Ok, I’m sorry … Stupid Question (because I’m SURE my math & reasonability is correct here)… for ANYone that completed Phase 3 Pt. 6 … Did you guys “buy out” anything to fast-track your completion? Or were you on the game, stringently every 4-8 Hours in order to get all the drops needed?
I’m sorry, like MANY, I am at a loss to figure out how you can complete this one legitimately!?

Well I used Clams but some players have fast forward feature and used that and free Clams built up. Playing purely freemium, no fast forward, no clam spend, I’d think few, if any, got that far.

Does winter Peter drop the elixirs, and If so what is the drop time and frequency? Trying to decide if it makes more sense to get Peter at 270 clams or 199 clams for a once a day drop. I think if we are paying $/clams for a tower drop it should drop more than once per day!

Winter Peter has an 8hr task for Water Elixir but it’s not an always drop

If you save up your water elixirs until you have 25, you can fight the ice creature all 5 times in a 24 hour period and get about 25 drops. If you can do this at least once, you have a chance for 40. I agree it’s too high and even with 2 characters, an 8 hour wait when they both end up in Griffin House where you can’t use videos and have to use clams is ridiculous.

Anyone know what the drop ratio is for the ice fire creature? It appears to get worse, but collecting water elixir is so slow, I have not managed to clear many levels in 24 hrs! I was thinking of saving them up, but whilst level 1 is 1 elixir gets 1 fire elixir, level 2 needs 3 water elixir for a return of 2 fire elixir….so it appears to get worse! This is sooooo tedious!!

I just got to Mountain Man Pt.6 due to the extremely poor drops on Ski Goggles as well as everything else, but instead of it showing Have Rambo Lois Flex Her Muscles it shows Have Winter Meg Do Target Practice. Is that the job showing for everyone else? If so, I guess that’s as far as most of us are going to get.

Collecting all those ski goggles for parts 5 & 7 are also ridiculous. You only have Bonnie & Winter Chris to find them. At least with the water elixirs, Yeti & Winter Peter can help find them if you’re willing to spend hoarded clams.

I previously unlocked Evil Santa. He also drops the goggles. If you don’t have him it will be tougher.

After years of playing. Meg is redicilous . 40 fire and the foolish ramping of the ice creature . I am ready to sit this out . No use buying yeti . How much should I spend a month before it’s a waste . The drop rate is almost non exsisting

Drops are terrible, too few characters that drop the critical items, and there ain’t no way I can defeat the one monster nearly three times to get the bottles for Meg…and I liked this event, so I go the premium characters…and the Winter Brian costume is useless…grrrr….

RT, I do not think I will get Winter Meg, I still need 24 yoghurts and 34 fire elixers. Last week maybe was too easy, but this week is almost impossible. Could TinyCo decreae the numbers of yoghurts and fire elixers? What do you think?

I’ve gotten very little drops for water elixir. 1 bottle after sending both Lois and Stewie on the 8 hour task TWICE!! It should at least be a shorter task or have two more characters to collect elixir. I don’t know if I’ll get the 40 items for Meg in time 😞

Is Meg even physically possible for f2p with the water elixirs? You can only get 6 max per day and that’s not enough to get all the fire elixirs from the ice-fire creature if my math is right.

There seems to be a limit to how many times you can use it based on type of thing you are trying to speed up (ie character task speed ups versus building speed ups).
The number of ads available also probably varies based on your country.

Seriously, collect 10 wrenches for part 3? Unless you bought premium, the only source is Gamer Bonnie since everyone is likely using Lois to get water elixir needed for fighting the ice creature, because you need 40 of his drops to get enough for Winter Meg. I see the questline coming to a screeching halt right here for everyone playing freemium.
Besides, I already have 28 wrenchs saved up from last week.

I’m keeping up by watching videos to rush those jobs but can appreciate not everyone has this option or would want to use up their quota of videos doing so.

How are your drops, I’m paying Clams to rush tasks to test drops and they’ve been dismal.
