since I haven’t received any notifications that my task are done. Message Tiny Co. and their response was make sure battery saver was off, which it was. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. In game notifications are checked as on. I’m missing so much time because of this. They said they would forward my info to whoever.
Now, with the current event, you have to get the short and tall fountain…which I did. It hasn’t checked the task as complete. I tried to contact them via help in game with a screenshot and it’s not working. It tries to send but only gets half way. It’s getting to the point I’m not going to be playing much longer if I don’t get my notifications. I know they worked on my iPhone 4s (yes it’s ancient) and worked for a bit on my Android. All my other games notify me fine. 😦 !!!

Have you purchased the correct fountains to check off the task? There’s 2 varieties of each?
I’m not having any notification issues, so can’t suggest what might be wrong. Could you give more details on your device and we’ll try.

Yeah the tall one and short one. Not sure if it matters or not, I got them prior to task 7. I did put them in storage and replaced them and it still didn’t trigger the task complete. Hopefully I don’t have to get them again. I hate having duplicates.
I have an Motorola Z3. I found the steps in the help for notifications and they’re on in my phone settings as well. Says show dot and above that it says this app has no posted any notifications.
I tried contacting TinyCo from within the game under new conversation and it’s still not sending.
Thanks for all the help. Keep up the good work. Hopefully all the original moderators are doing ok.

You buy 4 fountains all together to complete the Questline, 2 tall, 2 small, they have different names in the store. The ones for Part 7 are props.
Anyone else reading able offer advice on missing notifications?

I’ve had the same problem for about a year now. Contacted TC several times about it. Don’t remember their exact words, but their reply, We haven’t heard from you in awhile so we’re marking this matter as closed.

Well, that is a solid kick right in the front of my shorts!! I was excited that in my mystery box, I only had one character and a 50 clam pack. Wished there were more characters available, but whatever. In past mystery boxes, there was a chance of duplicate prizes. I thought that I would trade in my many gold hats, get my one character and a bunch of clams. Seeing that the only thing left that would be available was the 50 clam pack, awesome… nope. Gone! Glad that I have 400+ gold hats and no use for them with two days left. So many non-trademarked characters could return.. what a disappointment to what could have been a fun event. Yep… a boot to the giblets 🤯

ahhhh RT this is in no way a WTD post, but today on the TBS channel, they are playing Family Guy ALL day for celebrating it’s 20th anniversary i believe you wanna make a post about it?? there is a sweepstakes and everything i think players should possibly know about it!…that’s where you’ll find me on the couch for the next however many hours lmao. btw i was kidding on my last comment i need a dunce cap and sent to the corner for that😬😬🤣😂

Has TC/JC successfully corrected the duplicates issue for anyone? I tried contacting them through the in-game support – message says it never went through, which is better than the previous crashing the game when trying to use the in-game support feature…tried the e-mail support – no response yet…frustrating…it’s like, “The Trouble with Tribbles”…

Anyone know the email address to complain about the game of Chess? It is too hard, takes too long, needs more and better playing pieces, they never add more board space, too many pawns and the way the knights move is too complicated. Also, the way the queen is subordinate to the king perpetuates the patriarchy.

Uh oh, the questline for Monte Hall Stewie has popped up in my game! I don’t have that costume. I recall other people reporting similar problems. Will I be stuck with that questline/tasks forever? Thanksl
