Family Guy Addicts 
The biker event has just started but it seems to be only partially working for me. I am able to get the buildings using wrenches. But I cannot purchase the characters and there is no quest line

When I load the game it says there’s an update. Google Play store isn’t reflecting it…only option is play instead of update. Is this something I should contact help for or is it a known issue? Running Android 11. Thanks 🙂

Make sure Lois is free and not in Alternate Quahog. If she is and no Part 3 contact support.

Hello, if anyone could help me with this it’d be great, which quests lead up to the Quahog Prison Blues? I have Prison Meg, but I can’t get passed “Have Meg Visit old Friends” in (Who Let the Dogs out.) as in, I can’t build the Quahog Prison. The quest(Quahog Prison Blues) doesn’t even show up?

today i went to play and the summer event ended. when i load the game it states i unlocked the fly (i shouldnt have) and then immediately crashes. the only option i have is to hit the button to claim the fly which triggers the crash. i can see behind it the game is running fine.

Hi, other players have this issue. One said they fixed it by turns no their device off then on again. If that doesn’t help and you’ve saved your game to an account you can try deleting and reinstalling, then logging back into your saved game. If that doesn’t work game support will need help you out, you can email them

I don’t know if this is the right area to post and if it’s not, I’m sorry RussianTigger. Has there been any talk about bringing back any premium characters? I know it might be impossible to bring all of them back due to rights and stuff. Going through the FaceSpace collections, I noticed some characters aren’t in the QHS. I would love for the Munsters to come back. That is my favorite show ever. American Dad would be cool too. I know someone who is missing a couple of characters from that event. Instead of putting a character we can get from the QHS with the event items for $4.99 maybe the premium characters from past event can be offered instead. Thanks.

Hi RT! I wrote in as you suggested for the clam glitch when I open the game and got nothing back. I know there is nothing you can do so I’m just letting you know that it has been over a month now for something that began a while ago.
I never got a beer mug to get the Cleveland character and couldn’t advance so I had to spend 31 clams. Sketchy. Clams from historical society kinda make it a wash.
Love the catbat tho. That series of giveaways should happen more often unexpectedly since it is quite funny.

Hi. I’ll raise the issue with them again, I know they were doing some fixes for this but then it caused crashing issue with some games so maybe still looking into it.

So I have had the Leprechaun Fountain for well over two days now. I check it every 4 (sometimes 8) hours. We are looking at approximately 12 drops at this point. NOT ONE BEER MUG. I’ve never seen anything like it. Something is clearly wrong. I contacted Tinyco support but got back zero help. They just blew me off. Has anyone else had this issue?

This is crazy! I’ve lost my entire game and I can not login or contact anybody it closes out every time and freezes I can’t do anything I can’t fix it I spent so much time I had so many clams please help? This is ridiculous. I saw a few other posts that link is not helping me because the game freezes when I try to login I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the whole enchilada

I got into game this morning to find myself back at level one? I’m not sure how ro sing in.i see update account but I’m afraid to do that in fear I’d be updating it back to square one. I’ve got over 2000 clams I really dont want to loose, any ideas? I haven’t deleted and downloaded it again in sometime so this is out of the blue?
