This is crazy, sometimes you win the algorithm lottery, and pairing that with fact I’ve got the 2 hour video speed-up (it comes and goes, which is fine), and not even two days in, I’m on Part 7…should have Winter Stewie tomorrow…

When I updated the app this AM it caused the game to crash. It appears that TinyCo knows about this since a report crash page came up after a few attempts at logging in. Just warning others to hold off on updating the app until it’s resolved.

Not able to enter game 2 days already Unknown character class error
Seems like they no longer care at TinyCo. Others have same error.
I’ve been here since Beta but I will wait a while if not fixed its Delete App time!

I woke this morning (23rd) to find the game throwing an ‘unknown character class’ error immediately upon loading. Then it goes back to reload the game or else it crashes. Anyone else having this issue? (I’m on Android)

RussianTigger…I really need YOUR help if possible PLEASE?! I just tried to open my game and noticed the loading picture has changed to the Griffins in winter clothes. When my game loads I get a partial error message (a box pops up with no Consuela, only the words “help” and “no”) If I click on either word, the game kicks me out. I cant get to support in my game, so I tried to email them and it shows delivery failed. Is there anyway you could get a hold of them for me? I am not tech smart and dont know what else to do! My username is ******* and I play on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I would appreciate any help you could provide me in this situation, otherwise, I am completely lost….☹☹ Thank you!

Had an app update yesterday and now the game crashes upon loading. A screen pops up saying “Unknown character class” with Consuela saying “Nooo” and then it shuts down. Are there any other reports of this?

I’ve got an error with the latest update. As soon as the game loads, and error nessage appears saying “error. unknown character class”, then the game crashes.
How do I report this when I can’t even open the game?

I’m so upset. I upgraded to the latest 221 version of the game thru the apple App Store last night and immediately got kicked out of the game, and get an error box now that prevents me from playing. I eventually notified support but they haven’t got me fixed yet.

had an update via play store this morning which has changed thumbnail and loading screen but I’m now unable to load the game getting an error message saying unknown character class? Then game crashes I’ve emailed support awaiting reply anybody else having issues

Just updated to 2.2.1 on IOS and it bricked my game. Gives me a Consuela screen with an unknown Character Class error message. When you click OK it just reloads back to the same error screen.

Having trouble loading game after running latest update. Gives me an error saying “unknown character class” and for the rest of the message,the letters are broken up, then the game crashes. Already uninstalled/reinstall. Cannot be in game long enough to send tech support a message and do not have my game number to email them. Any one else having trouble? Game was fine before update and I have not started week 2.

Wonderful. Version 2.2.1 hit the Apple App Store. I dutifully updated and now the game won’t load–I get the Consuela box that says “unknown character class”.

Lois has two of the three character drops for wrenches to fight the robot snowmen, and the only non-building drop for hot chocolate to unlock Winter Stewie? Three actions for one character, but tons of other characters, like Peter, unused? Come on!
