Hi!
All is lost!
At first there was a problem loading the game and then when it came back it was back on lvl 1(!!)
I was around lvl 31 and put a lot of time, and money, in this game.
I’ve tried all kinds of different logins and nothing works, all starts on lvl 1

HELP! I had my game on the nexus 7 android device. it died. cannot be charged or turned on. got an iPad mini. loaded it on there. now I’m at the beginning. I was up to the point where all you guys are that have been playing for a year or two. I want to get back my characters etc. any ideas!? so mad.

If you saved your game to Facebook or email, just work through the tutorial in the new game then you will have option to sign in to your old game, step by step instructions in this post.

Why will it not let me clear the pirates? It says I need Bacon ipsum? I can’t seem to find this and I need to clear this to unlock next district or I’ll just be stuck on same part

so i collected all the material for the blimp construction, pressed the ready button, and after the cut-scene of the blimp construction, the blimp site and the blimp himself just disappeared and the icon mission is still there like if i didnt completed yet, and now im stuck and i cant go forward to the next quest to unlock district 9… i need help please, i dont know what happened.
PS: my phone is a Samsung J5

I have been playing this game for over a year . I am on level 57. I enjoy the game and would like to keep on playing but the game constantly crashes no matter what . Probably every 2 to 3 mins . I have a galaxy s5 and I thought it was my phone but I play it on my iPad and it still crashes . Not as much but still often enough to discourage me from plating . I will probably delete it off my phone if it’s not fixed . I even got a bunch of my friends plating . It’s super lame .

Sounds like your game is too crowded with “stuff” and the devices can’t handle the memory load. Use the tips in the Crashing and Lagging Posts to help cut down on Memory lag.

Go into settings and change it to the -recently added- low res graphics setting. It fixed mine!

Is there a way to clear tasks from the task bar other than completing them?

If they are something that you NEVER got, you can ask TinyCo to remove them due to you will never be able to complete them. But if they are something linked to an item you own… you will need to remove them by completing them.

Was perusing through the site looking for an answer to my silly little questions… just gonna ask here instead. On the left of the screen (bottom) you have your active quest icons. They’re color coded based on event (I believe). Sometimes there’s a timer running on them, which is easy enough but other times there are different icons on them? I’ve seen a wrapped present, a clock, etc. Is there a legend somewhere that says what these indicate? For exanple, right now I’m working on Downtown Loretta Brown Pt 3 and there’s a present on the quest… Wuddup wit dat? 🙂

Usually you will find the answer on the associated questlines. Very basics…
If a timer, the quest is timed OR the quest itself is set to go away in that time so it doesn’t “stay” in your task bar forever (for instance a Premium Character may have a quest time out so those that don’t buy him, are not stuck with it)
If you see a present/gift… it means there is … a “present” or “gift” at the end of that task. Like for Loretta, she has additional items that are awarded through finishing her questline.

If it is the same “DO LAUNDRY” task I see for 10hrs in her task bar… that is a visual one that takes place outside. So where ever she was at the time it happened, that is where it will be done at.
Can you tell me if that is the one? Or if it was one linked directly to a questline?

It was the “do laundry” task & she was outside normally in plane view , BUT she was hidden right behind a small structure that was just big enough to block her from my view. Right again bunny, ty

It says that my game is not compatible with my device and I have been playing on this same phone since 11/2014 and all my apps are up to date. I also completed week 2 challenge and got the prize but it didn’t give me credit for it on the challenge board so I didn’t get to do week 3 challenge. I unlocked the 4th district on the north pole so I should have already gotten it. I spend money freqently on clams and I love this game but can’t get tinyco to respond. I don’t know what to do.
