GLITCHES & ISSUES

The duplicate and triplicate characters glitch continues. I know I keep saying this but believe me TinyCo are working to try get this sorted, it’s just not a simple fix. I know some of you are getting frustrated but I can only assure you TinyCo hasn’t forgot about you.

Reappearing Questlines – either redo them or request TinyCo remove them, they don’t impact playing thankfully.

Squatter button

This is a new feature added in the last event to make it easier to find what TinyCo call Squatters, that’s the little baddies we clear during events, this event it’s still there, so looking like a permanent addition.

Anyway to use it this week, simply tap on the walking icon located at the center of the right edge of the screen and the game will automatically set the target on a  Rent-A-Cop.

As requested I’m going to put the main questline post up quickly and update it as I progress.  But I’m stuck at Part 3 waiting for Rent-A-Cops to spawn.

Gold Suit Chris (Full Character): Costs 270  Clams. Individual tasks to drop the following items to:  Gold Hats (4hrs), 2x Canes (4hrs) and Gold Rewards Card (10hrs).

Gold Suit Meg (Full Character): You’ll be prompted to place her once you trigger the main Questline, you’ll then find her in your store to place for 100 game cash.

Stamp Card

This is the a way to get some bonus Clams if you’re buying some during the event.

You’ll fill this by buying Clans in the store.

Please note I can’t give precise costs for each Tier as these could vary. Checking in the Awesome Stamp Card Icon in your game will show you more details. The Icon looks like this.

Tier 1:

How to complete: You’ll need to Stamp 5 boxes.
Prize: Gift Box

Tier 2:

How to complete: You’ll need to Stamp 5 boxes.
Prize: A Hat of clams.

Tier 3:

How to complete: You’ll need to Stamp 5 boxes.
Prize: An Overflowing Box of clams.

EVENT CURRENCY 

The main event currency is Gold Hats and this is used to buy items in the store and unlock characters.

  Gold Hats (Always): Get from Seamus Change His Look, Quagmire Try On Hats, Toga Peter Play Dress Up, Gold Suit Chris Get Into Costume, Joe Tip His Hat, Carter Add To a His Collection, Gold Hat Statue,  Clearing Rent-A-Cop (Mall Cop), Completing Questline Parts, Toga Peter Play Dress Up (drop won’t appear until you reach Pt. 5 of Second String Show)

You can see how many Gold Hats you have in the currency box at the bottom right of your screen.

Rent-A-Cops (Mall Cops)

*Didnt spawn in my game until Part 2 of main Questline*

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just a simple tap and they are gone.

As always you will find these wandering around your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or pressing the Squatter Button.

Simply tap one of them and it’s gone.

I am seeing up to a maximum of 4 in my game. But they seem to be slow in replenishing at this time.

The event rewards for clearing them are as follows:
