As you know I sometime put up posts where you can share with Jam City any ideas you have or suggestions to improve your game experience, I then wave it in front of them and wait…..
Despite this game being over 6 years old now, Jam City Support are continuing to show they are listening and I like to give them credit for that, as we are quick enough to complain when they don’t listen.
So what’s new? Well since QHS hit our games almost a year ago, you’ve all been crying out for a Collect All button for the Go For Gold task. And finally it’s here, it’s a fab addition for those who have been individually collecting from 100’s of characters on this task and will hopefully stop some of the crashing issues many have experienced.
Okay how does it work, well basically you can use it any time charactrrs have completed their Go For Gold task. This is as soon as you see a tick above the QHS museum.
As soon as you see this simply press the QHS icon, and you’ll see the new Collect All button on the main page.
Tap the button and you’ll see the characters leaving the QHS museum, and of course you can then use the Send All button to put them back to work.
So there you go, another wish granted by the game team at Jam City. Please thank them and tell them what you think in the comments.

I haven’t tried this feature yet, but I do want to express my thanks to Jam City for the countless times that I’ve had a problem and they responded quickly and in almost all cases fixed things pretty quickly too. it has to be hard to respond to thousands of players using multiple types of devices on multiple platforms. Bringing new events, fixing glitches and taking care of all our problems is a pretty big task.

It is in the game but has been decatuvated in some games as it was causing issues.

What a shock, the game crashes now when trying to send all characters, at least its let me back in the game, Jam city don’t listen to anything, or i wouldn’t have lost 48 hours in the last event

They do listen to be fair, support have put in a lot of effort this last year, but sadly they can only do so much, the rest are letting them down

I used this the first time collecting then sending people back and it was wonderful. But now any time I try to send everyone w. Ack all at once the game freezes. I had to force quit the app and tried again a few times but same thing always freezes as soon as you hit the send all back button. Can you relay this to them please? I was so excited for this feature

It works! However I believe you the Send All feature requires coins. The more characters there more it costs.

So, love that there’s a 16k charge to send all for the gold. Really love the mass exit of my 300+ characters running to the historic building all at once… Lolol
