Reindeer horn: 9/17 Ribbon 3/15 Fish 6/27

What is this 5th phase of reindeer? I’ve fought reindeer numerous times, certainly more than 5 but nothing happens. Why are reindeer and elf so often asleep? This game is tough enough without tasks being unavailable! Why set task times of more than 8 hours.? For me that means only one cycle per day. Can’t collect huge inventory even if drop is guaranteed, which it usually isn’t.

Thanks. Well now, that was so easy to explain. Shame it doesn’t say that in the game! At the rate my device generates rifles it will take more than 2 days to stockpile sufficient to complete such a task. Hardly a fair ask in my book.

To be honest I’d concentrate on unlocking Penguin Brian and ignore the Questline

That is fair comment. I’m 216 clams worth of objects away with 3 cycles to go, so it’s possible.

I started the phase on time, and for me, it looks like the ribbon (blue bow tie) is going to be the hang up. The antlers aren’t a problem. The building drops double, and I’m up to having 14/17 as of Saturday afternoon. Only have 5/15 ribbons, although just got the building so it should start to pick up. The fish are simply a matter of waiting to get enough magic dust to run the entire streak in one go.

I agree about the antlers. I have gone through i think 3 cycles of the Hunting and it hasn’t dropped a single one. I currently only have 5 of the 17 needed. Maybe now that Crushed z Christmas has passed I’ll be able to concentrate on the game a little bit more.

I haven’t seen a reindeer since this phase started. I’ve now been stuck on the 4th task for 2 days. Since it’s Christmas, I assume I won’t hear from support, so I attempted an uninstall/reinstall. But now I’m even worse off… I can’t even open the game at all. It crashes at the Jam City splash screen. Merry Christmas.

I really think antlers are going to be the hard one to get this time. Herbert is the only one able to have a chance at it, and the hunting club only a chance every 12 hours, that’s going to be tough.

How many things of Magic Dust should I collect before attacking the mutant elf?

25 Magic Dust will let you do a 5X and collect the 27 fish you need

Reminder: when you hit the fifth time, the elf will go to sleep, make sure to count how many times you attack and make sure there is enough time on its clock. I thought I had only done four and just wasn’t sure the elf hadn’t timed out because I didn’t look closely enough. Cost me 10 clams to bring it back only to realize I had fully defeated it. To borrow someone else’s phrasing… “Doh!!!”
