Really cross about this! I waited until well after 7.30pm UK time. No sign of an update or any warning it was coming, so assumed not coming until tomorrow and sent everyone on tasks. So I’ve effectively lost 12 hours until tomorrow morning. Why is there no ingame indication of when the next phase starts? I’ve been checking the title screen, but it only says how many days and hours left in total. Management should be given a rocket over this. Don’t they want us to finish?

Unless stated it’s always a Wednesday, there is sometimes a gap between the previous phase Questline completing and new phase launching. Can be a few hours, hence I put up a reminder post saying don’t put anyone on tasks.

Unless they say a phase is extended, the phases are one week long, so the change should happen when the countdown timer reaches 14 days, 0 hours, and 7 days, 0 hours. Usually it doesn’t happen exactly on time right at 2pm EDT, but soon afterwards. It typically happens within an hour. I think this phase started between 30 minutes to 1 hour for me.

So an in game countdown timer is an easy peasy no brainer aid for management to provide? With habitual timetable slippage who keeps track of what day of the week the next update is due?

They’ve had timers but then things get delayed or they are wrong so the best thing is to expect the event within few hours of the last one ending. If there’s a big delay they usually tell me and I put up a post.
