The biggest event related complaint over the first 2 weeks of the event has been regarding the poor drop of Video Editors, thankfully TinyCo have listened and added more characters that drop them. You’ll find thefull list below. However I’m not sure if this change is a bit late for some of you to catch up or if you’ll even see these new characters drops if you’re still in Week 2. Let us know in the comments.

Don’t understand why they list both Quagmire and Actor Quagmire for the drops. Since it’s just a costume, it’s only one character dropping, not two. Instead of seven potential sources for video editors, it’s actually only six. Still more than enough.

I think it’s because players were putting Quagmire into battles as Actor Quagmire then forgetting he has a drop so they put the drop on the costume

still doesn’t help a great deal when (a) drops are uncommon and you need 3 items for battle, and (b) it takes Brian 7 hours to heal.

Every drunk I battle with is constantly hitting Brian for maximum damage. As I only have him to clear the drunks with it means I get one attack every 7 hours (8 really as he’s on a task for another laptop) so it takes practically 1 day to get rid of a drunk. Horrible.

Yeah, this helps… however still going to be starting week 3 fully two days late, so not sure it’ll be worthwhile to keep playing the event.

Now 3 days late but nearly done. Having to defeat yet another 3 drunks to finish the week 2 questline was an unwelcome extra burden!

Good that more characters will be dropping them but they should have changed the rate too common in not always. I still need to clear two to get the last items.

Still well and fully immersed in week two and Jerome, Bruce and Bonnie task has not appeared. Sad faced emoji. I may see if an in game plea to the powers that be can push it out prior to week completion.

Yay! Unrelated question- we finally get a chance to get to buy robe Stewie costume- but in my game pop up says 135 clams and when you get to ALS it says cost is 270? Can anyone confirm what the price is if you went ahead with purchase? I think I’ll buy at 135, but not paying 270 for costume no matter how long I’ve wanted it!

Ok, still in week 2, but now the extra character drops are there. Still think it makes no sense to have Quagmire and Actor Quagmire both have the drop when they can’t be used at the same time. Weird.

What a difference! I was stuck on video editors at the end of Week 2. Now I’m cursing to Part 7 of Week 3 in no time. Night and day difference. Tiny should have foreseen the bottleneck and dropped more in the first 2 weeks. Kudos to Tiny for responding with a correction, but they should be experienced enough by now to know before the event starts where the issues are going to be.

I can confirm that these drops are NOT changed for week 2. This is the one drop I feel TinyCo really ******* up with in this event.

Actually, their tasks are available now. 😃 I am still in week 2. Hopefully good news and the same for everyone else stuck in week 2. I’m still unable to use Bert to fight Peter’s Double though. 😞 I messaged TC about it, but no response yet.

The tasks are there now, but the fact remains that these 8-hour tasks and 7-hour heal times are the single biggest impediment to finishing these questlines. Oh, and the fact that I unlocked Actor Quagmire in Week 1 only for him to become completely useless in Week 2. This is starting to look like a WTD so I think I’ll stop.
