Hordak Full Character): 200
Clams. Can fight all enemies, 4hr heal time
Should I Buy – Fun new character and he will really help you get moving through this final week of the event as he can fight all combat baddies, but most importantly this weeks Snakemen & Panthor. However factor in the Rainbow Elixir you need and his healing time, (4hrs), to help you decide if he’s worth the clams. I think he’s a good buy if you want to finish the event with a flourish.
Lord Doom (Full Character): Main Prize in the Magic Makers Mystery Box, this costs 135
Clams per try. Selection of 4hr Tasks to always drop 1 Elixir, including this weeks Rainbow Elixir

3 Snake Hooks: Cost 162 Clams
20 Unicorn Hair: Cost 80 Clams
40 Unicorn Hair: Cost 144 Clams
60 Unicorn Hair: Cost 204 Clams
MAGIC MAKERS MYSTERY BOX

Costs 135 Clams per try. No duplicate prizes, so basically once you win an item it leaves the box. Please not the game FAQ details on this box are wrong at the time I’m writing this.
Prizes:
Lord Doom
Fairy Godmother West (Full Character)
Cinderella Lois (Full Character)
Hercules
145 Clams
Imp (Animated Decoration)
18 Unicorn Hair
3 Snake Hooks
8 Rainbow Feathers
3 Anti-Dragon Spray
6 Water Elixir
8 Grass Elixir
** Obviously the star prize is Lord Doom, and it took me 7 attempts to win him. My results were as follows:
Cinderella Lois
6 Water Elixir
Imp
8 Grass Elixir
145 Clams
3,Snake Hooks
Lord Doom
Total spend to win Lord Doom: 800 Clams
Should I try: It’s a lot of clams on a real game of chance, sure TinyCo have listened and removed the repeatable materials, but materials are still in there and are they worth 135 Clams? Not in my mind they aren’t. But the odds recently do seem to be a bit higher of winning the star prize, so although the Mystery Boxes are still overpriced in my opinion, you do have a better chance of a good outcome, but I again didn’t have that luck this time, and 800 clams for a character is really hard to stomach, even although I technically got 2 characters as I won Cinderella Lois also.

You’ll want to continue battling these, as they now have drops for Skeletor Stewie and Leela Bonnie. Nothing else has changed with these apart from the new drops of 1 Snake Hook, 1 Royal Badge & 1 Skeletor Guide To Evil.
6: BATTLE FOR PETERNIA – PANTHOR

Battling Panthor is very similar to the other battles we’ve done in Weeks 1, 2 & 3. Basically you will select up to 2 Characters to battle Panthor in order to try to defeat him. Then once defeated, you will earn Materials for the Event.
You will find the Panthor in the Event Area and tapping on him will bring you up the Battle For Peternia screen, which gives you all the battle information.

I’ve simplified the information from the Attack screen below.
Opponent – Panthor
30 Health, 28 Hit Power, undisclosed chance of knockout
Characters You can Use (you can select up to 2 to battle):
Hordak ~ 15 Health, 20 Hit Power, 20% Chance knockout, Heals in 4hrs
Teela Bonnie ~ 15 Health, 18 Hit Power, 20% Chance knockout, Heals in 4hrs

5 Snake Hook (Always)
1 Purple Hood (Always)
LOSS/ROUND Payout:
10 Eternia Coins
Cost To Battle: 3
Rainbow Elixir (Always): Craft in Weapons Workshop, Lord Doom Steal Rainbows

7: GIANT SNAKE BOSS BATTLE

Similar to previous events, there’s a big boss to battle, and you’ll find him in your event area with a timer above him. You’ve 24 hours in which to defeat him at all levels before he goes to sleep for 4 hours.
And to attack him, you as always need to collect a resource, Snake Hooks. You’ll then use these to attack the Giant Snake at Levels 1 thru to 5 in order to gain rewards which will help you in the event. So first you need go grab yourself some Snake Hooks.
Snake Hook (Always) – Defeat Panthor, Defeat Snakeman, Defeat Tree Monster, Magic Makers Mystery Box, Get from Store
Once you have some Snake Hooks in order to be able to attack the Giant Snake you will need to tap on him. Once you tap him you will see the Attack screen, showing how many Snake Hooks you need to battle at that level. You’ll also see the rewards for attacking him at that Level, and the time you have left to defeat him to 5x before she goes to sleep then reverts back to 1x.
***Please remember if you revive him with clams he will return at the Level he was at before going to sleep***

And that’s it, you basically want attack him to as high a level you can or fully defeat him before his 24hr timer runs down. Once it does he will go to sleep for 4 hours and you’ll need wait for him to return to start attacking again at 1x. If you don’t want to wait you can use clams to Awaken him faster, and as previously stated he’ll return at the level he was at when he went to sleep. So if you defeat him to 5x and revive him he’ll return at 5x.
And here are the Requirements and Rewards for the levels:
Level 1X
Cost to Attack: 1 Snake Hook
Reward: 30 Power Amulets, 1 Rainbow Feather & 1 Havoc Staff
Level 2X
Cost to Attack: 2 Snake Hooks
Reward: 40 Power Amulets, 3 Rainbow Feathers & 2 Havoc Staff
Level 3X
Cost to Attack: 4 Snake Hooks
Reward: 60 Power Amulets, 6 Rainbow Feathers & 5 Havoc Staff
Level 4X
Cost to Attack: 8 Snake Hooks
Reward: 120 Power Amulets, 12 Rainbow Feathers & 10 Havoc Staff
Level 5X
Cost to Attack: 12 Snake Hooks
Reward: 180 Power Amulets, 16 Rainbow Feathers & 14 Havoc Staff
BATTLE FOR PETERNIA – SNAKEMEN

During part 1 of the Main Questline you will trigger the Snakemen in your Quahog, you’ll find them wandering your sidewalks.

You will be able start battling them as soon as you have 2 Rainbow Elixirs as Crimson Lois can battle them, and if you bought Hordak or have unlocked Teela Bonnir you can send 2 characters to battle at the same time.
Battling Snakemen is very similar to the other battles we’ve done in Weeks 1, 2 & 3. Basically you will select up to 2 Characters to battle a Snakeman in order to try to defeat him. Then once defeated, you will earn Materials for the Event.
Tapping on one will bring you up the Battle For Peternia screen, which gives you all the battle information.

I’ve simplified the information from the Attack screen below.
Opponent – Snakeman
28 Health, 10 Hit Power, undisclosed chance of knockout
Characters You can Use (you can select up to 2 to battle):
Hordak ~ 15 Health, 20 Hit Power, 20% Chance knockout, Heals in 4hrs
Crimson Lois – 12 Health, 16 Hit Power, 20% Chance knockout, Heals in 4hrs
Teela Bonnie ~ 15 Health, 18 Hit Power, 20% Chance knockout, Heals in 4hrs
WIN Payout:
30 Power Amulets (Always)
5 Rainbow Feathers (Always)
1 Snake Hook (Always)
1 Snake Staff (Always)
LOSS/ROUND Payout:
10 Eternia Coins
Cost To Battle: 2
Rainbow Elixir (Always): Craft in Weapons Workshop, Lord Doom Steal Rainbows

CHARACTER HEALTH
Now a point worth mentioning again is about your character’s Health, it only starts to restore once it hits 0, so if you’ve 4/8 Health it will NOT go back up to 8/8 over time, it will only start to restore once you’re at 0/8. And once you’re health starts to restore it will take time, some characters such as Beast Man take 4 hours, but others such as Peter The Barbarian takes 7 hours.
If you want speed up the time it’s going cost you clams I’m afraid.
GRANAMYR BOSS BATTLE

You’ll want to continue battling him as he now drops Arm Guards for unlocking Teela Bonnie. And here are the Requirements and Rewards for the levels:
Level 1X
Cost to Attack: 1 Anti Dragon Spray
Reward: 20 Power Amulets, 2 Green Feathers & 1 Arm Guard
Level 2X
Cost to Attack: 2 Anti Dragon Spray
Reward: 60 Power Amulets, 4 Green Feathers & 2 Arm Guards
Level 3X
Cost to Attack: 3 Anti Dragon Spray
Reward: 100 Power Amulets, 8 Green Feathers & 3 Arm Guards
Level 4X
Cost to Attack: 5 Anti Dragon Spray
Reward: 160 Power Amulets, 12 Green Feathers & 5 Arm Guards
Level 5X
Cost to Attack: 7 Anti Dragon Spray
Reward: 200 Power Amulets, 18 Green Feathers & 7 Arm Guards
There you have the overall basics to get you started through the final Week of the New Event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

Liking the event so far, on Part 5, but holding off on attacking the Giant Snake as I accumulate material for the next push…only need the last building for the Stewie character, still a little to collect on the Bonnie character, but way ahead of where I normally am with more than 4 1/2 days to go…finishing the quest line should not be an issue, the Bonnie character is in range, the race will be for the Stewie character…

Psst, no need to finish the questline, last week of event, no next week of the event to progress to

Some of just like read the dialogue, keeps us amused… and some of us have completion complex.
LikeLike
Aha, I never read the dialogue. One of the keys to strategy is prioritizing tasks and actions and Tinyco does provide distractions (side quests, main questline last week of an event, Daily Quests, 24 hr tasks, etc.), it is part of the game. Make the wrong choice and you may feel the need to spend clams to end a task early or speed things up if you fall behind trying to unlock an event character. Bet the game makers just love completionists – you can see how they take advantage of it.
LikeLike
In this case, finishing almost by default, I finish it when I can as it’s there and when everything else is complete…one day, perhaps some day soon, TinyCo will throw us a couple of clams for finishing…at least one can hope…

great event really enjoying it and progressing at a steady pace, might have something to do with getting three premium characters (so chuffed to get lord doom on first try) but what’s going on with battle Brian?

Took me lot tries to get Lord Doom & Battle Brian, ouch!! But made big difference having them

I guess I was so lucky that I just tried once of Mystery Box and got Lord Doom!!! (Well, I’ve already had Cinderella Lois and Hercules, so it seemed fewer items in my lottery box). I am still struggling with Fairy Godmother West if I should try, even though he’s a full character.

I’m a bit further ahead in the questline than posted here (Part 5). Sorry I didn’t check what Part 3 & 4 were at the time but I think they were something like:
Part 3 (not accurate)
* Place Just Add Glasses Disguise Store
* Battle Snake man?
* Battle Granamyr?
Part 4 (not accurate)
* Place Evil Training School
* Battle Tree Monster
* ?
Part 5 (100% accurate)
* Place Buff Bones Gym
* Attack Giant Snake Once
* Defeat a Horde Trooper
Actually, while writing this I just reached Part 6:
* Attack Granamyr twice
* Send Teela to attack a Panthor
* Place the Evil Conference Room

Hi, I just posted up to & including Part 6, so we are playing at similar pace, let’s see who gets a Teela first 😅😅😅

Ah cool… I wasn’t far off with Part 3 (was Giant Snake instead of Snake Man) and Part 4 was correct despite me thinking there was a 3rd task. I don’t have much left on Teela, but I’m forced to wait for drops now. I need 2 Snake Staff (will get them in the morning), 4 boots, and 6 swimsuits. I still have the last (5th) building to place, but that’s for Skeletor anyway. Overall it’s been a great event… although I’m not sure if that’s because I bought premium characters for a change. My clam stockpile is down to 184 now!

Time to give your mind a rest and restock those clams – as the next event is never far away

BTW I got Teela around 6 hours ago. I should have Part 7 finished in a few hours! It’s hard to restock clams as the ads have been broken for weeks. I’m lucky to get 2 per day now

I got her late last night. Yeah it same in FWOT the Pizza TV is broke as well, I’m getting 1 a day. I’ll try find out if deliberate or an ongoing issue

Thanks for the info, as always.
I’m a bit worried about the slow production rate for Rainbow feathers/elixirs, which are needed for most of the new fights.
Still early days for this phase, but at the moment, I don’t know if I’ll be able to get Skeletor Stewie. I’m reasonably sure I can get Whatsername Bonnie, but I’m wondering how I’ll be able to get enough Rainbow stuff for both.

Once you can attack the Panthor resources pick up, so just keep plodding, hopefully we’ll all get Skeletor Stewie as he’s one best costumes ever

Quick question – I tried to buy the 200 clams yesterday to buy Hordak, but due to a phone update (or something) it didn’t work. I was charged but no clams.
TinyCo said I might need to delete the game, log out of iCloud & back in & re-install the game. Will this cause me to lose progress?
LikeLike
You will lose progress is you’ve not saved your game to an account, either a Facebook, google etc. If you have saved it or save it now before deleting you’ll be fine. Also before deleting the game take a note of your playerid, you’ll see it in the account settings, also screenshot your loading screen as the numbers that show on screen are also your playerid, TinyCo can restore your game with this information.

I’m really enjoying this event, it’s not too grindy, everything seems achievable, no stupid timers, the content is brilliant, and then they go and drop a clam gaining elephant mid way through too. Events in 2018 can only go down hill from here really.
Pretty much up to date too, i had an issue with the main questline and was stuck at P2 (or 3) for ages because i thought it said attack Granymyr but instead i was saving poisons up. Then about 2 days ago i realised it was the quest task that just tells you he was here so all the battles n that i’d done over the past few days to collect items i had to do again just to progress the story!! Ooops.
