Hi Clammers!
Just a quick heads up about a potential glitch you might see in you Sweetheart FaceSpace set. In my game, and others, the set is showing as complete before you unlock Miss Eleanor but get NO notification cation you’ve got the set completion clams, 35 in this case, were awarded.

Likewise once I unlocked Miss Eleanor as the set was already complete I still didn’t get the 35 set completion Clams. So unless you noticed you’ve got 35 extra Clams there’s no way to know if you were awarded them.
So check your sets, and check you clam total to see if you got your 35 Clams. If you feel you didn’t please contact TinyCo using your in-game support.
UPDATE: For the majority it would seem they got the clams when Phase 3 triggered but if you didn’t TinyCo can check it for you if you contact them.

Have same problem, have just completed the set but can’t remember seeing any notification of a reward been offered before this week started when the set got marked as complete when it wasn’t.

condsidering how broken the game is and nothing is getting fixed i feel like should get some clams just 4 suffering through another ruined event glitch or not

This happened to me too. I was watching my clams carefully, saving up for Sonja, so there’s no way I wouldn’t have noticed whether or not an extra 35 clams were added; they definitely weren’t. Have sent a message to TinyCo yesterday with no response yet… by usual standards I expect they’ll copy & paste a useless reply in a couple of weeks time.
Finished the event now, obtaining Sonja just before unlocking Miss Eleanor. I purchased all the heart currency items from the shop with nearly 100 hearts left over and still over 2 days remaining on the clock. This was a really cool and playable event… just a pity its greatness was unintentional! lol

Thanks, I wasn’t sure in my game, and hoping others could confirm the Clams did or didn’t add – seems most players got them.

My 35 clams did add at the start of week 3 right after I purchased Cleveland Jr. at half price. Nothing came up to show this the clam number just changed.

I reached out in advance of finishing the collection for Eleanor and received a quick patented response that I had already received the 35 clams. I am quite sure that I didn’t click on a clam (or multiple clams) in my game to have them added. I would have noticed clicking through to add 35 clams. Unfortunately, I really don’t have a way of knowing if they were added or not and when that might have happened. When I know a clam set reward is imminent, I do take note of my clams total and they are usually added. But in this case, I was not really focused since I was not expecting any to come my way. I am not saying that I didn’t receive the clams and I am not saying that the person didn’t check before sending the formulaic response, but the trust factor with TinyCo on these things is low. I await anxiously for next month and the fifth anniversary to see if this game is going to continue.

Okay, I’m not sure if this has happened before…because this is a first for me. I haven’t contacted them yet, but do you have a guess why this happened, and what was their response to you and everyone else? I checked the amount before and after, and it stayed the same. Also, I was wondering could they have possibly awarded the clams already to the people that this glitch happened to, when it began?

That’s the problem unless you had note your Clams before the Phase dropped we don’t know. So if you feel you didn’t get them contact TinyCo. They can hopefully check your clam totals.
