I’ve never ever won the jackpot on the wheel. Defies the odds. If the jackpot is truly supposed to be impossible to win, then they need to re-size each of the slots accordingly.

It is definitely possible to win, but the odds are not the same for each item, as the wheel layout might have you believe. There is an algorithm that decides what you win, and the wheel stops where the result of that calculation tells it to.

I have been playing the game for years….
and I play the “lucky” spin daily.. and I have never…EVER got the jackpot… EVER…..

i’ve had the prize wheel in game since the day it was released all those yrs ago, play it every day and i finally won it recently for the first time this yr.
the prizes on offer to me are so rubbish so i get the same 5 or 6 on rotation plus some clams.
the prize i won was a decoration.. wooooo… :S

I have won 2-3 times but it’s never been the clams. I don’t even remember what I have won because they were so disappointing when I actually did win.

Not a full-on WTD, but what’s going on with the Season Pass feature that was supposed to be coming? Just wondering, is it still in “testing”?

iOS version 3.10.1 is out and it says it fixes a freeze loading Ollieland, but now my game has a 15 to 20 second loading screen to get to Ollieland.
The update also doesn’t fix the QHS freeze, despite support telling me it would be “fixed in the next update”.

Hey Lon- no you are not! This just came up for me too- and this seems to be a regular occurrence. And I’ve never once won the jackpot in all the years it has been in existence. 🤨

Am I the only one that when the 100 Clam reward comes up on the daily spin, the wheel always ends up 180 degrees from winning it? Like they REALLY don’t want you to win that one.

That is simply because the XP points are the item with the highest odds of winning, and that is the wedge opposite the jackpot.
