I’m seeing the full event on IOS, app version 1.69.0, and pulling info now and I’ll get the LIVE post up as soon as possible but I’m sorry my time is limited just now so it might not be up as quickly as you’d like. Until then you can throw caution to the wind as there is NO timed character to unlock.
Yes let me repeat the good news, there’s no unlock timer on LaBoeuf.

Thank you for getting back to me, I decided against it. I sought on a big screen, and when I realized it looked absolutely nothing like John Wayne I knew it couldn’t be good. I only have a few hundred clams left and I seriously doubt I will be buying more. I have gotten fed up with this game. I was spending over $100 a month, which is a lot for me, Buying all the characters and have the buildings, setting my alarm to wake up every four hours, and still not finishing.

Do you have to shoot so many barrels to get a reward from the shooting gallery as have just tried twice and got nothing.

You get 1 Coal every time you clear the Barrels on the screen, there will be 3 or 4 Barrels at any time, and there’s 5 rounds, so 5 Coal up for grabs. There’s also a chance drop of Sheriff Badges and Underwear from each barrel tapped. I’m getting drops fine

In that case the facebook version isn’t working properly, cleared at least 4 sets of barrels in the two attempts I had on there and got no rewards at all.

Just tried shooting barrels on facebook and can confirm that nothing dropped. I got the claim bar and there were no rewards, the rectangle was blank. On Android, it works fine

Hope you had more luck than me when emailing them, told them wasn’t getting rewards in Facebook version that I was getting in android version and got a reply on how to play the barrel shooting game. !!!

i never trust the FB version on mini games like this. Even if they work, the lag kills you. That’s one of the reasons I got a cheapo android – can always play ok on one version.

Is anyone else having this problem
– the wagon costs 40 dollars
– at the top of the game screen I have a little counter for dollars, it says 59
– when I go to buy the wagon is saying I only have 30/40 dollars but i can buy it now for 80 clams
One of the amount is wrong but I don’t know which. I’ve messaged TinyCo about it but wondered if its just my game or everyone having this issue.

Why am I not getting any rewards for the shooting gallery? I get through all the rounds and end up with nothing. I actually don’t even know what the rewards are supposed to be because that shows nothing either.

Few players have said this, have you checked your Coal total before and after?

This happened to me last night when I played on my Amazon Fire tablet – the rewards box was blank, nothing came out of the barrels, and the “claim” box was also blank. I had made note of my coal total before I began and it did NOT add any to it, nor had my count of underwear or anything else gone up. And yet, the BBs I had spent were certainly gone. Oddly, it had all worked fine earlier that day on my Android phone, which is why I knew what to look for. I put in a ticket with TinyCo, but last time I put in a ticket I heard nothing back for a month, so I’m not hopeful. 😦

Nope nothing, not a single solitary sausage and I’ve definitely got the most recent update.
To be honest if I miss out on this event I’m not too fussed as it’ll give me chance to clear up a few other bits, i just hope it sorts it’s self out for the next one.

Ahh plenty of time then, I’ve only just this minute unlocked Paddy Tanninger (I stopped playing for ages as I was spending too much money on it) so I’m slowly catching up. Missing this event is probably a good thing for me.

As you only get max 5 rounds of barrels, so depends how quick you get through them

I noticed that same thing. I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, I’m annoyed that they keep me from getting more, on the other it’s easier to know that I’m getting the absolute max the game is allowing me to get, which reduces the pressure somewhat compared to the boxing minigames.

Although I have the new splash screen the event hasn’t launched for me. I’m on iOS. Anyone else experiencing the same.? App version 1.69.0 which for RT launched the event but I did notice in game help says needs version 1.69.1

Nope. Looks like this event is going to be a bust for me. They are already difficult enough when you have all the time given. A day behind means I probably shouldn’t bother now. 🙁

I’ve searched for any information, but I’ve been getting prompted to update my app for over a week and it is still not showing in the Amazon App Store for Kindle devices. The app was unavailable in the App Store for most of last Monday, so I thought an update was coming, but no dice. I’ve also noticed that no FaceSpace posts are being created for new characters.
Do you have any info on these that maybe I missed? I’m afraid I’m not going to be able to play The Good, Bad and Griffins event, which I’m really looking forward to.

I don’t want to be paranoid, but I am wondering if this is a response to the 4/20 event as some kind of backlash that they dared to show marijuana in anything but the negative light that the US likes to put on it.

I’m in the U.K. so we’re probably a tiny bit more lenient over here but I can see your reasoning behind it and it does make sense to me.
I’m very open minded but even I felt a bit awkward playing the 4/20 event.

I play the game on a kindle fire and it always takes a few days before i can access any updates, which is so annoying. Any idea why this happens? Or does it just happen to us in the UK?

My app just updated last night to 1.69.0. Nothing like being two weeks late to an event. I’m playing along, but I don’t care if I unlock anyone. I may just slowly stop playing FG altogether. I’m tired of always getting to events late. I should be getting a new Android phone this month, so maybe that will be better.

I like how they’ve switched from timed unlocks to timed bonus clams, but the recent achievement-based events tend to stick a timer on bonus clams before you even “discover” the character. With no achievements in this one (yet), is it worth waiting to start on LaBoeuf until I’m further along collecting for Peter’s 2,463rd outfit?
