Clam award loop – doesn’t effect play but please let Jam City know if is happening in your game.

Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.

If you need any buildings to complete QHS characters Questlines message game support.

HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT

There’s 2 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and  then tap ‘Contact Us’.

Ice fire creature

The Ice Fire Creature will trigger as soon as you start week 3 of the event. This is your Main Boss this week. You will “Fight” him with Water Elixir to defeat him to the highest level possible and obtain the most prizes.

But as I say first you’ll need some Water Elixir, you’ll find them here:

Water Elixir (Always) –  Get from Yeti Comb His Body Hair, Winter Stewie Sweat Profusely, Winter Peter Look For His Jacket, Rambo Lois Flex Her Muscles, Water Elixir Statue

You’ll see him wandering your sidewalks with a timer above his head.

Simply tap him and you’ll see the level requirement trade and rewards. Collect the Water Elixir necessary for the battle then hit, eh, “Fight“.

Here is the general breakdown of cure costs and rewards.

1X – Requires 1 Water Elixir
Rewards – 25 Crystals & 1 Fire Elixir

2X – Requires 3 Water Elixir
Rewards – 35 Crystals & 2 Fire Elixir

3X – Requires 5 Water Elixir
Rewards – 45 Crystals & 4 Fire Elixir

4X – Requires 7 Water Elixir
Rewards – 55 Crystals & 8 Fire Elixir

5X – Requires 9 Water Elixir
Rewards – 65 Crystals & 12 Fire Elixir

You have 24hrs to hit him to the  highest level you can before he will rest (cool down). His cool down is 2 hours.

Please note when he returns he will be back at 1x unless you’ve used clams to wake him at the level he went into cool down at.

snowmen

These little baddies continue this week of the event and like previous weeks you’ll find them wandering your sidewalks. However now you’ll need a Holy Hand Grenade to clear them.

Before you can clear them you’ll need to get Salt. You’ll get them from:

Rock Salt (Common) Get from clearing Fires, Buy From Store

Once you have one you will find them wandering around your sidewalks, either finding them by looking or using the squatter button.

Now with these you can clear 4 with 1 Rock Salt, so my advice is to put down just a single it 2 pieces of Sidewalk and the Snowmen will gather in that one small area making it easy to clear 4 with each Rock Salt. Once you have at least 1 Rock Salt tap a Snowmen and then place the target over them and Fire.

I am seeing up to a maximum of 16 in my game.

The event rewards for clearing them is as follows:

Per Snowman Cleared:
1 Magic Dust (Chance)
10 Crystals (Always)

Fire MINI-GAME

You’ll still need to play this to get Rock Salt now, so don’t forget to keep playing.

There you have the overall basics to get you started through this week of the latest Event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

  1. How in the world do you get to the fires now? I don’t have this “snowball” icon to click on?

  2. So with the ice creature – when you defeat it at Level 5 and it goes to sleep for two hours – if you use clams to restore it does it go back to Level 5 and will get 12 elixirs on the next defeat? Or goes back to Level 1?

  3. It could be nearly possible with the ads, but my ad reduction was out of order for the last 2 days, it totally ******* me… gotta get her with the less amount of clams possible

  4. I’m with ya’ll. Fire Elixir is ridiculous. The math is off. Maybe if they were common drops, but at uncommon. Pffft!

  5. This is beyond ridiculous.
3 water elixirs after sending all (2) resources continuously, 3 times a day since the beginning (Wed).
    I give.

    • Sorry, I tried get more movement in reducing the requirements but it’s not always possible

Oh no, Tigger, please don’t apologize. You are awesome and do great things. I’m not usually much of a complainer with this. Every once in a while something is bound to be crazy, and it’s fine. In the grand scheme of life there are larger things to be more concerned with, right? 🙂

        • Of course there will always be more important things, but the games supposed to be a fun distraction from those so I get when it’s tough like this it’s frustrating.

    • Even with buying all the premium characters I still need 12 fire elixirs and 14 Yoghurt. If I want winter Meg I’ll need to buy her. There definitely wasn’t a way to do this without spending a lot of clams.

  6. Let’s run the math on getting the required 40 fire elixirs. Defeating the ice creature at 5x level gives you 27 fire elixir, but costs 25 water elixir. To get the remaining 13 fire elixir, you need to defeat the ice creature at 4x, which costs 16 water elixir. In summary, you need a minimum of 41 total water elixir. With only two freemium characters on 8 hour tasks (total of 6 drops a day), it will take the full 7 days to get there, and that assumes that 1) drops are always (but in reality they are uncommon), and 2) you started the tasks exactly when the new week began and reset the tasks exactly every 8 hours every day (never mind about sleeping or other life events).

I’d say this is impossible with freemium unless they either drop the required number of fire elixirs, or make the water elixir double drops.

  7. Drops are terrible with the ski goggles as well, and already needing 5 for only the second item in the Winter Runway. I’ve gotten one so far, sending the only two characters continuously.

  8. not sure how it’s possible to get that many water elixir so quickly to get the 40 fire elixir required for character.

  9. 50 fire elixirs in seven days with only two freemium characters dropping water elixirs and those are eight hour tasks? Might be an overreach or am I missing something? It is just another costume and you don’t need to finish to unlock new content so this might be a good week for a week away from the game. Open to suggestions on how to defeat that task because it seems like a tall order that could fall very short.

    • It’s very tall order and drops are poor. I’m going raise it with support

      • Thanks RT. They have been much better with stuff for more than a year but this seems like the calculations are more than a little off. I am not sold it is even possible with premium characters without clam rushing some tasks to guarantee you are getting in three collections each day for the 8 hour tasks. Gonna keep at it for the medals but won’t be setting timers or breaking my back for just a costume. Thanks!

    • It’s an impossible task, unless you’ve brought a premium character, or you spend clams. 2 character drops every 8 hours. If they were always drops, that’s 6 per day (It’s not really it’s 10 in 48 hours). 6×7 days = 42 (34 in reality, 10×3[2 days] = 30[6 days] + 4, each character twice in less than 24 hours). You need to run through the Ice-Fire creature twice to get enough fire elixir. That requires 50 drops at a minimum. At the moment, I’m stuck on part 2 because I’ve had 0 drops. The curse of the uncommon drops which is worse than rare.
