Family Guy Addicts 
I bought the package for death to unlock beach death. But in the costume shop it so not allow me to create it. It says must have death to unlock it. In the create tab it no longer has the character death. I have submitted this question to customer support three times every other day with zero response back to me… What am I doing wrong?

Have you placed the Death character you bought in the game and fully unlocked him, he’s not sitting in your inventory is he. Also check your If still no way create costume you’ll need wait for TinyCo to sort it or request a refund via your App Store if it’s too late and you didn’t benefit from your purchase.

I thought Death was supposed to be available for purchase for this event. There were a couple opening screen ‘ads’ for him, but when I clicked on the purchase button it took me to the inventory purchase list that never included him. I sent a ticket to support, but doubt I’ll get a response
