Family Guy Addicts 
I keep getting a “connection lost” error whenever I play and my progress is not saving at all for almost a week. I’ve messaged support but they have not been able to fix it. I’m getting the same error across two different (and new-ish) devices, and I can’t get it to load on bluestacks. This is the only game that always seems to hate me playing it even though I give it a lot of money. Thanks for giving everyone a place to vent about this game. I like the game, but it always has so many problems. (I’ve been playing since the beginning).

If you’re game is saved to an account have you tried a clean install?Also another player with the issue said nuking their town and on,y putting out essential stuff has temporarily fixed things. Got the glitch we’re my game has gone back to level1 all progress lost! WTD!!!! I have a Facebook user so fingers crossed they can fix it but, I can’t even reconnect to the FB account – game just crashes

A Suggestion: implement a faster way to put every character to do the same task, such as Go for Gold! Ex. An option that appears by clicking the building that puts everyone that is on the city without any chose task.

I CANT ANYMORE WITH CONSUELAS VACUUM GLITCH. STILL CANT COLLECT ALL THR COINS AND IT FREEZES MY GAME!!! WTD!!!

What the Duce!! I love this game and I’ve played it since the beginning of time… BUT I’m so tired of not having any new land and space to expand. I have so much stuff stored in my inventory from years of event play that I would like to use but I have no more land space and tiny co seems to not care about this. It’s a little annoying that In all these years I can count maybe 3 times land has been available for purchase…. how much longer until new land becomes available I see this as a huge flaw. I know I’m not alone here…… ):

I am still more than a little upset that a premium skin for Stewie has nothing to do. I really hope they have an important role for him in the coming phases.

Gave up on this half way through romeo/Juliet event when the Consuela vacuum glitch started (for me anyway) I thought a few weeks would help. It’s still there ruining the game… oh well try again in a few weeks!

Any idea if TinyCo has a limit to what new characters they can add to the game? It seems like it’s been awhile now since we’ve gotten a new character. New characters in place of all the skins for Peter, Brian, Stewie, Lois, etc. would be nice.

No limit i can think of, but depends what characters you want, some will come at a high cost to lucense etc. But this event has Jolly Leprechaun, then there was Yeti, but that’s about it so far this year

A few characters that seem like they wouldn’t have licensing issues that I’d like to see are Carol West, Jess Schlotz, and Evelyn (Thelma’s friend).

RussianTiger, not sure this is the right place to post this although given most recent game issues, specifically slow response and game crashes many are experiencing, I found an old post from you which actually fixed many of the frustrating issues I have had on my iPad 6th gen device (ram is 1.9gb and I believe this game thrives with 2gb or more). For reference, this game performs well on my iPhone 8 Plus probably because it has close to 3gb or ram.
Others may benefit from this as well….

I haven’t played the game in 6 months because I can’t. My phone has 2gb and Tinyco told me to update the game. When I go to the Google Play store, it tells me that my device is no longer supported.

I’m afraid if you can’t download it I can’t offer much advise but maybe some others who play on older devices can.
