Welcome to the latest new end of event feedback page. where today I’m asking you to tell me what you thought about the event, the characters, costumes, buildings, drops, questlines, glitches. Basically here’s the page where you can tell us everything and anything you want to feedback to Jam City, just keep it PG. 
***I’m putting this up now as there’s been flexible end times on recent events so just give us your feedback here when you’re done with the event or when it is officially over if you’re playing until the end***
Remember you can say more than you simply liked or disliked the event, such as commenting on the format, the content, what material drops held you back or irked you, what character or costume you’re mad you missed out on, or even which you weren’t fussed about getting. You can share with Jam City how glitches impacted your play, or even how support dealt with any issues you had, such as did they help you get back on track or did they fail to help you at all. Basically any thoughts you share here will be passed to Jam City.
Family Guy Addicts 
Finished the event 5 days early FFreemium, which I love, but the game is crashing 3-4 times an hour — on my iPhone XS Max and BOTH of my iPads — despite frequent assistance and manual fixes from Support. The game is crashing worse for me now than in the 5 years I have played the game. They need to get the memory issue under control. Maybe an even lower memory graphics version??

There is a low memory graphics option in your settings.
But lots of us are having ongoing crashing issues, you’re not alone. They are containing to look into it.

Terrible event in the last week. I just couldn’t get the bugs from the event building missions to get batteries to build the new buildings.

At first it was good. But the last week not. I could not send characters to do something for the event. And sending characters for the go for gold task idd not work

Because of constant disconnections and crashing I only completed phase one. I just might be done till another update though the last one didn’t help.

Finished the event a day early. No fast forward or clams spent. Only thing I did not like is getting 3 different items for 1 battle.

Sidelined by the connection error glitch since 9/4. Support said it was an issue they were focused on but I’m still unable to do anything in the game. And the multiverse questline had FINALLY come to my game and then the glitch sets in.

Finished each week’s tasks early, full freemium, no fast forward. Another boring event.

achieved everything, which was nice for a change – even with the crashes (which seemed to be worse this time). Looking forward to the next event (is that what these odd house drops are for?)

I didn’t experience glitches. But Chris and the instructor didn’t seem to add much to the event. Fingers crossed the Halloween event is better.
